@Shin10-Bukuro said in Next Straw Hat Crewmates (Vol. 10 - Egghead):
I think it all comes down to 3 simple options:
There is no coveted "final nakama."At most, just someone who tags along during the final arc, as is often the case. (Something along the lines of a Law/Pedro/Momo/xyz etc...)
There is a final nakama, and we've known about them all along for years! We just never knew they'd be the one to join.
There is a final nakama, and it's a brand new character first introduced in Egghead or beyond.
I wanted to quote my post from before to ask you all:
Which of the 3 answers are you most interested in? What percentage chance would you assign to each category? What ideas do you have for each potential category?
For example:
I don't think the 3rd option is very likely to happen. Although I used to believe in it. But there is still some chance for it, so I would assign that about 10-15%.
I think options #1 and #2 are both around 40% apiece. I prefer #2, but I find #1 to be a more practical answer.
I also believe that, whatever ends up happening, it should begin to occur very soon. I don't expect another year to go by without additional confirmation in one direction or another. I believe there's around 200+ chapters left, and Oda needs to get the ball rolling on a final nakama (if there is one).
