Is this mean we can't do the "It's Sabo" for every new character again??

Is this mean we can't do the "It's Sabo" for every new character again??
Monet is the new Sabo
She is the little girl from Jinbe's flashback/story.
Right!! How could I forget?? Thank you
Monet is the new Sabo
I don't know she got stabbed in the heart but anything could happen in one piece.
Sabo used Haki against Barto..
Armanent haki to be specific?
I am kind of disappointed that Dellinger doesn't seem to have an ass.
Guess that means he's a top :ninja:
Who is the man predicted that earlier damn I'm so good
Re: Spoilers Ch.704
I said it from the start with this arc that Sabo will appear and he will cliam the Mera Mera but I don't know how , it's a good chance for Sabo to appear now taking the Mera Mera fruit and meeting…

Extremely? That's going a bit far. Sure, there were some chapters that could've been paced slowly, but I, for one, hardly feel this arc is rushed at all.
Also, what's up with some people complaining about the amount of characters in this arc. So what? I believe Oda will handle all of them well anyway.
Pretty much since part of FI, most of PH, and a lot of DR (so far) has been very rushed. It feels like Oda is trying to run a marathon and get through these arcs by having one reveal after another pile up on top of each other and it feels like he has been shoving a LOT of stuff into Dressrossa in a short amount of time.
Fortunately since Oda is remarkably good at foreshadowing, connecting the dots, and so on, hardly any of it feels off/awkward or straight up random. But the pacing bugs me quite a bit ESPECIALLY when it comes to building up DR setting. I feel like Oda has been just straight up telling us what is happening in DR without showing us a lot about it. I mean…DR pretty much is the Alabasta of the new world...but compare the two of them. Oda took his time and gradually built up Alabasta's setting and showed us a lot of locations as well as characters that have a stake in it. He also gradually show cased his villains and what they are capable of as well as showing off their interactions and character dynamics. Here in DR...I think it's a big clustermuck of stuff that's happening way too fast which hardly gives enough time for the character and setting to breathe.
And what's worse...a LOT of important/interesting stuff is being shoved in which I fear might push DR's stuff into the background. I mean, heck, we only got a 1-2 chapter Riku flashback to flesh out his character which could have been done more effectively with 3-4 chapters. Also we barely got to see much of DR aside from the Colosseum, Green Bit, and one Casino. Heck, we don't even know much about the DR denizens aside from being brainwashed. The same goes for DF's henchmen. We barely know them at the...1/2? 2/3 point of the arc? We barely get any interaction between them which is remarkably unfortunate since Oda is fairly good at casual banter between his villains (or heck, just his characters in general) that builds up their personalities.
Overall, there's just so much stuff I feel Oda has skimped out on to just...GET to these important parts of the story. And even so, all these important characters and entities showing up and becoming relevant within the arc makes me feel like it might undermine some of the DR stuff for the overall arching plot. Fortunately I think Oda has done a decent job in keeping me invested in both but...still feel kinda iffy based on how congested everything is getting.
he still could be a bottom
Maybe he's versatile. We should definitely ask Oda. I can totally see this question being the new, "Is his dick (insert devil fruit here) too?"
I worry about how this arc will feel when we're reading it all in one go.
If we think it's rushed NOW (and it is), when we're reading it weekly…

Ya I know just to confirm this
I really didn't expect Koala to part of the main plot. I always thought that she would be restricted to the Fisher Tiger flashback. Also, i had completely forgotten about Kinemon's powers. That was bloody brilliant on Oda's part.
I am sure Sabo and Luffy are going to have a nice chat. Sabo was not there during the war. Ace died without the knowledge of Sabo being alive. Will be quite a moment.
Didn't realize Dellinger wore high heels..

The anime will split the last couple chapters into 5+ episodes. Too much material for them

It's already planned before they enter Dressrosa to make it fast. Alabasta have Vivi with her hesitation, while Law already set the plan and target.

Link?
i was as happy as luffy after reading this chapter….damn, finally!!! Sabooooooo! :))))))))))
Ah… the shockface... If im not mistaken, it's not just luffy or enel. But they're both notable cuz a whole page is dedicated to it. and for a 18 page weekly manga.. that meant alot. Its up there with a 2 pages of finishing blow.
If were going to indepth examination and rank the shockfaces, i would have to rank enel, perona, and jimbei above luffy. Why? because for those three, it was totally out of character. That's why their shockface is so..well..shocking. But luffy always have that goofy attitude. So seeing his shockface is not so unexpected but still fun nonetheless.
I guess one could dismiss the fast pace as being attributed to how crazy the New World is, but that really is just an excuse.

Maybe it will slow down a bit after this arc/saga, but Oda's introduced so many plot points that need to be wrapped up before the end…
Um…. Did you not read chapter 729?
Yeah I did, pardon me for not being obligated to look at every characters feet.

I doubt we're halfway.
Japanese raw from Kaze1028
Very nice catch there.
Most likely Monet. If not either Baby 5 or Buffalo.
Jimbei's journey to find them.
So Luffy saw Sabo right? and he's gonna get the DF and eat it in name of his dead bro right?
Oh, wait that's clearly Sabo and the revolutionaries are on the island seems like the Doflamingo Donxiquote family is getting dethroned for sure whether that SOP plan fails or not.
Didn't realize Dellinger wore high heels..
That's the best part of their design haha, like I zoned in on it their first full body appearance and fell in love.
when i saw the spoiler, i disappointed and thinks that Oda makes One Piece look terrible. but when i realy saw the chapter, i am glad and say "I AM GLAD YOU ALIVE, SABO. AND HAPPY TO SEE YOU TOO, KOALA." even now, i am still trembling from the excitement….
I am speechless…SAAAABOOOOO!!!!!!! Seriously, why is it always One Piece that somehow rejuvenates my day? Seriously, Oda loves pulling out these "WHAM" chapters and all you can do is just sit there in awe.
Maybe it will slow down a bit after this arc/saga, but Oda's introduced so many plot points that need to be wrapped up before the end…
Hopefully he won't add anymore crazy important characters/groups anytime soon. This way he could spend the rest of the arc providing that exposition that we've been missing so far, but who knows what he has planned.
Yeah I did, pardon me for not being obligated to look at every characters feet.
You definitely didn't read the chapter thread that week then. People were flipping their shit all over the place. It wasn't cute.
Also, can we all just imagine Koala doing the typical Fishman Karate stance and steamrolling all of the bitches? I feel like she's going to look so freaking cool when we finally see her fight.
I literally woke up this morning wondering when Oda would bring Sabo back in the story and WHAM. He is back. Fuck yeah Oda. Fuck. Yeah.
@Valiantt Well, it's been 16 years of publishing, you can't blame Oda for wanting to keep things fast, although it might have been better slower. Oda's a workaholic, but now he's kinda burnt out. For a tired mangaka who knows the ending, having to keep a slow pace is a hell.
It's already planned before they enter Dressrosa to make it fast. Alabasta have Vivi with her hesitation, while Law already set the plan and target.
Well I understand the reason behind the rush since the way Oda wrote it MAKES sense by giving DF's decision being based on a time limit (give up your status and I'll give CC back tomorrow "deal"). This makes sense but Oda could have written it another way to give a little breathing room for the SHs to breath in the DR setting without just…rushing them through such a colorful location. Also it would have made the tournament and the SUDDEN devil fruit prize thing a bit more believable. It is just kinda odd that:
Day 1 evening: Doflamingo > Okay, I have a plan to have a tournament and the prize will be the Mera Mera to draw out the straw hat
Day 2 morning: Boom a ton of random people show up from all over the place to win the Mera Mera.
Yeah DF probably has a lot of networks to make this communication widespread really quickly but...c'mon, there's no reason to rush it like this. Even more of an excuse that Oda should have written it in a way for the SHs to spend time in DR and breath in the setting for a few more chapters PRIOR to the tournament. I'm sure Oda could have written it in a way for this to make sense.
@•Ace•:
Halfway? To me, it seems like we're still at the exposition.
I really doubt this…I really really doubt this. It is most likely an exposition into a bigger arc (though if anything, PH was the exposition to a bigger arc with Kaidou or something). But no, we're probably hitting 1/2 or 2/3 at this point.
lol who said the revolutionaries won't be involved? HolyFuck it's Koala! fishmen karate? Holy Fuck it's SABO! Fuck that asshole who shared Luffy's sobbing while mentioning Sabo on fb and spoiled the whole thing for me a minute before I actually read the chapter! unfrinding that shithead!
Saying Shit just got real would be the understatement of NEXT year.
soo do you guys agree that this chapter of the year.

does this mean she can swim fast and move water like jimbei can?
Doflamingo is like an inevitable trainwreck at this point. It's just a matter of time. There's the Strawhats, potentially Law and his crew, Revolutionaries, Barto's crew, toys, dwarves, Kinemon, Kinemon's friend potentially, all the contestants, the soldiers of Dressrosa that know what Doflamingo has done. It's not going to be pretty for him, I can't wait for it.
This is officially the best feel-good/epic moment in One Piece!
Sabo is going to literally murder Burgess since he's part of the crew responsible for Ace's capture and death. We might see the first antagonist killed on-screen for the first time in One Piece in this arc.
does this mean she can swim fast and move water like jimbei can?
Good question. We've never seen a human use Fishman Karate, and it's implied that she is somewhat adept at it, so probably. Though not as powerful as Jinbei. He's like, the pinnacle of Fishman Karate mastery… I think....
pandaman dwarf LOL

Well, the way i see it, the tournament's already scheduled, it's just the prize that changed. Maybe it's just money before he know Luffy will come to Dressrosa…
Well. I think we all know who is going to eat the Mera Mera Fruit now.

I originally thought that into I too into consideration how a number of characters were quickly drawn to the tournament strictly for the Mera Mera (including Barto, Caven, Jesus, and now Sabo/Revolutionaries).
I'm a bit torn. I'd have liked at least one build up panel in the last chapter, just something like "Hey, someone got into the colosseum unauthorised!". Even though it makes complete sense for Sabo to be there, his reveal was a bit too much out of the blue like this.
Apart from that it's great to have him take over the Lucy persona to win the tournament.
Also, I can't finish this post without stressing that anyone literate enough to read a manga for kids knew that he was alive since volume 60. IDIOTS! :ninja:
so whats the holiday scheduling like?

Yeah, I had the same thought today.
