Which character was most disappointing when revealed as fodder?

I got to say perona( Defeated because of a blowup hammer), Bellamy (got owned by luffy in one punch) Mr. 5 pair (defeated very easily by luffy and zoro at whiskey peak and barely could handle ussop and carue), Shura (beat gan fall who was later a near finalist in survival game and got owned by wyper in one move), and Blueno( barely could compete with regular luffy after just owning the entire crew and another wasted devil fruit), and finally everyone on drum island except chopper (dalton just beat no name people got owned in one shot by chess than chessmarimo gets owned by chopper in 3 minutes then wapol all he can do is eat things and chase people)

The best example of fodder would be the giant snake Kashi that norland killed when he first got to Jaya. He took off his head with one strike but Luffy Zoro and Wiper couldn't even scratch the one in the sky.

Other than Perona, I was disappointed by Bellamy, and even though it WAS Whitebeard that trashed him, John Giant was underwhelming in the war (I'm hoping his role isn't just giving orders and jobbing the world's strongest...). -
Wiki says Norla is bigger then Kashigami. They don't give a source though :(

One can't argue Perona was used as a plot element to show Kuma's strenght, but the event also ascertained her comeback, did it not?
Gotta say I'm a bit disappointed in T-Bone and John Giant, though.

I would have to go for Moria. He was a complete disspointment to me and I expected much more from someone with his status. I hope they either kill him in this chapter or give him more power in the future casue on the Thriller Bark he was pathetic. If it wasn't for Oz I have little doubt that the Straw Hats would have crushed him like an orange

I have to say Miss Valentine and Mr.5. Look at their powers. Crushing things and blowing things up. Kinda disappointing when Zoro and Luffy knock them out easy and that's not even taking into account their defeat at Little Garden.

With this, I would say that the biggest disappointment would be the people that basically guarded Alabasta and drank the fluid of death… Terrible because they literally did nothing.

The General Zombies were pretty much the definition of fodder in OP. After a kickass intro, they had zero purpose..other than being crushed by Oars.

I'm defining a fodder character in this case as a character that got introduced only to get beaten up to show how powerful another character is, those guys filled this definition perfectly. Luffy on the other hand is the character that the story revolves around, so I don't think that it can be argued that his only purpose in the story so far has been to get beaten by Aokiji.
I can see where you're coming from though, but again, I think we just have different definitions.

Well, to be fair, they were facing off against an Admiral. Freakin' Kizaru, no less. I would've been more disappointed if the Supernovas had pwned Kizaru without any trouble.. then you'd all be calling him fodder instead.

This is a plan that he did for magellan that made him think that they've been done for it, and then they went to level six and freed the most powerful prisonniers in the IDI dont want to argue with a BB fanboy, but for me being one-shotted as a whole pirate crew with a highly venomous poison that let you lay unabled on the ground screaming in pain until you die, and only with some glimpse of hope for a guy, who have previously betrayed his former employer und who may or may not helping me, pretty much count as defeat.
Back to topic: I think the NW pirates in this war have pretty much disappointed. I have thought they would do more than being owned by robots, who werent even a match for a rookie crew and stabbing their own commander because freakin akainu told them so.

it was punched by Jinbei in chapter 559 and then after Whitebeard was stabbed he was shown perfectly fine that doesn't make him fodder it was the same with Smoker and many others(Sentomaru,the VA,Hancock,the shichibukai in general)Oda in this war showed a little from everyone
