Isn't that just…mediocre then? Mediocrity implies middle ground which it is already at. Anything outside the range isn't kinda mediocre, but either within the kinda bad and kinda good area. Very mediocre as 1.5-2/10 doesn't make any sense in my head whatsoever.

One Piece is one of very few things that makes my mood better/ makes me distant to rest of life stuff for a few moments so lack of it is highly noticable every time that we have a break…

Buggy has potential but it's meant to be a comedy character, with sillyness, irrational fears and obsessions than make him look weaker than he actually is.
His attitude makes him look weak, but be assured that he could do great things.
If you think about it, he always run away, and lost to Luffy because he VASTLY underestimated him and behave like an idiot.
He's a character that doesn't believe in himself that could be very strong with some confidence, he's a guy that always avoided to put himself on the line.
He's another character that changed a lot since Luffy beat him.
Now I'm not saying he's a powerhouse, but he's not out of place in the Shichibukai.
Don't be surprised if he'll pull out some big numbers sooner or later.

Buggy changed…really? All he has gotten is more popular/renown because of his luck, charisma, and resume and...that's it. If anything, Buggy has been a fairly consistent character throughout the entire serie so far and I'm pretty sure that's not going to change.

Personally, I don't see a big personality difference, but i'ts worth noting that the Buggy in Impel Down is definitely a better fighter and now a days he's made quite a name for himself, being a Warlord and what not. To quote TV Tropes though…

War Criminal Suleiman, Fighting Lion, Mummy, Orumbus good shit incoming I hope, especially from Suleiman. After all the Shichibukai talk i was thinking: When will we get Buggys Pirate Dispatch Organization? Sounds like a mercenary type deal so they could be anywhere, it's a shame the idea doesn't fit well with the current story priorities. And maybe the other Corrida Coliseum gladiator Block D entrants will mention more of how the seedy coliseum works.

I don't see why people think that it's cut and dried that Luffy would easily beat Law.
On pure physicality, yes, of course Luffy would win but you know…the Ope Ope no Mi. I don't think we've seen even half of the stuff Law can do with it.
I agree, but Luffy is also revealing new moves all the time, like Hawk Rifle, or Gear Third Thor Elephant Gun. But it would be an interesting fight.
