The former half is a pretty clear little jab at the fact that 'nobody dies' in One Piece. The latter is, I guess, supposed to be a continuation of that riff, except, for that joke to even potentially work, one would have to consider Doflamingo an assassin, which he really isn't, so I suppose I'm as lost as you are on that.

I think Law's ability is like Moria's in that regard. Killing the user doesn't mean the victims die or get their shadows/hearts back.

I wonder how Luffy would have fared against Dofla and Fuji. Surely, he'll have to do better than Law since he'll be facing either of the two or, although unlikely, the two soon. On another note, it took me by surprise that Luffy was tired from the battle. I can't remember him ever complain of being tired as his stamina is usually unmatched. One would expect at this level the slightest weakness could be an undoing factor.

I feel like in this arc Oda is making great strides to increase Luffy's infamy and if say sanji and zoro defeated fuji and dofla or even fought to a stalemate, it would increase luffy's reputation for having such great subordinates.

I'm guessing that Fujitora would be far more lenient to Luffy, "seeing" another chance to end Doflamingo.

I agree with you and I think the New World is watching to see wat they are capable of because of all the Worst Generation they are the only ones yet to create something outrageous.

Sanji had one of his legs fractured just from trading blows with Vice Admiral Vergo, I wouldn't put too much money on either he nor Zoro facing Fujitora or Doflamingo.
I think Law's way out could be the destruction of the factory. There's been plenty of action so far but the chaos hasn't really started yet. When it does, and the factory starts getting smashed up, Dofla is going to have to get there fast. That'll give Law a chance to scoot. After all, the way Fuji has been set up as a sympathetic character, there's every chance he's not going to go all out to kill Law - which could provide an escape window.

Actually the information it's as old as the chapter itself, making it like 15 years old, pretty old indeed. 
Though that info wasn't worth a penny until we got to see Shanks meeting up with Whitebeard or rather Garp further explaining it on W7. I find it more interesting that the info came in the same chapter as Fishmen Island was mentioned for the first time.

Sanji couldnt even handle vergo, ok zorro is strong as luffy but still…
there is no way that zorro is strong as luffy . zorro lvl is the same as sanji or a little above him and he cleared it at fishmen island after luffy knocking out 50,000 fishmen

Zorro hasn't really shown what he's got during training.
Im sure diamante cs aren't a problem for him but im not sure either he or even luffy is capable enough to handle dofla.

I already have a thought that he'll be one future mate of luffy.
If he doesn't have heart pirate, he should undoubtedly be strong nakama candidate. But the fact that he has one, making it possible that he's just going to be another buddy pirate.
