I'm very satisfied with this chapter, from the cover story to the final hit, I enjoyed it all.
I am absolutely certain Jinbe is aware of Robin's ability to read the Poneglyphs but I don't remember if that came up at all in front of Jinbe himself during Fishman island. I don't think it did. Jinbe seems just worldy enough to know a bit about Robin's origins. As for the glyph it's self it can be left where it is or taken directly to the Straw Hats. I suppose if left Jimbe will push it into the water fearing the people of that island would be in danger from the government or if he takes it he'll get his whale shark friends to carry it some ways and hide it somewhere for a convenient reveal later.
As for Pica and Zoro I loved just about every moment of it. I understand that people do want to see that struggle again I just think it's too soon for almost everyone but Luffy. When I first started watching One Piece in high school the thing that most intrigued me from Alvida to Arlong was that for the most part the main characters weren't in an epic struggle for survival. Mihawk was certainly the exception but I loved that Luffy could not be taken down even with so much hype coming from the villains. It made me wonder just how strong he was. I was just so happy that each new villian wasn't some grand series defining villian that could only be over come after an epic struggle every time. Now of course the trickery or environment played a role in each of these fights that gave them some tension(along with not really understanding the structure of the story back then) but even with a handicapped Zoro in EVERY SINGLE ONE(well not Mihawk) of those east blue fights it was clear that he, Sanji and Luffy out classed their opponents.
The Straw Hats have defeated 2 war lords and Luffy alone took out the best cronies of 3rd all before the training period. Doflamingo and his crew are certainly on another level than those guys but after the 2 year skip its no surprise that the fights are going the way that they are. As hyped as Dofy and his crew have been for years he is now only a stepping stone to a much bigger picture. I don't even think Franky passing out like that was necessary, if not for getting triple teamed and then later purposely taking ALL of Pink's attacks I bet he'd be in much better shape.
For me, Zoro doesn't have to be dripping blood for me to enjoy it. I'm glad both he and Pica could barely touch each other. It wasn't particularly hard for Zoro but it wasn't easy either. I can't see the final attack as if nothing happened before that.
If Vergo wasn't the biggest bad monster of an arc you can bet that fight would have concluded with Sanji in victory. It's just like the crew attacking Blueno with almost no visible affects on Water 7 and the Sea Train and then later it's almost like that didn't even happen. The plot demanded it go that way until it could have been fully resolved.
