Might be unpopular opinion - but I really want a completely new voice cast, sub and dub. No offense to current voice actors, I love all of them, especially the dub. But for the REMAKE, I want completely new interpretations. If we have the same voices, the line reads will inherently be similar. I really want them to completely go all in on this being new new. Secondly, they are all getting old, and this series won't progress too quickly. And also, the original anime is still running!! So they still keep their jobs and will likely complete the series in the original form, sub and dub. This new version is an opportunity for new talent, let the veterans ride the wave of the old series and move on. (I mean this with all the respect and love for the original cast, just trying to be realistic)

RE: Maiden voyages
The are not really any games that accurately cover the story in a meaningful way. My advice is to start the series (either manga or anime or dub, doesn't matter) and watch 1 episode. If you like it and have time, watch another. If not, stop take a break and come back when you're ready. There is absolutely no reason to rush or marathon this series, its better to take your time and move through it at a pace that is comfortable and convenient for you.

That was perfect, absolutely loved it

Disappointed Collection 30 isn't Fujitora, I personally don't like Rebecca anyway. August 2nd release date.
Also, why did they use the World Gov logo???

RE: 1075: ''Twenty Years of Prayer! Take Back the Land of Wano''
This episode was beautiful, it took a pretty mediocre chapter and got me to really appreciate and resonate with the climax. The manga ending felt empty to me, but this has been a lot more impactful. Great direction and music go a long way

They just dropped this clip today too!

RE: One Piece Live-Adaptation Drama Announced
@All-Fiction Likely converted a series of Ten 1 Hour long episodes into Eight 1.5 Hour long episodes. Not uncommon for Netflix as others said. Look at Stranger Thing Season 4, every episode is 1.5 hours long, with the finale episode being 2.5 hours long. And other Netflix Original series do this too (Ozark for example off the top my head)

Wow, incredibly disappointing on the physical release. No special features again... I think I might be done buying these, especially with Crunchyroll raising the price of the streaming subscription.
And I hate that the Strawhats are back on the Collection covers, really wish we could have gotten the Whole Cake Island characters

Wow..... another box set with no special features... no commentaries.... really makes it hard to justify supporting the physical release, especially when I already pay for Crunchyroll... its also hard to stare at an incomplete collection, but idk, I might be done buying these (at full price at least).... I guess the special features have been sacrificed for the speed up, not the worst trade off, but kinda a bummer, as I always looked forward to them on earlier releases

Such a shame, I'd rather not give my money to Amazon, but I care more about getting my orders in good condition and on time. Buying from RightStuf always felt like supporting a local business, and they always had excellent packaging to make sure orders were never damage, and often shipped early.

I want to order Collection 33, what is the consensus now that RightStuf is dead. Is Crunchyroll Store trustworthy and best price, or should I just go with Amazon?

It was because Cho voiced him in the original.
Oh right, that makes perfect sense, been so long since I watched it simulcast subbed

Oh man I gotta start catching up again. I just watched the Romance Dawn special episode, and I surprised they had Ian Sinclair voice Spiel. He was great, but I always imagined it would be Mike McFarland, since to me Spiel is kinda a proto-Buggy

@Zephray Definitely feels that way lol! If I had to guess, we'll probably get a Nami cover next instead of Big Mom ):
