Imo baby 5 is going to fall in love with Franky, and she'll be completely unaffected by Sanji. i also didn't like that 3rd last DD panel, his face looked too weird almost like there was little effort into making him have a surprised face. i also doubt franky will be defeated that easily or if they'll even fight, Franky's a smart guy and they may think he's an ally of caesar, how many other people are likely able to survive outside in the gas? it would be funny if he took advantage of this and ended up accidentally embarking to dressrosa first.

I don't hate Lucci he was a fine character for his arc.
But he is a zoan.
…And?
He was at the pinnacle of his strength at the time and now Luffy surpassed him. By a significant margin might I add.
You say that like the only people who trained over the last two years were the Straw Hats.
Lucci's sole purpose is his strength. There are no other sides to him so if his strength is no longer threatening. why reintroduce him?
See previous response. And also, he is a character, and like Crocodile, Bentham, Galdino and so on, there is a chance for him to be re-introduced. Same way that Moriah will doubtlessly be making an appearance somewhere in the New World.
You just don't like Lucci.
-
I've just noticed that Aokiji's right arm is burned…
-
Im seeing law betraying the alliance and fighting luffy, go figures even i cant stand luffy sometimes, im curius if don flamingo is going down sooner than big momma dress rosa seems near, has big momma tea party really close, baby 5 has with don flamingo when vergo has on the phone so , don flamingo is an island away.
-
I am so glad Franky is getting some of the spotlight. Before the time skip he was my favorite Strawhat by far, but now it seems he has lost some of his "life."
I mean when was the last time we got a glorious dance and a "SUUUUPEEEER" pose?

Although it was his best by far

hello all! im new here. onemanga is down so ill be staying here from now on. ive always wanted to join AP forums :) on the topic, chapter was great. baby 5 was soo funny without even trying. i can see luffy inviting her as NN when he sees all those weapons she can make out of her body. baby 5 doesnt know the the word "NO" that compliments luffy's personality of refusing a refusal lol. so if luffy asked baby 5. baby 5 cant say NO :) one question, are we goign to have a break next week? thanks!
-
Just a wild theory but it would be kind of funny to see baby 5 fall in love for franky and then joining the crew, cuz one more female would be appreciated =) since she hates DD so bad it would make sense for her to join
-
Can anyone help clear up what Baby 5 was exactly saying with her whole "never being able to say to when she is proposed too?"
That part really confused me
-
So much is going on
CP9 are making a comeback
Brokers now know what Luffy is capable of
DonFlamingo is looking to take Luffy's head
Big Mom is looking to take Luffy's head
….Shanks is still nowhere to be seen.I just realized that Apoo, Kidd, and Hawkins formed and alliance but when they met each other in the diner on Sabaody they hated each other. They seem to still not be able to work together to well.
I'd like to see more of what Blackbeard is up to now, but I guess since he is a Yonkou it's a bit unlikely for a while.
When are we going to see Enel? He sucked up Capone into his orbit and destroyed his ship, but we know that Capone is still alive because of the Supernovas poster.
Like someone said earlier, this seems to be a card game for the NewWorld. Luffy is just going down the list. This obviously won't be in order of strength, but Ace is dead, Whitebeard, the King is dead the Queen might be Big Mom, Jack was just thrown into the picture from today's chapter, then we have the Joker.
There's been too much focus on Luffy lately though and the Monster Trio in general. While I was excited to see Sanji fight Vergo and Zoro's ability to scare the shit out of someone, I was hoping that Nami would fight Monet at least. Luffy had a whole arc to himself and I'd love to see what the other strawhats are capable of.
-
When are we going to see Enel? He sucked up Capone into his orbit and destroyed his ship, but we know that Capone is still alive because of the Supernovas poster.
Pardon me? I don't recall Enel being shown at all.
-
I never said easily. I also think Luffy and his crew are much stronger than other supernovas even before the time skip. Add to that 2 years training and you begin to see their true potential. If surviving in the new world was the same as their training it would have been pointless to train, no?
I'm not too sure about this. Stronger maybe but much stronger, I don't think so. Now I can't account for all the supernova but if we just take the example of X Drake we know that he was a former Rear Admiral pre-TS. Rear Admirals are the fourth highest tier of Navy Officers, just one rank below Vice Admirals and above the likes of Commodore. That means that a basic assessment would say that X Drake pre-TS would be roughly between the strength levels of Smoker (a commodore pre-TS) pre-TS and Smoker now, and that's not too shabby. Considering that Smoker and Luffy's interactions pre-TS primarily consisted of Luffy being pinned down by Smoker, I don't think we can say that Luffy is much stronger than X Drake.
Using X Drake as a benchmark I think it's safe to summise that the rest of the supernova are around this level (with a certain amount of discrepency ie we know that Zoro is weaker than Luffy etc )and that there crews are of similar strength. Does this mean that they're all equal now, no but I do think it makes the original premise of your argument a little shaky.
-
Things are wrapping up nicely so far. Luffy's attack was nothing out of the ordinary nor very amusing (something that could resume Luffy's role in the whole arc) but at least the plot is advancing. It would be a good turn of events if the next arc would follow inmediatly after this (like a chase after Caesar and Baby 5 into another island) instead of the typical party and easy going follow up chapters of custom.
Baby5 has a cool design and crazy personality, Buffalo is wacky enough to be part of the first years of One Piece and Dofla is turning out to be the biggest bastard the Strawhats had to face, so far so good.
-
Pardon me? I don't recall Enel being shown at all.
After the 2 year time skip in the cover story, a moon-like figure hovered over Capone's ship. It is assumed and likely to be Enel as in another coverstory he made his way to the Moon(Fairy Earth) and met some aliens.
-
Oh hey here's a thought.
Maybe Kinemon won't get his miraculous cure right away. Maybe they need Caesar to backwards engineer said cure and if Baby 5 and Buffalo manage to get him before Law and Franky can, he might just slip through their fingers. Then they'd have to take Momo and Kinemon (cool, Luffy would finally get the statue he's been wanting) and try to get Caesar back so that they can use his knowledge to save Kinemon and the others affected by the gas. -
don't tell me what I like and don't like. Aside from that wonderful conclusion. Which I'm sure you reached via absolutely scientific methods. There is nothing in your response that warrants discussion.
Did he not make valid points? :wassat:
Being a zoan or not is irrelevant. Pekoms is a zoan, and one of the yonkous has a zoan army. In the new world logias are less threatening, because many pirates rely on physical ability and haki. We were shown that when Pekoms KO'ed caribou. Also Crocodile became relevant, did he not? I don't care if you like Lucci or not, but acknowledge the rest of his argument.

I think he means the Giant floating sphere Capone's ship gets sucked towards when we see him before the timeskip in the new world (like when we see Law chilling on his sub, Kidd crucifying people, X Drake taking on Kaido's robot etc. Though I'm pretty sure that was just an island.

This was a pretty entertaining chapter. It was also a pretty full chapter with lots of stuff to talk and think about. My favorite kind.
-
Pretty fun color spread, especially with Zoro and Brook fighting over the clock hands. I'm not sure any color spread could live up to last week's, though. And I think the Jump cover was a jab at all the people who whine about sexist fanservice. :ninja:
-
Pretty standard stuff for the intro. Luffy's attack lands to Caesar's dismay and knocks him though the door and a really long way away. The name "Grizzly Magnum" caught me off guard but I like it. And Caesar's faces are as hilarious as ever. The shinokuni gets on Luffy's hands, but seems ineffective against his haki and just crumbles off on the same page. This is confirmed later when his hands are back to normal and totally fine. I'd like to say that it's an impressive display of his haki level, but we have no basis for comparison of anyone whose armor haki was ineffective against the gas, or even another attempt at all for that matter (for those capable of actually using it).
-
It looks like we get some serious meat with the broker content. The silent cameo images (and a few nonrevealing comments) up until now were fun, but we were due for some actual development of a few of them with reaction shots and dialog. 3 of the first 4 don't look like they'll have an immediate impact on the story, but it's still worth filing those images away in memory. Pekoms and Tamago feel this is important enough to inform Big Mom over, which is further evidence that she relies on the Smile fruits.
But the bottom row is where the real stuff is sitting. "Jack" is probably at least in the same league as Dofla for his involvement to get that sort of reaction. He's most likely a new character we haven't met before, and I'm pretty curious about that one. The middle panel made me chuckle a bit. As if the guy has a direct line to everyone in the entire New World. Maybe he can influence the newspapers or something, but it looks like Law and Luffy teaming up is no secret anymore. This news will go beyond the Brokers, so the WG might even get ahold of it. I wonder how they'd react to a warlord working with Luffy. I know that guy resembles Lucci a bit, but I'm just as interested in the guy behind him. He looks like Frankenstein or something. Finally Killer watching is also very important. Their alliance meeting seems to be done and what he's watching will probably influence their actions.
-
Chopper's situation hasn't changed, and it looks like him and Brook are the last ones through. The plan to safely seal off the gas seems to be in place, and Caesar is out of commission. Of course, just when everyone thinks it's safe, Law's 2 hour time limit will expire and the SAD room will blow up and send everything to hell again I guess. I was really wondering how the situation with Brook and Kinemon would turn out, and my curiosities have been addressed. But how the hell did Brook retrieve him? He should have had to go through the gas in order to do it? Oh well, it's only a minor plot hole if it doesn't get addressed. I thought it was obvious how Kinemon learned of Momo's fate, but I suppose it deserved an explanation anyways since connecting the dots is the author's job. Kinemon getting gassed is proof that it's curable. But this seemed obvious from the beginning. I know there are people who wanted to believe otherwise, but I think they understand that they were being delusional.
-
I'm a little surprised that Usopp couldn't talk the fodder out of attacking him, since they were already morally defeated. I'm not at all surprised that it happened easily and off panel. Usopp hasn't had any trouble with fodder since the timeskip, and he faced a couple groups of them on Fishman Island. This should already be the expected norm for him by now, just like with everyone else on the crew. Unless it's really strong emperor fodder or something, I suppose. The cool thing is that his black kabuto actually turns into a plant. I really want to know the specifics of that one, and why that's even useful in the first place.
-
Everyone other than Chopper/Brook/Mocha reaches the R block, but Luffy's comments about Brownbeard crack me up. "Yeah, he's great! Wait, no, the opposite." And Law provided a cart to get everyone through the tunnel quickly. That reinforces that idea that despite the fact that the R block can be sealed off safely from the gas, it's not exactly safe (SAD room go boom). Brownbeard's men are lying defeated on both floors of R block, so I do wonder what will happen with them. Luffy's responses to Law also cracked me up. That guy keeps regretting creating this alliance, but it's too late for him to back out now. He makes a really good straight man, though. It's fun to see him come unhinged. Considering his ability and motivation, he'll probably go out way ahead of the others.
-
Now we get to the most fun part of the chapter with Baby 5 and Buffalo. As many suspected, Baby 5 simply has the weapon fruit. I like her design thanks to that massive gun she's carrying. Oda could have a lot of fun with that fruit, and she also seems like a hilarious opponent for Franky. They can both pull out weapons like mad, and the conversation would be priceless. Her personality is sort of a mix of the various things we anticipated, but I don't think any of us were anticipating the doormat angle. I suppose I hoped for more complexity/history, but I can't be annoyed about an antagonist minion lacking depth. That would be unreasonable. So she's basically a girl who can't say no. I think it's hilarious (and new from what I can remember) thanks to how extreme it is, but at the same time I fear the feminists of this forum already. But beyond just Franky, I'm looking forward to her interactions with the entire crew. How she responds to Brook and Sanji is sure to be especially hilarious, but with her debt and willingness to give away money, even Nami has potential with her. Given her personality, the fact that one of her roles is servant is no surprise. Assassin is a bit surprising, though. Then again that described CP9 too, and not all of them really fit that image.
-
A lot of us expected Buffalo to be the big guy who was talking to Baby 5 back on Dressrosa, but it turns out he was someone who didn't even appear back then I guess. I'm sure I would have remembered a guy with a pirate mark grafted onto his teeth, lol. The spinning fruit seems hugely interesting on the surface. I haven't really considered its potential abilities much, but it seems like a concept that Oda could do a lot with. Those chains he's wearing probably aren't just for show with that ability. Being a personal helicopter (and a fan) is a good start, but kind of obvious. I'm looking forward to seeing what else he can do. I guess gambling is his schtick, but of course he'd prefer roulette, he's a spinning man! He's also listed as a combatant. Is that stronger than assassin? I'm not really sure.
-
Dofla is ready to abandon Monet and even Vergo to get Caesar back, without hesitation. And he's actually pretty happy with this. I guess I'm not surprised that he doesn't care about Monet much, but I'd expect him to be pretty annoyed about losing Vergo still, whether he actually does in the end or not. I guess he's just that eager for anything to go his way. He's also sitting indoors without his feathers staring at a table full of denden mushis. It's probably not his best day.
-
Franky finally makes his appearance! We've been waiting. It's curious that he's on the SAD tanker. It's important to note that he's inside his General Franky robot. First, that means that he's already found the Sunny and been to it, since it was stored there. So whatever he wanted to do with the Sunny has probably already been done. It seems to me like he chose to bring out General Franky so that he could move freely through the gas, which would make sense. I wonder what he wanted on the SAD tanker in the first place. He might have just been making sure that it could transport a bunch of giant kids, but hopefully there's more to it. Anyway, for now he knows the plan to kidnap Caesar and should recognize him, so a fight should be incoming next chapter.
One thing I've really liked about this arc is how I haven't had a good feeling about how various situations would play out. The upcoming fight with Franky and the Baby 5/Buffalo pair is one of those situations. On one hand, Franky's been off panel for quite a while now, and it's finally his chance to shine, so he should have a chance to actually shine I'd hope. Also, Law may be several minutes away, but it's still only several minutes that Franky would need to hold out in the worst case before Law got there, and he should be able to manage at least that. On the other hand, Baby 5 and Buffalo succeeding in rescuing Caesar would provide a valid reason for a trip to Dressrosa. Even if Luffy doesn't care about Caesar, his crew could listen to Law's plan and convince him that he needed to beat Dofla or something instead if he could still make SAD. A successful rescue would also provide a sense of dispair to overcome.

He says AFTER the two year time skip.
And I'm pointing out what he might have been thinking of (since we haven't seen Capone since the TS and certainly not in the coverstory)
-

Am I the only one a little disappointed with the end of Ceasar? It feels like we got a lot of screen time of this guy being an ass, and a lot of development of his powers all for it to lead to about 1 and a half chapters of battle. What happened to that air suction technique? Luffy kind of countered it but it still should have made this guy a threat. It feels like for all the time spent making us hate this guy, we was put down in a rush. Now I didn't want this battle drawn out of anything, but as soon as Luffy got out of the trash section he literally punches Caesar once, beats him uncontested off screen, then knocks him out as a giant. Now, for me it feels we're missing the part where Caesar put up an offensive. It's weird since Caesar actually KOed Luffy once before this.
Then again, what's also weird about all this is that the arc isn't over. We have two more enemies, the gas, plus Caesar might stick around as a prisoner for awhile. I feel that more can happen, but this is whole I feel about it at this point.
By the way, Luffy said he KOed the guy instead of kidnapping him because he pissed him off, right? So, does that mean that if Luffy instead liked the guy he would have gone through with the kidnapping? Funny logic there Luffy, but I like it.
-
@nodensuke:

you misunderstand me I'm not saying Lucci will never be reintroduced. I can't possibly know that. But I don't think he is important enough to be introduced as broker and have his identity kept from us. That was not done to Tamago or pekoms who are Yonko henchmen. Nor was it done to Kid or Killer the Supernovae. Yet all the other shadowy figures have their faces hidden. Ergo top hat man who has his face obscured as well is also a new character. Everything fits this way. only though convoluted logic can you explain why that man must be Lucci yet it is imperative to keep his face from us. Simple is always best.
-
Caesar got played but it was weak. Wow.. he got pushed into outside of the Island. Really though, have to see the Brokers blackened out again? This was a good opportunity to introduce them but I guess their time isn't to be introduced yet. Baby 5 and Buffalo are getting Caesar but what about Vergo and Monet, guess they are goners now. Smoker is gonna report Vergo to the marines but after this how do they travel, their ship got cut up by Law.
-
A few things to clear up,
1. firstly i highly doubt that top hat wearing guy is lucci, it seems we are obsessed on matching every silloheted person with a character we know of, he probably is someone we have never heard of, everyone is always trying anticipate a twist or spin when most times their is none, just like the people who believe kaidous the yonkou they wanna take down despite the every part of the story pointing at Big Mam being the one.2. Also Luffy and Law had a deal, i love luffy and everything but i thought he was a man of he's word, Law has done a lot for him and is risking a lot, all he had to do was capture CC that is not how you repay the man who has done so much for you, if they don't catch CC that could cause a huge problem for Law and himself.
3.Excited about Ussops new weapon hopefully we see him in action soon.
4. And for all those who think the Strawhats would stand any sort of challenge against Big Mams crew by themselves are crazy Big Mam would whoop them senseless as they are, i dont know what gave anyone the idea that they are ready for a younkou, Luffy is currently slightly weaker then Ace from two years ago the Strawhats are no wear near ready for the younkou heck Akainu probably solo the whole crew by himself still.
-
lol Franky is going to stall Baby 5 and Buffalo from getting Ceasar but is not beating them both. Law is going there so maybe it will be 2v2. I wonder what's going to happen, all the crew, Smoker and the marines arriving there and fighting against Buffalo 5? They're (B5) fucked if that happens.
I think Franky will be defeated, they'll bring back Ceasar to Dressrosa and SH/Law will follow them there.
-
Holy shit. I just noticed the JUMP cover.
It's…
so...
hot.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
God I love Luffy and Zoro <3
-
And the parallels between PH and Little Garden continue to stack up. Pretty much CC is the equivalent of Mr.3 to Croc in this massive arc (consider this as part of the Big Mom arc) so I didn't suspect much out of him in terms of fighting power.
-

I agree that Caesar's end was too quick but also have in mind that he is not a fighter. In fact for a loonie egomaniacal scientist he put more of a fight than I have expected.
Why were Luffy's punches unable to knock him down until know? For story development purposes of course, but seeing Caesar withstand everything Luffy was throwing at him was very weird. In the end Caesar was nothing more than a second rate Moria, he tried a similar last resort trick and ended eating the dust as expected.
-
I looked through my "from the decks of the world" and I see no Capone, his ship or anything Enel related.
Please post this cover page you are referring to.
The Enel cover story doesn't show Capone. This happens in that one chapter after the war where all the Supernovas minus Law are in the New World. Capone and his crew get intercepted by the floating craft. Although there is also another island raining lightning that could be related to Eneru, so who knows.
-
Brokers seems more pissed at CC's incompetence/failure than impressed by Luffy. I like it cause it kind of shows they still don't fear Luffy (i.e. he's still a god damn rookie).
When Luffy takes down Don or Mom, then shit will get real
-
This is how I see things going down:
Buffalo and Baby 5 fight against Franky.
They succeed in kidnapping Caesar, but Franky is able to be enough of a threat that they both escape with Caesar back to Dressrosa.
Law is furious that Caesar was successfully captured.
Law states that they must go to Dressrosa to catch Caesar once and for all.
Luffy of course, disagrees, saying "Why should I need to do that?! That's a bit of a bother!"
Law: "ITS PART OF THE PLAN AND PART OF OUR ALLIANCE!!"
Luffy: "Why should I care about it?!"
Law thinks
Law: "Well…....if Caesar Clown gets to escape.......everything he did at Punk Hazard will happen all over again.
Joker will find a new marine mole for Caesar, Caesar will kidnap a new batch of children, and Caesar will find himself a new batch of minions to abuse. Is that ok with you?"
Luffy: "WHAT!!! GUYS!! SET SAIL FOR DRESSROSA!!"
Nami: "But don't you really just want to catch Caesar to mess with Joker's plans?"
Law: "................."
Luffy: "NAMI!! DON'T ARGUE WITH HIM!! OFF TO DRESSROSA!!"
Nami: sigh -
I don't like the idea of Caesar Clown being taken to Dressrosa. That would have defeated the whole point of this arc. Law will apprehend Caesar Clown before the arc ends.
-
We didn't see anything from Sanji. He didn't use CoO, CoA and he didn't use any new DJ move in that short fight. I think that he is as strong as Vergo, maybe just a little bit weaker.
He got his bones cracked and he said if he had stayed in the fight longer….. (which I think is a hint he'd be in troubled.) Have observation haki should mean he'd have a good grasp on his opponent's strength. If he had taken his opponent so lightly, then shame on him b/c this is the New World. But the other scenario is that he was no match for Vergo, maybe he'd be able to put up a fight but he'd get beaten. I mean look at what Smoker was doing to Vergo, that's how you put up a fight. And the only reason why Smoker lost was b/c he was aiming to get Law's heart back.
I just want Oda to really show the growth, I mean it's hinted at. But they haven't had a chance to go all out. Fisherman island was a warmup (and for Zoro it wasn't even that). The New World is an entirely different story.
This is how I see things going down:

Nami: sighIt's either they get CC back or it looks like Dressrosa is the next arc. Which I am happy about, b/c Shichibukai represents the old world and by defeating one the strongest one's would be a good symbol of Luffy's strength and moving forward.
-
Sanji was defending Tashigi. There was obviously more on his mind than addressing the fight seriously. His 'chivalry' has always put him at risk, but that's his defining characteristic.
-
SAD production machine was actually left from when Dr. Vegapunk used to work in port hazard. If Caesar Clown gets taken back to DF , DF may find out that CC was only operating a machine he dose not know how to re make any SAD. <–------- JUST A GUESS , WHO KNOWS MAYBE THAT HOW'LL it will CONTINUE
LOVE ONE PIECE <3

Yeah, but they were still shadowed in a similar way. I agree his behavior is questionable, but with so little to go on, it's hard to say at this point. He does seem to be getting a bit too worked up, but who's to say his experience losing to Luffy didn't humble him somewhat?
Oh, I forgot about that. Thanks for confirming this for me. As I figured, Kid is still stronger than Luffy until the day Luffy surpasses him. Bounty does not always equal strength, but factor in experience and Kid wins hands down.
So Caribou is stronger and more experienced than Zoro and Sanji? Hmm, something´s not right there. You completely ignore the fact that the bounties of the SHs were pretty much frozen for 2 years due to the fact that they were presumed dead.

But you could argue that Luffy failing to get Robin back at the end of Water 7 defeated the whole point of that arc.
Or that Luffy failing to rescue Ace at Impel Down defeated the whole point of that arc, too. It's perfectly reasonable that someone in Dofla's position would do everything in his power to stay in business. At this stage I'm willing to accept that him sending Baby 5 and Buffalo away several chapters ago was foreshadowing of Dressrosa being the next island. These are the repercussions of Luffy being Luffy and ignoring the plan. Oda really emphasised just how much of a jerk CC is, so the reader would side with Luffy: forget the plan! Just pummel that bastard, it's what he deserves! Now they gotta clean up his "mess".
Hell, I don't see the problem. It's win/win, whatever happens. Either Law apprehends CC, Dofla gets pissed again and they go on their merry way to a new island (like the lightning one, or Wano, who knows?) or we get to see the SH's face off against Dofla sooner than expected, one of the most hotly anticipated villains. At the end of the day it's all about Big Mam in this saga - she's the main attraction here. Dofla's the opening act.
I have a feeling it'll be Dressrosa whether or not CC gets away; there's more to the Kinemon/Momo story than meets the eye. Momo has something he needs to "accomplish", and we've already seen how Dofla seems to have some sort of mental hold over him. They'll go with the SH's to Dressrosa and we'll knock out several loose ends in one go. -
And the parallels between PH and Little Garden continue to stack up. Pretty much CC is the equivalent of Mr.3 to Croc in this massive arc (consider this as part of the Big Mom arc) so I didn't suspect much out of him in terms of fighting power.
I can see the parallel, as there's always been a big parallel between Croc and Dofla.
But one thing I should point out is that CC was far more irredeemably evil than Mr.3 ever was.
Mr.3 was scheming and ruthless, but considering both the giants and Straw Hats were bountied pirates, he was never an irredeemable antagonist.
That's why we're perfectly ok seeing him partnering up with Buggy and back out in the world, (heck he has even shown traits of friendship and honor with the fall of Bon Clay). In contrast, I can't ever see us forgiving Caesar. But then again, I guess that could go for Croc and Dofla as well.
Croc masterminded a war to take over a nation, but Dofla went way over the horizon with human trafficking and allowing experiments on children.Like you pointed out, Dofla arc seems like a parallel of Croc… but far higher up in the scale of villainy.

So Caribou is stronger and more experienced than Zoro and Sanji? Hmm, something´s not right there. You completely ignore the fact that the bounties of the SHs were pretty much frozen for 2 years due to the fact that they were presumed dead.
I think that they were being sarcastic.
I mean, we have zero knowledge of Kidd's experiences…
While Luffy has taken on all three of the WG strongholds, and defeated two Shichibukai. -

While Luffy has taken on all three of the WG strongholds, and defeated two Shichibukai.I don´t think so since he was arguing how the SHs is not strong enough to take down one of the Emperors while Kidd has been confronting one for 2 years (at least his/her logic, not mine).

It really doesn't matter, none of them are strong enough to take on Yonkou without the help of each other.
And besides, I'm sure Law/Luffy/Kidd are roughly on equal ground, Oda build the three up to be rivals afterall. -

Seems realistic to me, I just want to know the general opinion.

Theres 11 SN in total but yeah, I'd like to see at least the two alliances of 7 SN together, wth their crewmates, taking on a yonkou.
It'd be even cooler if the rest of the SN could somehow join up.And when Luffy finally becomes the PK, I'd like to see the SNs be the allied pirates, much like WB's New World Pirate alliance.

Luffy always beat opponents who were way stronger than him (except maybe Moria) but Oda still managed to introduce circumstances in which Luffy´s victory seemed believable, i doubt that it will be different this time. On the other hand, we have seen what kind of monsters a Yonkou has in his crew (Marco, Jozu, Ace and Vista) and the SHs right now is definitely not ready to take all of those guys at the same time.

Nami: sighLOL I can see that happening :)
