Welp, to attempt to minimize risk from the coronavirus, my workplace has now suspended all work-related international travel and non-essential domestic travel for our employees until the end of May, and also not allowing international visitors to our main office buildings (with the exception of new hires), so quite a few people here (myself included) have cancelled multiple business trips. We've also cancelled all guided tours at our site for the second half of March and all of April and May, including a big biannual event at the beginning of April. People can still come visit, but only for the self-guided experience.
I gather that NASA has put similar travel restrictions into effect as well.

About the virus itself: correct me if I'm wrong/if anyone knows differently, but from what I've heard, so far, the vast majority of the fatalities have been primarily among the elderly and/or those who had pre-existing health issues, right? And many people who get it don't actually show symptoms or realize they have it, but are still contagious. Not that it doesn't still suck to come down with it even if it doesn't kill you, of course.
