He doesn't penetrate his body. Kaido's skin is stretching -like rubber- with the hit.

His fist is black with Haki before the hit, and after the hit as it retracts. It's pushing the skin of the back of his head to stretch out with the punch to his face.

Makes me wonder what was the deal with Kaido's eyes. Did Luffy's powers just transform them into exit holes? We can see Luffy's nails when he grabs Kaido's nose, so it's not like he stretched the eyes like he did with Kaido's head.

Luffy's awakening is diferent from other shown paramecia because it can transform to rubber not only enviroments but also people, and he needs to phisically Touch whatever he transforms.

Doflamingo and Katakuri also need to touch whatever they transform. What seems to set Luffy's enviroment transforming power apart from theirs is that he needs to physically manipulate whatever he transforms into rubber to make use of it as a weapon or shield.

I'm glad this place is still around. I sometimes wish there was an archived version of the One Piece Manga and One Piece Manga V.2 MSN Groups.

I wonder if Napoleon and Kaido's club are supreme graded weapons like Whitebeard's naginata. I could see Zoro's new sword turning black if he manages to shatter either of them.
