I liked this episode simply for the Towelie segments, I've always liked him as a character. Matt & Trey have admitted that Towelie was intentionally designed as a terrible over-marketed over-done out-of-place character and once you become aware of what he represents, he's actually one of the funniest characters in the whole show.

Anyone that knows SP well enough will know that the whole Intervention with Towelie idea was something thrown around since season 10, it was the original script for "A Million Little Fibers" which they had already animated about 8 minutes of. Knowing this, it's obvious (if it wasn't already) that this was just one of those filler episodes like Sexual Harassment Panda where the staff couldn't think of any good ideas.

The whole crippled thing was just to prove a point, like Greg said: the episode was retarded. All that aside, I actually liked it.
