Amazing. The trash talk was great
It's the TeamFourStar Thread with DBZ Abridged and Pokemon things
-
-
Cell doing exactly what vegeta did when he wanted to become a Super Saiyin was so great. "I wanna, i wanna, i wanna!"
-
When you totally forgot what they do every episode, it gets funnier.
-
Big improvement over the last episode. Vintage Vegeta, though not quite as great as episode 36 against Android 19.
-
I guess it'll only be 2 episodes until the notorious Trunks charges up forever scene. Can't wait to see how they'll make fun of that
-
Oh god, I want to watch it but the retarded no buffering player takes forever.
-
Loved it… LOl at Vegeta. Best character in this series
-
Vegeta laying the verbal smackdown on Cell….and Trunks.
What will be even greater is when his pride gets shattered (again).
-
Oh god the "talking out your ass" joke,
-
"Of course the other half's his mother. I mean look at that hair. You look like a fruit, and I don't mean a homosexual, you look like a walking, talking fruit."
-
Super Android 13 Abridged is up
http://teamfourstar.com/video/dbz-abridged-movie-super-android-13-teamfourstar-tfs/
-
that was damn good, I really like the films because they're just overloaded with jokes, more so than the episodes
-
Oh yes! Can't wait to get home and watch this!
Also, don't know if this is the right thread… but it's TFS, so I guess so.
Hellsing Abridged 6 has been delayed until December BUT, they're gonna streamline production of it and are gonna start putting out TWO Episodes a year!

"Jet fuel can't melt steel beams"
Edit: WOAH, a weeklytubeshow reference at 14:26!
Oh wow, that's fucking incredible. For those who don't know, they referenced this ancient classic:
-
I do care cowboy voice that I don't know who is.
-
! RIP Goten 2015
So I guess we have to wait until 2016 for new episode now
-
I prefer the previous Adult Gohan's voice.
-
I prefer the previous Adult Gohan's voice.
I think the reason why they did a different voice is either because of different outcome in the 2 Gohan's lives or Future Gohan could be older then Buu Saga Gohan
Or they couldn't get the TFS Voice of Future Gohan
-
Future Gohan's voice is stereotypically heroic while our Gohan is stereotypically nerdy. Different takes at the voice.
-
I'm Android 13.
Look at my trucker hat.
-
I do care cowboy voice that I don't know who is.
That's a redneck voice not a cowboy voice. Get your southern accents straight!
-
Once again, I'll have to wait till it hit Youtube because I don't want to deal with their video player.
On my end at least, it buffers as quickly as Namek explodes and is as reliable as the Spirit Bomb's success rate.

Same here, it takes absolutely forever to buffer, it really ruins the experience

Piccolo and Vegeta bits were pretty good, and the trucker was done justice, but overall this is one of their weakest movies.

In five minutes and 5/7 of the time?

Its one of the weaker films content wise, they didn't have a ton to work with. The entire movie is pretty much built around Vegeta's badass entrance and all three of them going super… back when that was still a thing.
As is they did a pretty impressive job fitting it into the continuity considering that before it really... didn't. Complete with a different scene of 17 and 18 killing Gero. I mean, it still doesn't really fit since the andoid saga doesn't have a lot of gaps up until the cell games, but whatever.

To add on top of that, a good portion of what they do here parodies the official dub to an extent, and in the official FUNi dub, Future Gohan and actual Adult Gohan was played by noticeably different actors too.
Damion Clarke (Cell) is Future Gohan, while Kyle Herbert is Adult Gohan. What's more, they didn't even have Herbert attempt to sound like Clarke, he went for an entirely different take on the character. -
Good movie, and their FF7 series is fucking hilarious. Good to see them expanding their talent.
-
I liked the second part quite a lot( with blue C-13). Especially Goten disappearing and Vegeta laughing at Trunks while getting pummeled.
-
Android 13 is such an easily parodied character and it sucks that he's got like 5 minutes of screen time when not Super 13.
-
Was Chris Sabat the cowboy narrator?
-
The first part with Gero, 17, and 18 was played a bit too straight for me but it definitely picked up after a while.
Also, it's been a while since I watched the actual film but I can't help but think that 13 could have saved himself a lot of trouble by just chucking Vegeta into the Spirit Bomb.
-
-
Yes. Yes he was indeed.
Awesome. I think the moniker (in the credits) was for legality's sake, since he works on the official dub?

Exactly, he's been in a lot of their stuff and ALWAYS with that moniker.
He was in Hellsing Abridged episode 2 as Abraham Van Helsing for example.

New episode~
http://teamfourstar.com/video/dragonball-z-abridged-episode-51-the-perfect-guy/
Cell's singing voice..
-
Heh, using the Lapis Lazuli theme for Krillin's deciding moment with 18, lol
-
That was fabulous.
-
That opening was great. In fact the whole episode was. Every character was on point with the comedy including trunks. It was a great Christmas present :D
-
That opening really made hope for an entire musical episode. A solid average effort- I found it amusing but not hilarious.
-
Damn the part where Krillin was thinking whether to press the button…...perfect mix of emotional drama and comedy imo.
Also, "you're either not perfect or you're me, there's no grey area!"
-
Why
are you
still here?
16 stole the episode for me.
-
"Vegeetaaaaaa… Trunks is picking on me!"
-
"16, look after the little guy for me"
D'aww, that was a heart-breakingly sad departure. But she'll be back :ninja:
At least now we finally have
AlucardPerfect Cell to entertain us. -
Takahata Perfect Cell is just..Well…Perfect.:P
-
Takahata Perfect Cell is just..Well…Perfect.:P
He sounds so smooth~ Especially when he turned Vegeta's line back at him. Then you have Trunks and Krillin:
"And because of that, 18 had to die?!"
"What does it matter, that was your plan the entire-"
shot of Krillin tearing upGoddamn TFS, the feels train has no brakes. e_e
-
The know you role line was savage. Lol.
-
If there anything redeeming about the Cell arc (aside from Satan that is), it is the two most satisfying beatdowns Vegeta has ever lived to suffer (sorry Yajirobe but you had one job).
And this episode had the second best one.
-
I love that Krillin is a spot on power reader cause he gets hit so often….perhaps there is a use for him yet

That's actually quite a bit of brilliant writing on their part. With how many times Krillin as been hit, maimed, shot and killed his knowledge of what hurts and what REALLY hurts should be biblical.
