Get your mind out of the gutter. Chivalry is something that can be applied to girls of any age.

Wow, what an awesome chapter. I'll go ahead and say that's the best chapter since I've started reading weekly.
And, woot!, Strong Right is back!
I guess the Biscuit Room is so named because it's a type of cookie, and kids like cookies, so…I've got no clue where this story is going. I'm definitely don't mind, though.
I can bet you any money we are leaving this island with a new experiment nakama, Luffy is a sucker for crazy things like that.
Not before Jinbe's on board, so I'd take you up on that bet.
So the kids arent actually giants but they made them big with experiments of some sort?
Sure would be nice if Nami got exposed to it and turned giant. <3
After seeing what Akainu can do to an island, Luffy vs Akainu better be the most epic fight in One Piece…period..
So the kids arent actually giants but they made them big with experiments of some sort?
Sure would be nice if Nami got exposed to it and turned giant. <3
Nami has before but it was just a mirage.
Unless you are talking about the giant boobs, in which case she has already.
Gotten? His fight against aokiji happened few days/weeks later after Luffy went to train with Rayleigh. Therefore, he was always this strong. The difference between this fight and the fight in marineford is that in punk hazard, he and aokiji could go all out for ten days.
Now,just imagine what whitebeard could do if kept using his gura-gura powers at full force during ten days…
Now now Akainu, there's always room for improvment. You don't want to get soft do you?
So we have what appears to be a mysterious liquid logia user
I'm assuming it's a liquid logia, and certainly in that state so he doesn't have to breath in toxic fumes.
Why would he treat the little girls differently? I see him treating kids the same regardless of gender. They are too young for him to crush on so he won't act differently.
So how is it out of character of Sanji to treat the little girls same way as little boys?
[….]
While Sanji shows respect for the female gender in general by not hitting them, he only gives the preferential treatment to beutiful women, not to old, ugly, plain or young females.oh to the people asking about "why the sanji-hating going on", I don't hate his full character, just this pig-attitude of Sanji
Because he does treat every women like a lady, no matter what age. Kureha is a good example. He doesn't go crazy at her, but his chivalry doesn't change.
Anyway, King Cannon already said it:
Chivalry is something that can be applied to girls of any age.
Awesome chapter. A bit disappointed that it really was the Akainu/Aokiji battlegrounds as it seemed obvious. Brooks on the Sunny was paneled in such a way that we couldn't see the flags on the other ships sitting next to the Sunny.
As for the CC, my first impression was "Coterie" either Creature Coterie, or Chimera Coterie. It may just be some pseudo random word combo like Baroque Works though. The Master's way of communicating is very interesting. The suited guys use sleep gas, they are releasing poison gas, the Master seems to be communicating through a Gaseous form. Perhaps the Master has a Gas Gas Logia Fruit that can produce various gases. If the Master was also being used as a sort of Gas Battery by Vegapunk, it could explain his apparent hate for Vegapunk. The gas disaster that happened 4 years ago could have been the Master breaking out. Obviously all speculation on my part though. Other possible gas types could be explosive gas, rage inducing gas, freezing gas etc. etc.
The thing about the Strength of Franky's beam weapon is that takes up a lot of Cola. Sanji definitely could have broken out of that cell if necessary, esp. with Diable Jamble and Sanji doesn't have to worry about being limited by such a fuel source that Franky needs for his moves.
On a side note, Zeff always had a tough love thing going on with kids that Sanji picked up. He doesn't hate 'em, in fact quite the opposite, he just isn't going to be all touchy feely. His actions speak louder than words anyways.
That Harpy lady intrigues me, I was hoping that she was going to have a Devil Fruit, but with those centuars and the dragon, it is seeming like she is just another mythical abomination.
Lots of cool stuff and many questions popping up. I get the feeling that a lot of the questions are going to hang in the air as part of a greater story arc.
Sanji is a damn asshole!
First he was useless and couldn't break the door and now he was reacting to kids like that.
BTW Chopper is a nice guy and saved them right away. Franky maybe cried but still hasn't done anything.
And I agree witht he people who says… The action speaks for itselt... wait... It was just Jabra. Ok let us go on.
I just want to know if this blob thing is the Shichibukai or just someone else... The arc gives me a Thriller Bark feeling after all
Sanji was a douche , like damn
also good but predictable chapter
So the kids arent actually giants but they made them big with experiments of some sort?
Sure would be nice if Nami got exposed to it and turned giant. <3
No, they just happened to have Giant kids too for whatever reason.
At least, that's what I think.
People seem to disturbed by Biscuits Room, I think it is something you call place where young children are often Day-Care has names like "Mushroom House", "Pixies' house", "Caterpillar", I think it's something in thi manner.
To the weird, amorphous, but apparently sentient… thing. He/She could be gas logia or form of living being that evolve in that way or mutated during Vegapunk fail experiment (the last one seems a lot like taken form American comic)
Love Nami in this chapter.
I think they're just the ones who got bigger than the rest. There's kids of all heights there and they mentioned something about being sick.
So I suppose those people lied to the parents about an illness to take the kids with them and experimented on them.
Cool, we found out why the island is half ice and half fire. I want to know what caused that giant scar on Smoker's face. And I wonder when Vegapunk is going to show up.

Could be! This so-called master poses many questions to me, too. He seems to be a Logia. Is he the top-master or some kind of named underling? Because if he is the boss, it rules out Buggy and Law entirely. :O
I wanna know more about that birdwoman. She's so hot! :D
Only thing that disappointed me was that Nami wanted to save the children but didn't even throw an attack in the end. I want to see her to have her time to shine in a fight, too (although the gas mask guys are only fodders..).
@ntk:

Not really. We know the Samurai was left in that state after he was cut by someone, and the pair of legs is trying to go after one of the Shichibukai. Buggy, I guess, is already ruled out because he doesn't have the power to split other people up. The Shichibukai can't be the Pedo Slime because of his hostility towards the Marines. Law is still possible, but he's not the main boss.
Nice chapter. A great hint of many interesting things to come. I also liked the fact that gas seems to be so effective even against a beast like Sanji or a Cybord like Franky. It's nice to see that there are still ways to challenge them.
Also I wonder if Nico Robin can neutralize the effects of gas by blooming a mouth outside the radius of the gas and breathing remotely. That ought to be an interesting and creatie use of her powers
Sanji was awesome! He follows after Zeff doesn't he? At least Sanji didn't strike any children upon their first meeting. They both don't care much for kids, who cares?
-So basically Vegapunk's experiment shut down the island.
-Poison gas everywhere.
-As the months go by it starts to clear up.
-It becomes bearable enough for a 10 day battle.
-Smoker checks out the island and realizes there is too much gas.
-Master and the gang are pretending the island is uninhabitable with the artificial release of gas!
One Piece conspiracies are awesome!
Smoker came for the Straw Hat's but now realizes something even bigger is going down! How exciting!
Damn,so Aojiki and Akainu's battle actually changed the weather…...
and the different animal centars were awesome.
That rage comic at the end....didnt even crack a smile, really stupid.....
Am I the only one who kind of has a problem with the Aokiji and Akainu fight?
Changing the weather of an entire island? Half frozen and half buring after 2 years? Frozen sea and burning see next to each other?
I get that they are strong but how can anyone be expected to beat someone who can alter an entire island so easily?
One thing which isn't mentioned by some… Samurai head was talking about a CHILD... So we can rule out most likely that pair of legs is the son or someone else.
So in my eyes lower part and head are one and the same... Still doesn't answer the question why cnet has spoken about MORE samurais in his 655 trans

Somebody has still made pretty good arguments about the head and leggy being different - mannerisms/speech patterns/etc.
But I was going to point what you said out :P Just didn't get to it before you haha.
Otherwise..
1. The one that cut Just-Head is a woman, therefore not Law or Buggy. << THANKS KINGCANNON FOR POINTING OUT THAT I STUPIDLY MISSED NAMI HITTING HIM THE PANEL BEFORE. I thought he was just saying that generally :P
2. // Okay. Let's try to break this down. The centaur guy in this picture with the CC Den-Den was not talking to the Harpy.
–> The person talking to the Harpy distinctly says "I'm trying to take them down," while Luffy and the Centaur are actually having a laugh when we see them first.
–> This implies that the Harpy is either talking to someone who is dealing with the other group of 4 Mugiwaras - Sanji, Nami, Franky and Chopper.
--> The Harpy's Den-Den Mushi has an OC on it. It's possible it's a bad clean though and could be a CC.
So it seems to me like the centaurs aren't necessarily implicated in anything the harpy is doing, but being that they are all chimeras, it's likely they originated from the same place. I'm getting confused about how many groups are actually on this island though:
1. Smoker
2. Mugiwaras
3. Master Slime/Harpy/Masked Gas-men
4. Samurai's
5. Centaurs and Shichibukai?!
Help me out here apforums :D

The speaking stuff was already explained that the term BUUH is used tp "represent" farting in japanese
Anybody's up for a pointless theory based on a likely irrelevant detail?
!
!
1. The one that cut Just-Head is a woman, therefore not Law or Buggy.
He was ashamed for two different reasons: one for not dying like a true warrior and the other for being hit by a woman. There's no connection between the two occasions besides the Samurai's male pride.
That's my bad. I didn't notice he got hit by Nami right before that. That's what he's referring to :P I withdraw my statement.
And yes, I AM up for a theory based on a likely irrelevant detail! Well found :D
Charlotte Linlin's crew is already very chimeric in nature. These centaurs/harpies/your finding only furthers that notion.

Legit. Thanks man I didn't know that.
So I have a question for you though, because I really like all the things you post on this forum:
If Just-Head is part of Leggy, that means there's a Torso with Arms running around somewhere, no?
Anybody's up for a pointless theory based on a likely irrelevant detail?

Is it in the manga too? Probably just nitpicking~
How do you notice such things?

Not exactly running, more like crawling, but yes, they are probably moving around as well.

Well yeah there is somewhere his torso me thinks. It doesn't feels that the samurai was seperated long time ago but in the recent timeline… And it is more likely that we only have one samurai we have to puzzle together than suddenly we have to start puzzleing 2 samurais cuz lower part and head are different people
I love the new Strong Right!
wats up with the boss he looks like some sort of fluid is that some kind of DF or an experiment gone bad…like seriously bad ??
aw look at Nami being all motherely.

Really cool find, it could just be a coincidence though.
Well not much happened. Obviously, this is all a buildup to the action.
I kinda like that Sanji doesn't always follow Nami's orders blindely.
The kids could serve as a plot device to prevent the G5 marines to pursue the straw hats directly.
Hmmm…. CC, or Charollete's Candy, Or Candy Cane, they're all mythical creatures, Big Mom has had a shit load of weird creatures, and her fodder characters have been called monsters by others, makes me think she took this base after the aokiji akainu fight, idk how she makes mythical creatures but that's my guess, this master guy is just her lackey
and for the record people they do not call there master M in shonen jump alpha that was probably a shitty translation on whoever did that
I smell a friggin awesome conspiracy goin down here haha. So many things happening; its like Oda is just unloading ideas he's been holding in for so long.
Looks like smoker is gonna get credit for rescuing these kids and capturing whoever the master is even tho its the SHs doing it. Just like Alabasta.
Probably the same as Garp was to Roger.
i have a feeling this is dofla's work.. the one they call master rite now.
if there's a villain that need to show up already, it's him..
though there would be change of business if its really him.. let's see.. someone related to vegapunk in world gov..?? :/

Or like I said Big Mom could have a say in it, like the Barouque works saga right when we got to the grandline maybe we have a saga for Big MoM right when we get to the new world, all her fantasy elements are here
smoker will easely stop the gas attack against his crew
Lots to take in…. but i say it's fairly obvious what we know...
Doflamingo was the person talking to the angel. All the animal/people fusions are creations of Law who has the same Jolly Roger as Doflamingo so it makes sense he works for him... Doflamingo is a schihibukai... the only thing we do not know is what the kids involvement are, and what exactly all the people are trying to do with the captured pirates.
Also is Biscuit a person or just the name for a room.. hmm..
Also Vegapunk is a old man. That bit of information fascinates me. :3 i dunno why. and i really like how the islands weather was changed from a battle so epic.. haha man Oda amazes me sometimes.
Edit - Anyways its fairly obvious who we are dealing with now. A inconsistancy might be that.... Law knew about Brook being on Luffy's crew... leaving him on the boat could be a inconsistency if this is Law and his crew we are really dealing with.
I love the new Strong Right!
agreed. it's so badass.
then, how about "cc" that Usopp mentioned about the Den Den Mushi?
Any idea what it is? Reminds me of Dragon Ball´s RR <red ribbon="">>! http://i998.mangareader.net/one-piece/658/one-piece-3106605.jpg</red>
You go with the more obscure Red Ribbon instead of the super obvious "Capsule Corp"?
Naturally….I'm wondering who "Biscuit" is.
So the Straw Hats managed to escape their imprisonment with the children......I'm finding myself more and more curious to see who, what, and where these children came from. Are they the offspring of Giants or a result of Vegapunk's chemical experiments? And I want to see who this "master" is.
But I feel kinda foolish for not suspecting the reason for the different weather patterns on the island.....it's a long term cause by Akainu's and Aokiji's battle. Must've been an intense fight.....think we'll get a flashback?
Luffy manages to take down a centaur; what doesn't this island have? I can't wait for Smoker and his group to inevitably get mixed up here.....although, I'm glad to see Brook's well and okay.
I hope the 2 guys behind Smoker with somewhat interesting designs are actually named characters. I don't see how Smoker and Tashigi will be able to handle 9 Straw Hat pirates.
There very well could be something more behind the name biscuits, but that sounds like a natural nick name for children and nothing more. Some have already pointed it out before, but "the little dumplings" or "caterpillar room" are very good examples.
Maybe it's just a southern thing i'm used to.
Edit:
Oh and now that we see that Peronah has been included in the cover stories I bet we can expect Shaboady as well and possibly all the mentors the Straw Hat's had in the past 2 years. I just want the Straw Hat's to get a hold of one of these news papers! But I doubt one was delivered to Punk Hazard if the general consensus is that it is abandoned.
Last thing, Sanji's attack on that guard. It looks like it went through him… Could it be Sanji's first long range attack? Still though Sanji did get right in his face to do it, it's just it clearly traveled through him, hmm. Looks like a pillar of fire through the guy. Or maybe that is just what happens when he makes contact but only at close range.
Edit again: Looking again it may just be smoke. But if the guy is flying back like that smoke coming from behind him like that wouldn't make sense.
Another amazing chapter! (Still baffled when someone says "Not much happened" when it full of new info and mysteries.) The Master making an appearance was completely unexpected, what the hell is that?
People who are annoyed by mangareader (page 10 not loading, lame rage comic), go to mangastream.to ! It's much better.
I found it interesting that the island still is "reacting" to the enormous battle Aokiji and Akainu had two years ago. I wonder if something similar will happen when Luffy starts to fight top tiered fighters near the end.
Of course… An entire island of Rubber! Nami could charge people money to bounce on the giant trampoline!! Genius Oda, genius...
Also, geez, what's with all the Sanji hate? It was just a gag. You people take this manga way too seriously...
Read the chapter! Pretty awesome!
Well at last we now know what happened to the island. Not too surprising though.

agreed. it's so badass.
You gotta remember that, while Dofla and Law both share the same Smilie Jolly Roger, Doflamingo's flag has a forbidden sign around it while Law's doesn't. This could imply that they actually have completely opposite ideals.
