They might just be asking Jirou to help them out in sealing NEO. One of the Blue Nitro already left to ask for NEO's "help" in fighting Jirou so it's on its way over. It's a trap! Remember they're ultimate goal is sealing NEO so it wouldn't be too crazy of them to ask for some help from such a powerful foe.

You are right, i dont see any point of telling Jirou that Neo should be seald and go back to Neo asking his help to defeat Jirou its pointless.

Hmm i dont get the last page, why is he getting young after the knoking is removed ? is the dark cell a demon like toriko and others or Jiuro source of power is diffrent.
