Very happy with Cavendish development, lots of exposition this chapter, seems like set-up to remind the reader for whatever big thing happens next week.

To each their own, I don't see it so much a gag as just a quick way to show that he's a rude disgusting person. He has a high rank, people always want to gain power and will just put up with whatever people above them tell them to do in hope that it will gain them favor. But if you want to see it as them loving him for it, I guess I could see that interpretation as well.

Well I personally don't like it when Nami constantly hits the guys in the crew and a female would be arrested for doing anything like grabbing a mans balls to force him into a decision. So I don't condone that either. If you don't like the way Robin did that you shouldn't really like this either. I'm not really passionate about Senior Pink's ripping off the girls bra but it's not really necessary and is a bit sexist. The sexist aspect is not the pulling the bra off but the fact the girl adored him after being sexually assaulted and her and the other girls were just objects to him. If he had a devil fruit that was an explanation, or another was offered from Oda it would be acceptable but without this I don't find it good or funny.

There's a difference between a character being sexist and the tone of the scene being sexist. In this case I believe it to be the prior (although Oda does have his sexist moments from time to time)

"The bad guy did something bad?" "SEXISM, SEXISM EVERYWHERE".

-sigh- I think that Senor Pink's actions really helped establish the type of character he is quickly, I hope this doesn't become the thing that people argue about this week.
