On the topic of Kidd, I was really hoping to see him use the giant katana in the entrance of the island against Kaidou. Would be quite epic, Oda cant just let the katana sit there without any use. The disappointing route would be momo using his dragon form to grab and use the blade.

Say what you want about the story, his art work was master class. That's what I enjoyed most about the series, the artwork. Breath taking stuff the amount of detail in some panels.

In time it will show what Luffy doing now is not necessarily meaning he is going to win this fight. Kaidou is the strongest creature and this can be Oda building up to showing us why. Kaidou has been defeated and captured multiple times but can't be killed. Kaidou can probably take a large amount of damage. Everything that the alliance is doing may seem now like ot of damage but Oda can easily flip the script. Kaidou taking large amounts of punishment and still not going down. Even with Luffy figuring out how to use his haki better does not mean it will still be enough yet to put Kaidou down. I can see Luffy wrecking Kadiou to exhaustion and Kaidou showing us what a monster he truly is. I'm sure Kaidou in the past has fought multiple opponents that could do similar damage, cutting him is a huge feat yes but non stop beat downs I'm sure he has endured in the past. Kaidou also was having fun with the alliance so this might change his attitude towards the fight and get serious.

Mecha-like armor that is bigger than Kaido would be cool. If part of it gets smashed of then Kidd could reform part that was blown away. Punk Rotten of his but but in size of one of the Numbers, thats what I would love to see. We seen Kidd in one of SBS as little kid with small robot toy that he seemed to build himself, if it will turn out to be true then it would be cool foreshadowing from Oda via SBS. Kidd would instantly gain a lot of fans with move like that.

Also since weapon factories were shown in Wano I said back then that Kidd will use metal from which they are made of to form gigantic robot and fight Kaido. How cool would it be for us to see Kaido in dragon form vs Kidd in gigantic mecha? For me it would be INSANELY COOOL! And poetic to see Kaidos weapon factories to be used against him and being part of his downfall. Perfect place for Onigashima to drop down would be that poisoned wasteland where Luffy met Zoro for the first time in Wano.

I had the thought of him controlling that giant katana out side of the castle with his powers, coating it in haki and using it against Dragon kaidou :ninja:

Chapter 1001 in my opinion will show Kidd shinging combat-wise. Oda has been hyping Kidd as Luffyst biggest rival out of Supernovas for quite some time. In Udon we had Kidd that was armless doing as good if not better than Luffy at lifting rock blocks. I think that Kidd was stronger than pre-udon training Luffy. I wonder what he can do with his armor-like mode that reminds me a bit of Luffys Gear 4th.

Kidd needs to shine imo. His DF has so much potential and yes he is supposed to rival luffy strength wise as we seem to be lead to believe. Hopefully with all the materials he brought with him we get more than big scrap metal fist punch.

Basically just came down to devils need love too. Well was entertaining while it lasted enjoyed the art work.

Would have been nice to see a special attack atleast from Jack in his mammoth form. A mammoth cannonball earthquake attack, high pressure water trunk attack, deafening mammoth screech, mammoth charge…anything.

But if the luck factor is an attribute of his DF, then having sea stone cuffs on him would negate the ability thus an execution would work. I think it might be something else that might provide him with this luck ability if you will. Maybe a curse or hex of some kind given to him by his parents or his birthplace etc.

Or it could end.
Either way hell of a ride.

Well i guess there will be an arc about Denji killing Power, then one more arc fighting Makima or the final devil whoever it maybe.
