Questions That Don't Deserve Their Own Thread

Sometimes when you draw, you subconsciously make that happen.
-
It'd be cool if he was ^^ is left-handed, herself
-
Just noticed that every time i've seen him use Gear Third, it's with his left arm.
The only lefty in the crew is Zoro.
Maybe Robin.
But Luffy, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, and Franky are all definitely right handed.

So the question is: why do people use mainly logposes in the grand line to navigate?
I think it's because eternal poses (posts) are very rare compared to normal log poses (posts).
-
Tomoe: I got what you're saying. It puzzled me at first too. If you know the direction of a certain island, and you have a map and an approximation of where you are on the map, then you must have no problems at all. Actually, that's not the only question. The South Bird can be a better replacement for that eternal pose. With a South Bird, you'll always know where the south is. So if you have a map and you know your location there, then you must be able to navigate as well. It's like in real situations. Ships only need a compass and a map to navigate. It is said that it's hard to navigate Grand Line since a compass won't work on it. Then just use South Bird. I really wonder why Oda hadn't thought this.

Yesterday i was browsing the manga section of apforums and was searching for something like a "got a question? Here's your answer" thread but i did not find such a thread. So i thought it would be pretty nice to have one on the manga section,'cause it's much more comforatble for everyone if you post your question in this thread rather than opening many new topics.
So what do you think?
…and btw I hope i didn't overlook something similiar to this lol...
my question:
1.Why did Ryuuma start burning?I thought nothing could hurt/kill a zombie except salt?

Yeah sure^^.Am I the only one thinking that a summarized thread is better than 10 individuals?
anyways..here's my question:(i'll edit them into the 1. post later)
1.Why did Ryuuma start burning?I thought nothing could hurt/kill a zombie except salt?
isn't this a lot like the theories that don't deserve there own thread section? You want people to not make new thread all the time right? you can post questions there to, I know the title is misleading but there is more going on in that thread then just posing theories, you can pose your questions there too. Sorry if this is not what you meant by this thread and it serves a different purpose.
To answer your question though I think that salt is not a way to actually kill a zombie because they are allready dead, it is just a means by which you set a shadow free. If a body were to be vaporized because of fire, then there wouldn't be any zombie left hence it'd be defeated, no? So there are other ways to kill zombies. By the way, Ryuuma did the honorable thing for a samurai that was defeated, he commited Seppuku and handed his sword to the one who defeated him and thus being the rightfull owner of the sword

@ flandrian15
Where the hell did you see any "seppuku" taking place? You even know what that is?It's a stupid thread, but I had a few questions in my head that I'm too busy to look up for myself.
When was the "will of D" first mentioned (chapter)? Specifically, what's up with the definition of "WILL"? Is it meant in the same sense as "Intention"?? -
first mentioned by kureha. i think it refers to "will to power", though i dont know why its stronger with them.
-
actually the similar or basically the same thread is on one manga forums and it works great.
The diffrence between this one and the theories hat dont deserve their own thread is…
1. They are theories these are questions?...
2. People are intended to debate there and post whatever as seen so far...here the intention is to ask and get an answer ...
without stupid remarks about stupidity of the thread, which imo are subjective and should be delivered in such a way.
We have mods and alike to tell which threads go down the drain, not people, its however different if you add something cnstructive (like replying to the question) and only then say that it is however your opinion, that he shouldnt create the thread, cause its exactly that behavior which sometimes takes away potential good topics. People dont even bother to make a thread in "fear", they ll just get jumped upon, we can be civil about it, or we can stone them to death...Anyways I didnt get the part Ryuma going in flames as well totaly as well but imo it was the attack zoro made that had the burning effect!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! i have a question when is onepiece chapter 5 26 coming out????
It'll most probably come out this friday

1.Why did Ryuuma start burning?I thought nothing could hurt/kill a zombie except salt?
I heard its an old legend of Japan, when a Samurai frees his soul, his entire body burns.
But that's what i heard in a forum, not sure -
I also think the title of this threat is a bit misleading … I thought of a "question - answer - Game"!
But why don`t we change the direction of this threat in this direction, it sure would be fun!? So only rule is, that you can only pose a question, if you answer the question before... so let´s start with this one:
How much money had Nami collected before Arlong stole it from her through the help of this corrupt marine? (sorry, don´t know his name in the English version)
-
Zoro used an attack with a dragon-like form and name on Ryuuma, which must've caused burning damage. We know his attacks can yield results other than simply cutting what they hit, and that he doesn't need to physically contact something with his attack to affect it. We also heard that Ryuuma fought dragons back in the day which explains why Zoro would choose this attack.
Also imposing a silly rule in order to be able to ask/answer questions will only render this thread completely useless. Try to respect the intentions of the original poster.
-
That's a good point, however…
If i remember well, he used the Dragon Attack more than once... But he didn't burn no one that time
-
@Tortuga:
How much money had Nami collected before Arlong stole it from her through the help of this corrupt marine? (sorry, don´t know his name in the English version)
around 90 millions (been a while since i read that page). Arlong just told Nezumi to take her money since she was close to 100 million (the sum arlong wanted in exchange for Koko's freedom).

Is there any answer on what happened to Law and Kidd after they met Kuma?

Is there any answer on what happened to Law and Kidd after they met Kuma?
Not yet but we'll know pretty soon. They could be among the 500 pirates Kizaru caught or they could've escaped

Its probably the the former, jack1000
In no way i can see Kidd or Law escaping from the PX.
But yes, there still wasn't an answer, Santoryuu -

@Maase:

Personally, I see no reason for them to have not escaped. Not only did Kidd promise to meet them in the New World, but Law acquired a new crew member on screen. Both are signs that they will escape and be seen again, and not signs that they would get captured a few chapters later. Oda made it clear that they were to stand out above the other Supernova, so I highly doubt those plans included them getting thrown in prison or something. Anyways, I have brought this up before, so I will put it together here again. As far as collective evidence goes, there is nothing definite that states they escaped. HOWEVER, I believe Oda left us some subtle hints to suggest they did escape:
Article A:
[hide]@Chapter:Sentomaru: We've got our targets ID'd already! Straw Hat Luffy, Captain Kidd, Trafalgar Law. Which do you want first?
This shows that Kizaru was sent to capture all three pirate captains that were at the Auction House. No mention of the other crew members, so failure to capture all three captains would probably royally piss off Kizaru. In any case, we know that Kizaru heads after Luffy first.[/hide]
Article B:
[hide]@Chapter:[ – Auction House, Grove 1 -- ]
Sharlia: Haven't you APPREHENDED them yet?!!
Marine: Admiral Kizaru-dono is on their trail, so it should only be a matter of time! If you would just have–
Sharlia: You incompetent, lazy dogs!! First they reduce my poor father and brother to THIS. Then they set all of our slaves free!! Have you no RESPECT for the blood of the creators of our world?!! When I have them in my grasp, they will crawl along the ground BEGGING me to free them from the living hell they will suffer!!!Here we have the aftermath of Kuma sending the Strawhats off. A Marine is explaining to Sharlia that none of the three perpetrators have been caught yet (with obvious excuses). This conversation must take place well after Kidd and Law fought with Kuma due to it being after the meeting with Rayleigh, which we know was hours after the Auction House incident, because Chopper can use his Rumble Ball's after a few (three?) hours. SO! We know they escaped from the Pacifista they encountered a few hours prior to Kizaru attacking the SHP's and even earlier than this conversation with Sharlia. So far the biggest piece of evidence we have that they were not caught since they should have had time to leave before Kizaru attempts to and fails at apprehending Luffy.[/hide]
Article C:
[hide]Nyon's newspaper shown in Chapter 522 has the article pertaining to the Tenryuubito Incident (thus how she knows about Luffy), and on the back where the article presumably is we can see mugshots of Luffy, Law, and Kidd. While this is not necessarily evidence they escaped, I take it as another subtle hint from Oda that they did since it includes them and not just Luffy (who escaped). Also, this helps strengthen Article D (with aid from Article A) by showing that the three of them were the reason Kizaru was sent to Sabaody Archipelago.[/hide]
Article D:
[hide]@Chapter:Marine: I have a report, Fleet Admiral!! After Kizaru-dono took those 500 pirates captive out of sheer spite following the Sabaody incident, Impel Down says it doesn't have the manpower to draw up all the paperwork!
My last piece of evidence, this shows that Kizaru was in fact royally pissed off for failing to complete his mission to Sabaody. One could argue that he caught Law and/or Kidd, but I believe he did not simply because he is obviously pissed. Think about it, if he captured Law and/or Kidd then he shouldn't be that upset since he only failed to capture Luffy due to Kuma's interference. Had it not been for a potential ally (Kuma) intruding on his mission he would more than likely have succeeded. Two out of three aint bad. Also, if he had caught them then that scene with Sharlia would not have as much impact on the story. While both are still arguable, I think this makes a good last display of information to help show they might have escaped.[/hide][/hide]

Since the Marines block the yonkou's path in the new world, does that mean they know how to get to Raftel?
Another since Shanks and Buggy were pirate apprentices to Gold Roger, were they on the adventure of getting one piece or did they went out of the crew before that journey?
On the bolded part, why do they want to go to one piece again if they already went there? or they should know how to get through the new world even if there are marines blocking them (maybe except Buggy but you get my point)
-
@Sir:

We do not know what is preventing the 4 emperors from getting to Raftel. It doesn't need to be the marines. Most likely the marines have not been to Raftel since we keep getting told that Roger is the only man to ever reach it.

To all of theese questions: Noone knows. It's part of the mystery surrrounding One Piece. Shanks and Buggy might not even want to get the treasure and become pirateking. I don't think we know their end goal. (I don't recall if Buggy mentioned it or not but I'm sure Shanks never mentioned wanting to become PK. Infact I believe he said he bet his arm on the new generation suggesting he wants someone else to find the treasure)
-
@Sir:

I believe another enemy is a cause, not the Marines. And this enemy I'm talking is too powerful that he can prevent any Yonkou from getting to Raftel. Well, just my theory.

From what I observe from Shanks, it seems he's not aiming for One Piece anymore. If he is, then he should be like Luffy -always believing that he'll be the one who can get the OP. But he's not. Maybe he already saw it before when he was still with Roger. It's interesting to note too that Buggy is not interested getting the OP either. He went to Grandline just for the sole purpose of chasing Luffy. He dared going to Grandline just for that.

I know that they will not be destroyed as characters now, Brennen, but i do know they were captured by the PX, also, Kizaru and Sentoumaru would come for them too.
They wouldn't had Kuma repelling him, neither would they have Rayleigh helping them.
They have no chances of escaping that, sorry…They were captured, and will probably be saved by the SH's or the Whitebeard crew in the war.
Also, your theories don't prove anything, Kizaru could have been angry over just letting one , no need to have all the 3 escaping for him to be angry.
Also, the Tenrubyto girl meant the SH's with "Them", not the 3 Supernovas ;)
-
Hey since Luffy and Chopper have seen Kabuto, do they know or suspect Usopp is Sogeking? I was never sure of this.
-
I think not .

Long Fist, well, they are kinda dumb.
They should have noticed it by the big nose too.
But whatever, lol, i don't think they'l understand until they see Sogeking taking out the mask, and even then, i have doubts. -

a quick question do we have volume 49 and 50 SBS questions translated and if not how come no one translates them…

Is mr. 3 a logia or not? I think his powers are more into a logia-type
-
@Sir:
Is mr. 3 a logia or not? I think his powers are more into a logia-type
Mr. 3 is not a logia. If he was the SHs would still be on Little Garden lol. Remember logias can not be physically harmed unless you're using their natural weakness or what's highly believed to hit logias, haki.
I mean if he was a logia he'd probably be Mr. 1 since he seemed to train with his DF to an extent.
-
Only thing that makes me think about it is because he can create large amounts of wax as if it comes from his body. And that why can he be hit if he can create wax.
The only comparison that I can give is Ao Kiji and Mr. 3. Why these two?
Ao Kiji has Ice-ability logia but Ice is turns into solid after some time/solid at the time he uses it.I think same can be said on Mr. 3. If you recall the SH battle with Ao Kiji where they attack him and have them all frozen after their attacks (like sanji's legs; i'm just remembering here). Shouldn't it apply the same to Mr. 3 as he can turn himself to melted wax then just turn it into solid?
My point is that shouldn't he be more of a logia
PS. I don't like Mr. 3 but I'm only curious. If you can't understand my english in this post then nvm
-
That does make sense indeed … Buy maybe he can only create wax with his hands ( don't recall he making with any other part of his body )
-
^ I understand and I get what you're saying why it would really seem he should be a logia but if he was his defeat would've been very different. On top of that it would've been mentioned that he was a logia.
As to if he should be a logia, that's up in the air. I'm not all sure wax goes along witht he logias that are just apart of nature/natural(classic) elements, darkness and light being the exceptions.
-
Logias can become their element.
Mr. 3 cannot.
Case closed. -
would it be possible for gold roger to be garps brother?
it pisses me off that we dont know if theres a connection with luffy and roger yet, i thought out of all the ideas ive heard, this one might work….....family relative i can go with........unknown --- garp - dragon - ace/luffy
unknown --- roger - unknown - uknowni like this idea because it could open up another area of the 'D family tree'
and leave possible legends to comeso back to the question? are there any known facts or reasons that would prevent the possibility of garp and roger being brothers/related

Perhaps them not having the same name and don't start with the whole "ace is portgas and still Luffy's brother" thing because it would be ridiculous if this would've hapenend to Garp and Roger too if they were to be brothers.
I don't get why Luffy would need to have any relation to Roger what so ever. Besides, him not being related to luffy doens't mean that there isn't a Gol D. line of the d's out there. I don't think it is exclusive to the Monkey D's to reproduce. . .
They have a link by the way. The D IS the link. We just don't know what it means yet

Oda's not killing anyone in the present is just to lure you into a false sense of security before the demonic eclipse comes.
You know when Zoro cuts of Luffy's arm and stabs out one of his eyes, beheads Ussopp, and rapes Nami, driving her insane. It will be quite the shock when that day arrives.

no it won't, it'd probably be a boring filler which isn't even canon

That would definitely be Zoro going berserk… :ninja:
-
@robbybevard:
Zoro cuts off Luffy's arm.
All joking aside…
[hide]…there was a potential "spoiler" floating around from a conversation with Oda where he stated that Luffy would lose his arm or something, and Zoro would leave the crew temporarily. IDK, it was brought up like 2-3 years ago I think, and is presumed to have been fulfilled of sorts with Zoro getting puni'd by Kuma. Zoro being the "right arm" that was lost. Again, I cannot recall what it was exactly, but Oda was drunk and it wasn't something he was sure about, but I thought the gist of it was that Zoro would get pissed with Luffy over something and cut off one of his arms. Anyways. I'm sure I have this whole thing all mixed up and someone else who has a better memory could recall what it really was all about.[/hide] -

I believe, because we've had discussions about this (correct me if I'm wrong guys), logias can:
Control -their element in nature- (ex. Enel controlling the lighting in the sky)
Produce -their element- (ex. Enel electrocuting his victims)
Become -their element- (ex. Enel letting things pass through him by becoming lightning)While Paramecia:
Produce and then control what they produced(ex. Mr. 3 producing and controlling his wax cake circus thing, Kalifa producing her bubbles and controlling them)
Become, as in they ARE their fruits power (ex. Brook, Luffy, Alvida, etc.)-Luffy cannot control rubber things he encounters, like Enel can control the lightning in the sky or Ace can control the fire from a lighter, for example
And Zoan:
Become their animal, flat out
