Not trying to be a jerk but how long do we intend to wait for Carrot to come out of Caribou?
Not sure why Oda would have Carrot miss out on hearing Luffy’s true dream and give a reaction to it in the event that he did that. I guess it was just that crucial she stayed behind to help Zou after all, in case someone invades Zou again for the Road Poneglyph.
I completely agree but I just wanted to know from those who believe it how long there willing to wait to see if this theory comes true
Forever, I suppose.
I presumed for the time being that Carrot did willingly choose to help Zou however she could for the time being despite her full answer not being shown, because otherwise I’d be lead to think that the Minks forced her against her will as if being their figurehead slave, which I have no real evidence for.
That said, just so people have something to look forward to in that case, we can always look forward to the end of Egghead Arc, in an interlude, to see if Carrot has changed her mind.
I applied this same logic to Yamato since she can also always change her mind at any time, and that the safety of Zou and Wano would have to be dealt with in another way, since they both are non-Government locations with important Road Poneglyphs and such.
Oda choosing not to insert any update about Carrot can also be taken as an answer too, since for all he hyped up the importance of the Dawn and such, but to also have things play out the way he did following that, I think we’re allowed to assume that to not have an update is the same as telling us that Carrot is indeed still happy being at Zou, because if she wasn’t, then we’d of course have to shift back to see development on that.
I’m making sense, right?
