I found strange that we didn't get to see Momo's face. What's so special about a little boy ? Got two theories :
1. Momo will never revert back to human form and we'll have to get used to a dragon boy.
2. Momo is a girl, raised as a boy in Wano.I wanted Kinemon to join, as he fits so well in the group, but Momo is so special that he might be the lucky ninth nakama of Luffy. Besides, Momo may one day have to meet the maker of his devil fruit…

Chopper is injured and has to be carried by Nami, so both of them can't fight and Robin wants to stop the brats.

I think the whole Doflamingo hallucination could be that Momonosuke is able to sense aura of those who are stronger or evil?
Or it could be that he is able to sense danger? The possible fact that the Doflamingo hallucination could mean of a sign that Doflamingo's crewmembers, Buffalo and Baby 5 are on their way to Punk Hazard.
You know this arc seem to focus a lot more on Doflamingo, I wouldn't be surprised if this first saga of the New World/2nd half of One Piece is called 'The Doflamingo Saga' or something else since Oda show us more about Law, Vergo and Monet, them being crewmembers/spies of Doflamingo, the latter's almost entirely weird family like pirate crew (you got an old couple, a maid, a little girl and a masked guy as opposed to Luffy's as his entire crew is indeed like family but less weird) and Law teams up with Luffy to fight a Yonkou.

I would like to propose a different theory on the hallucination of the doflamingo looking like character. Rather than it being dofla, I think it's the spirt/devil of the fruit that Momonosuke ate that is openly talking to him. It is just a pure coincedence that it looks like dofla.

I don't count the encounter she had as a kid since he really didnt harm her. When Aokiji met the Strawhats, yeah I did forget that one.
But I don't think he was really ment to kill her at that point, I think he was testing the Strawhats, if they would really accept Robin or not. It was at the victory party on Water 7 Aokiji said he was starting to think she couldn't find ' a place to harbor' and was 'still wandering'.

He implied that he was going to end it with CP9, having them arrest her, but then said he knew she would able to escape them if she really tried.
If he really wanted her arrested he could have done it when he first met the Strawhats. Aokiji had all three of the monster trio down, and Robin frozen but still told them that they could thaw her out and she would live.

Also while Usopp did take Aokiji by surprise when he got Robin away, I bet if Aokiji wanted to he would have been able to catch him with no problem ..but he didn't try.Rereading those meetings, I don't think Aokiji really tried to kill her, he could have but didn't. Yea, he did render 'down and out' of the fight when eh first met the strawhats, but he didn't seriously try to kill her. Take those events and compare his fighting during the war…totally different.
Heck the one thing he did do, freezing her, he told the Strawhats how to reverse. -
I don't believe that the image of Doflamingo was a hallucination or memory. I believe that Doflamingo was somehow influencing Momo in real time. He was somehow spurring him on, saying "Hey, hold on." through a psychic link or something. May sound stupid, but that's how it appeared to me.

- Momo is a little badass. The conversation was hilarious, even if the whole scene was a little too predictable. I too believe that this wasn't Doflamingo in his "vision", but simply Caesar in nightmare form
- "Man made" devil fruit, huh. So I guess this confirms that Devil Fruits are a natural product, and not an invention by Vegapunk to begin with.
- Caesar is an amazing villain, nothing much to add. He is easily in my top 5 after this chapter.
- Good boy, Smokey. Someone already said it, but it really seems that he is dominating. Vergo is obviously putting up a fight judging by Smokers forhead, but the silly hype around him should be over at this point. No heart, no game, eh?
- Sanji kicking the G-5 to safety. It seems Oda found his balance again, please keep it up.
- Don't know what to think of the upcoming fight. Obviously Robin isn't allowed to get a proper battle, I should have known. Instead she is reduced to getting Zoro a

Look at Franky.Oda completely remove him from the arc for whatever reason.Poor guy.
I miss Franky too, but from a practical point of view, his arsenal consists of lasers and powerful explosives and has a tendency to go overboard, so I don't think he could contribute much without risking letting more Shinokuni into the lab.

Sanji is totally redeeming himself, i'm expecting a Mr. Prince moment (unless Franky steals it from him). Zoro and Robin vs Monet is cool, I hope they do a combo attack. And what's with the Doflamingo horror show and this synthetic devil fruit? so many questions

Sort of surprised how bad Vergo is getting his ass kicked by Smoker to be honest.And I wonder if Momonosuke is permanently a dragon (or at least until they meet Vegapunk or something); considering Wano's nasty history with dragons, this could be a really interesting turn of events.

Just spreading a theory regarding the dragon fruit:
As we know, Devil Fruits have unique powers and fruits. We also know that Dragon is a legendary being even in OPverse, so what if the Fruit for the Dragon zoan ceased to exist long time ago.
By some strange coincidence, Vegapunk found a frozen part of the fruit and recreated the fruit. Thus the Dragon Zoan powers rushed to the newly created fruit and occupied it. Hence Vegapunk created a fruit which turned into a DF. Since this fruit was artificially made, the zoan powers have yet some unknown side effects. -
- Momo is a very likable fella! I like his attitude and his potential. I'm sure that devil fruit isn't a failure, he'll probably unlock all sorts of hidden techniques with it. Makes me want Momo on the crew.
- Chopper will probably prevent the kids from dying. He needs to start doing some magical wonders for character development.
- Exciting fights coming up. Zoro vs Monet, I mean just wow…
- The best part of this chapter was that we got some Luffy motivation. Before he didn't know why he fought Caesar. Now he does. Arc excitement-mode ON

Momonosuke had some sort of traumatic experience involving DoFla's crew. Because of this, Momonosuke associates all pirates with DoFlamingo, and Luffy saying he was a pirate triggered Momonosuke's memories of the event..
Momonosuke associates pirates with giant men weighing 400 kg, that's why I doubt that he ever met Doflamingo. The pages before his "nightmare vision" were all about Caesar and how shocked he was when he heard about his plan to kill the children.
I think he simply had a mental breakdown due to starvation, and now he hallucinates based on what he was thinking about last (like when you think about something that stresses you a lot you before you go to sleep = nightmare preassigned)
The eyes are similar to Doflas glasses, but I'm having a hard time to spot the middle frame….looks more like pumping veins...

Much as I dislike Nami and Robin not getting decent fights of their own for so long, I'm not all that surprised that Monet is being dealt with by Zoro (at least primarily). It has been fairly obvious that she is a logia since she first used her powers against Luffy (between "transforming" to spy on Law and passing through her ten-layered snow dome without hindrance), so it would be difficult for anyone without haki to deal with her, barring the presence or discovery of a natural weakness a la Crocodile or Enel. Considering Luffy's preoccupation with Caesar and Sanji's aversion to kicking women, that leaves Zoro as the only confirmed haki-user available, not to mention the only one currently present in the Biscuit's Room.
Given Robin's fighting style, even if she did have CoA and could thus keep Monet from discorporating out of any grapples/choke holds/etc., she would by necessity be opening herself to Monet's numbing cold abilities via her extra limbs. Nami, on the other hand, I could see as a potential opponent for the snow-harpy, if only due to the versatility of her climatact: while she almost always uses lightning and rain techniques, her mirage abilities rely on warm air and I imagine that, if expanded upon properly, she could make it very difficult for Monet to keep her snow from melting away beyond her immediate proximity. Maybe not enough to actually defeat her, but I think enough to turn the tide against her.
While Nami may play a role against Monet, I'm very much hoping that Robin gets a reasonable opponent in the near future. Perhaps when Baby 5 and Buffalo show up…
On to other matters, I stand by my statement from last week: Shenlong-Momonosuke is cute as hell! XD
I'm really enjoying the interactions between Momo and Luffy, as well as the fascinating quirks of Momo's Devil Fruit being both artificial in nature and a "failed" one at that. Like many, I am assuming for the moment that the reason that Momo's fruit is a "failure" has to do with his seeming inability to turn back into a human form, though that may simply be his own inexperience as a new zoan-user. Hopefully, that matter will become more clear when they meet up with Chopper later.
Beyond his Devil Fruit, I like that Momonosuke's is not so simple as being just another kidnapped child. I'm definitely looking forward to exploring that backstory... Especially as to how Doflamingo factors in.

Yeah, it seemed clear that after Luffy says "Get a hold of yourself!" and asking about how hungry he is, Momo's half-crazed hunger kick's in and he starts to hallucinate, seeing the blurred image of Doflamingo in Luffy's place repeating what he said, losing his senses and flies unconsciously using the power of his DF while still out of his senses.
It's implied Momo saw Doflamingo on the monitor while CC was telling him about how the kids were going to die in the name of science.
