Sanders is prepping to drop out, since the math is even more not there than it was two weeks ago, and the whole plague thing has kind of put a cramp in campaigning… but he does want to keep the venue for being able to say things that need saying during an actual crisis.

Bernie's been winding down for at least a week, he's just trying to leverage his platform into a more liberal Democratic platform. Which I'm fine with. This should go a lot smoother than 2016 with any luck.

Yes, this. The same thing he did with Hillary. Candidates always stay in to force cabinet positions from the frontrunner. But because Bernie is such an awesome guy he only wants policy concessions that improve people's lives.
As an added bonus, adopting a populist policy makes Biden more electable vs. Trump. I don't think Biden's donors will ever allow him to support medicare for all though. Nor will his pride let him ditch Obamacare. -

Why would he have to ditch Obamacare? Obamacare's INTENT was to be medicare for all. It just got super watered down to pass the republicans.

People keep parroting this line as if this actually means anything. Biden, for all intents and purposes, is going to be a one term president. There is literally nothing stopping him from nuking the insurance industry after taking their money if he so chooses. They will absolutely try and hammer the democrats in down-ballot races and try and flip the house in the midterms in this scenario, but they'd do that under a different president who didn't take their money anyway.
Also, Biden is pro overturning Citizens United and will put justices on the court who could help make PACs history.

Also Senator Kelly Loeffler sold millions of dollars in stock after a Senate briefing on the coronavirus back in January; she also bought stock in a company that sells telecommmuting software. Worth noting that Loeffler didn't win an election for her position because she was appointed by Kemp specifically because of her status as a party hack.

Georgia's other Senator, David Perdue, sold a bunch of casino stocks and bought pharmaceutical stocks in late February. A few other Republicans are having their names tossed around like Inhofe but his moves are lot less suspicious than those three.
And, of course, the BernieBros on Twitter are trying to both sides this with Dianne Feinstein whose husband sold stock in a biotech firm (one that was tanking no less) around this time and Blumenthal whose spouse seems to have bought and sold stock around them. Feinstein, Blumenthal, and the rest need to answer some questions but they're nowhere near the same thing as Burr, Perdue, and Loeffler. Particularly since Burr was publicly downplaying the pandemic threat.

Kyle kulinski was reeing about the rigged system or whatever, and refuses to support biden even though he's clearly going to be the nominee. If saw several videos on twitter showing how Trump and Fox New gave a complete 180º on their believes on the case. If I was one watching Fox News, it should be clear that they can't claim it's a hoax an then two weeks latter say it's a global pandemic; that's the most discussing type of hipercrisis.

For example, it would be like if the right were vehemently opposed to pineapple pizza because it violated everything that pizza stood for. Wasn't reported on til November. It could've been in multiple airports since October. Not taken seriously by the US gov't til March. Yet some expect the people to take it seriously right away. Some need to see the death rate go up a little before they use their common sense. They lack critical thinking. If the mayors and governors take their own time to call for shutdowns, then they will follow that behavior.
It took a basketball player to test positive before things started to get shut down. America has no pause button. Companies were emailing customers to keep visiting and that it was safe. Imagine how many people have been passing it around since January. That's when I started to finally take it seriously at least.
To make it worse, rich people are going on social media to say they've tested positive and everyone should calm down. Imagine skipping the line to be tested, then telling people who are either afraid to go to the hospital or just don't "qualify" to keep calm. Everyone is showing their true colors and i'm not surprised. People worship celebrities too much. I doubt they will stop.
China's population is at least 23x larger than Italy's. It took a whistle blower to get somewhat of a truth. Yet i'm supposed to believe that their numbers are correct at having lower deaths than Italy. "They've had more time to quarantine and take precaution". How much time? I think this been going on since September at least. It's my guess.
Senators dumping stock more than a month ago. If the NBA didn't act, I wonder how long it would've taken for the gov't to do anything. Very on brand of the US to wait for the entertainment business to be interfered before being a lil honest about the situation.
