@Deicide The one thing all logias have in common is that they produce their element... They can also manipulate it in addition to becoming it. Just seems better all around.

I have mixed feelings about them but they seem very fitting as a replacement for the warlords, and I very much like that the warlord system was disbanded!

I don't think Luffy needs multiple rounds with Borsalino this arc because this would be the 3rd arc he comes across him, and the previous two times didn't go so well for Luffy to say the least. So for those of you who insist Luffy has to lose beforehand, that should do it.

I'll be honest. I did think Yamato was going to join but their was reasons to doubt it.

@Dragon-D-Luffy Why not suggest the manga? It shouldn't be as time consuming and as hard to get through... I say that as someone who has read the manga in its entirety but will probably never watch the anime in full... I tried. I just couldn't. Not after reading the manga.

Actually, i just remembered that i actually tried watching the anime first and it simply didn't hook me even after a few episodes. Then i tried the manga and it got me in chapter 1...

Why not both? I initially thought everything Saturn was doing was just going to be regulated to a devil fruit ability, but now i'm inclined to think their is something else at play besides devil fruits...

Seems pretty fitting that the tight-knit group know as the "five elders" would have interconnected abilities.

It didn't occur to me prior to this chapter, but i'm really liking the prospect of Borsalino turning on the elders... The main reason being: it should be the trigger for the inevitable marine cival war as Borsalino would be bound to be destroyed.

Yeah i'm sticking with the idea that the unexpected hero of Egghead will be...Borsalino! The dim monkey will finally see the light after Vegapunk's message... He's clearly struggling, and i don't think the reason for that is entirely because of Luffy, to say the least.

@Deicide I don't see how it can be taken for granted that someone fed Luffy... It seems just as likely that Luffy somehow conjured the food to himself and then made his way to the food machine... With how inconsistent the author has been with the gear 5 drawback, anything goes.

Oda now has the perfect chance to have Luffy use Borsalino as a lightsaber against Saturn... If he doesn't take it, he has officially lost it.

Basically; if the idea is that the paw power was used to scatter the poneglyphs around the world... What will Vivi do with it?
