Well it doesn't mean everybody in the Marines has to be in on it. And it would explain why Dofla is so chill and why the whole country is super casual about things.
I mean if the Marines weren't visibly panicked about Doflamingo's public resignation, then that would seem rather off, wouldn't it ?
But it doesn't make sense that big boss wouldn't be on it. If Akainu doesn't know, than there is no point in this deal making sense with someone else from the WG knowing and him not. At least it would be incredibly cheesy if it happened that way. Also, they still state that they have to look over Law and see if he should be a Shichibukai. I wouldn't doubt they have some department that is going to watch over this and see how he handles the situation whether he should remain Shichibukai or not.
Also, I hope in the next chapter we just focus on Luffy's situation. I have to say Franky, Luffy, Sunny and Law's groups are the most interesting, with Luffy's obviously the most intriguing. Hopefully next chapter, they focus on Luffy's side and we can find out who wins Group B, maybe a 1 hit KO against Bellamy on Group C with either a winner or pretty boy vs Luffy being revealed cliffhanger at the end. I think sooner rather than later Oda will have to close these groups together, there are too many angles. It currently reminds me of Game of Thrones, which to be fair surely isn't a bad thing at all.
And another thing since someone posted a link to the film Z movie, anyone know or guess roughly when a subbed version would come out?
