Big Mom Arc!? Zou Arc!? And more!?I'm thinking it's where he writes down the general ideas and tone for the big characters and places, not actual arc scripts.
I bet they're just filled with sketches and ideas/notes/comments about each topic, like a list of crew members/inhabitants and what's going/went on with those characters or islands.
Something that Oda can easily check for when he needs something for the next chapters/arc.But hey, my guess is as good as yours. Maybe someone will translate the full thing and shed some light on it.

I've got "Jump Ryu Oda" today. There are 3 pages of Oda's interviews, but most of which were already known.

Oda: I practiced my drawing skill watching Disney's animation films such as "Peter Pan".

Oda: Disney's art style was awesome back in the day when they were producing handmade animations. I watched "Little Mermaid" frame by frame and drew all characters and face expressions that impressed me."

At first, Oda didn't intend to draw Senor Pink's past. Editor was moved when he heard the background of Senor in the meeting with Oda. His past is now popular among audience.

Before Oda started ONE PIECE, editor Kushima told him that none of his female characters are cute, which shocked Oda most. Oda couldn't sleep at that night.

Oda rarely takes a break holiday, but he meets his friends and manga teachers when Weekly Shonen Jump has double issues.

Man, that Terminator figure took me by surprise. I can imagine a rookie assistant, anxious and heart pounding over getting to work with the Eiichiro Oda, stepping into the studio and freaking the heck out when he runs into it.
Some of those shots makes it look like the studio overlooks the interior of a parking garage -_-

Those notebooks are so interesting, would be a dream to have a glimpse on these!
But i also assume it´s where he scribbles characters and story ideas he wants to use for these topics.
So Zou, Big Mom and Revolutionaries we saw here, wonder how many more he has in store.
I assume he used for the databooks stuff from his previous notebooks of this sort.
Guess he keeps those past notebooks of topics precious to him ;) -

Imagine if he wrote at the pace of Tite Kubo, for instance. We'd still be on Marineford.

It makes the story move more organically and is what allows One Piece to be the epic that it is.

I finally got my copy of Jump Ryu 3 and the video was really inspiring! If anyone's interested in the full video (around an hour), I've uploaded the parts on Dailymotion (since Youtube kept deleting the videos right after uploading :/).
