Like I said, no intention of having the issues fixed, which is not surprising given the nature of this board.

RE: Odd Forum Behaviour
I'm having issues formatting and editing posts from my mobile device. Anyone else encountering this too?
These issues have existed on these boards for years and it appears that there is no intention of having them fixed.

RE: Bsnes and Higan Emulator Developer Has Died
He endured abuse from the Kiwi Farms community for years. Anyone who is familiar with them know that they are a community who make it a career to dig up dirt on prolific members of the Internet community who function with ASD and proceed to have so-called "discussions" that serve no other purpose than to dox and berate said members. Byuu tried to get in contact with Null, the head moderator of Kiwi Farms and even offered his life savings to stop the harassment but it fell on deaf ears.

RE: Internet Politics Thread: No Harassment Allowed
The bot's post has been deleted but it clearly copied your post and then rewrote it "in its own words" like a kid plagiarizing a college paper.
Oh, LOL!
Well, they do say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery…..unless it's a bot! Then the bot can go fuck itself with a 10 foot pole!

Oh! I didn't know Nintendo did that, but John Deere (From Adam Ruins Everything). Yeah, we should have the right to repair our own devices… it's so annoying. Though technically you can, if you don't get find out, but I think it nullifies the warranty or something right? I mean I doubt police will come and arrest you if you try to repair your own device >.<
If I had a nickel for every person who told me that it's cheaper to just buy a new device instead of repairing the existing device that can still do you good service, I could've bought a luxury yacht by now.
Seriously, I find that kind of talk patronizing. If I still have relevant use for the device, I think I'm allowed to do maintenance on it!
@RoboBlue:Um… did a did a bot just clone your post?
…........wat?

RE: Internet Politics Thread: No Harassment Allowed
Wasn't Twitch being far more restrictive than Youtube by banning you for saying words like Simp?
If they are, I haven't seen it. All I'm seeing is a lot of creative freedom with my buds who are getting by well through strong communities and donations.

RE: Internet Politics Thread: No Harassment Allowed
The only reason for me to go on YouTube anymore is to check out reaction videos and VTubers. It ain't the glory days of 2000 naughts YouTube anymore.

RE: Internet Politics Thread: No Harassment Allowed
As far as I'm concerned, I no longer hold any further trust in YouTube when it comes to channel hosting and streaming. Some of my buds have already moved on to Twitch and are treated far better there than they've ever had on YouTube.
Plus, I'm no longer confident that privacy can continue to be held online in contrast to government interests in the name of national security. I know it's a slippery slope but the more this goes on, the less confident I have that my or anyone else's information here can continue to be held in secret as far security is concerned.

RE: Gilbert Gottfried performs the One Piece rap
It absolutely deserves and needs its own thread.
Seeing Gilbert Gottfried recite the 4Kids One Piece rap is comedy gold!

RE: American Politics: A Brand New Day
It's okay, it means Flynn can't take the fifth anymore, and the agreement to protect to his son is invalid. They didn't press charges on him for nearly everything, so they can bring him back in once Trump is gone and he HAS to be fully cooperative.
Because… havign surrendered his fifth ammendment right, he can now be charged with perjury or contempt if he doesn't cooperate, and that's just the easy surface stuff. Also, he stopped cooperating with the law before because he was obviously promised a pardon behind the scenes, (by the person he was protecting) so the bribery is also in itself a new crime.
The pardon lets him go free for a couple months and gets him to owe Trump, but it's actually a bad move for Trump in the long run. It actually puts him back under fire come January, and in a worse position than he was in before, assuming he doesn't flee the country.
Also, and not saying this will happen, but it is a possibility… Judge Sullivan can issue the opinion that Trump's pardon of a co-conspirator is invalid, sentence Flynn to prison, and dare Flynn to appeal. So that would be fun.
That's actually quite pathetic, for Flynn to be able to hide behind the 5th Amendment until he was guaranteed a pardon. When the very Constitution is abused towards the purposes of protecting politically criminal acts behind closed doors, that has all the hallmarks of a corrupt system.
