Only in sense of independent allies. They aren't actual territories the U.S. controls, like Guam or the US Virgin Islands, ect.

Two countries receive the brunt of demonization by North Korean propaganda, the US yes, but the other is Japan.
Heck Japan is hated even in South Korea (Japan is the English to the Korean Irish, the Turk to the Korean Greek, the Russian to the Korean Ukraine).
Logistically if North Korea decided to ever really kamakazi themselves and set off a nuke, I'd worry more that they shoot at Japan then try some crazy hail mary at the west coast, or Guam.

In propaganda Japan is still above the south. Like I said, the South are seen almost as puppets and prisoners depending on the specific propaganda. Brothers and sisters to be liberated, or I think in more modern propaganda they're depicted as semi-brainwashed indulgent pets.
Actual hatred is directed toward the US and Japan.

The South built a dam to counter "flood-attacks" from the Imnam Dam called the Peace Dam.

long version- I wanted to think about this which is why i didnt reply sooner. It really is an interesting idea, if this was a bunch of teen prep-school girls, how they would react in this situation. Feminist in me is like Absolutely It's Possible, women are capable of doing violence like men do, but does that really take into account things like Learned Behavior and biological things like hormones and such. Its actually a topic i'd be more interesting in reading a scientific study on, than watching a movie about. I personally like to think of fraternities and sororities when it comes to this subject, not necessarily a mob mentality but the kind of behavior seen in the Stanford Prison Experiment where you have social hierarchy gone mad. I've seen this behavior in Sororities (first hand) and compared to Fraternities who practice extreme hazing, it seems somewhat less violent, mostly I think because women arent expected to want to fight, be aggressive, etc. But its definitely possible. But this movie is gonna suck more than likely.

What has been described as the strongest earthquake in the past century by President Enrique Peña Nieto struck Mexico yesterday. The death toll so far is reported to be 33 in the state of Oaxaca and 7 in the state of Chiapas according to the BBC. The President of Guatemala has confirmed 1 fatality as well. There could be more earthquakes on the way too. This is in addition to having Hurricane Katia to worry about.
I would like to see the U.S. assist in recovery efforts to some capacity. But I wouldn't be surprised if we don't.

You must belong to a dark-humor community to see the fun in unethical, low moral, sensitive stuff. so long said stuff is delivered in a jokingly, sarcastic, non-serious way.
The difference is pretty clear while comparing a pre-planned footage with an out of proportion sensitive sentence that only 'real Nazis' would actually claim. and choosing genuinely offensive wording during a live-streaming.
The issue was never about context but whether or not his constant and easy use of racist jokes was an indication of who he really was as a person.
