We all know this is what's gonna set Luffy against Doflamingo. But, that shouldn't happen. What message does that say? It'd be better if Law did it. I'm not just fanboying or trying to start a massive flame war (which unfortunately I know is gonna happen). Law can actually empathize with Rebecca…and Bellamy...and One-Leggged Toy Solider. He knows what it feels like to screwed by Doflamingo and for him to take your dignity away. Look at it this way:
Luffy beats Doflamingo: 'Yeah that's what you get for messing with my friends!'
Law beats Doflamingo: 'You've caused me a lot of pain, you'll never hurt anyone ever again!'It'd be more ironic and be worse for Dofla if the person to beat him is someone he's oppressed.
Law had to meet Doflamingo for 10 years,before Doflamingo built his empire.
And we all know that Law doesn't really care about others.He never sympathized with kids.
Law only wants to destroy the factory so he can hurt Kaido's business,if possible he would avoid a conflict with Doflamingo.

Law has a deep history with Doflamingo. We've had hints of that for a while. And we also know that that history ended 10 years ago, at the same time as Doflamingo becoming King. Sure, Law doesn't know all about Doflamingo, but the other way round is probably rue. We're bound to get some interesting Law flashback during this arc. And despite the fact he presents this cool face of "this is my plan to turn the NW upside down and take out Kaido", in reality, the defeat of Doflamingo is going to mean something much more personal to him.

With characters straight up asking if Law will betray the crew it will be interesting to see if he actually turns his back on them. I don't see it personally, not yet anyway. After all this Kaido business is said and done I could see a battle happening between the the Straw Hats and Hearts but only after a formal discussion about the alliance ending.

Even if you accept your latter statement as given fact, what does that have to do with Law betraying the Straw Hats, at all? They are currently in an alliance for the explicit purpose of defeating Kaido. Once that has been achieved, the alliance can end, they can go back to being enemies of each other, and nobody will have betrayed anybody.
Saying Law will betray them means that he will take action against them while they are still allies. While that's obviously a possibility, I honestly don't see it as very likely, and would really need to ask you what sort of justification you'd have for thinking that it is something that will 'most definitely' happen.
I feel like Robin bringing up the fact that betrayal usually comes with a pirate alliance is indeed foreshadowing, but also misdirection. I believe the actual alliance betrayal will come from the other alliance we saw form, the Kidd-Hawkins-Apoo alliance. One of them could secretly be an agent for Big Mam, or defect later on.
Either way, I don't think Oda would have had Robin bring that up for no reason. One of the two alliances should have a betrayal.

You know when it comes to Law, saying he gave the Navy Leadership 100 pirate hearts to earn his title of Shichibukai could mean anything, not that he killed 100 pirates. Yes, it could mean that, but there are numerous possibilities because we're talking about Law and his power. Punk Hazard showed us that he can take peoples hearts and they can still function perfectly fine and be at peak health with full control of their actions unless someone does something to their heart.
He could just have easily given them 100 hearts of some other pirate crew he didn't like and the Navy could even exploit this by forcing these pirates to do their dirty work with nobody knowing that they were behind whatever tasks were being performed and lets be honest, the Navy can stoop to very low levels (Akainu manipulating Squard into stabbing Whitebeard).
He also could have given them the hearts of 100 pirates that are under other Shichibukai like Doflamingo or the Yonkou because he plans on taking them out anyway.
I'm not sure of any of these scenarios, but just don't look at it like "Law killed 100 pirates and handed their hearts to the Navy" because it could be so many things.

I can't imagine a simple declaration of their pirate alliance ending happening for multiple reasons. First off ending the alliance that way with a line such as "The next time we meet we're enemies" would neuter any confrontations the SH and Heart pirates have in the future by rendering them devoid of emotional motivation, a fight between friendly rivals vs. actual enemies.It would make any fight between Luffy & Law in which they're both going all out much less believable and less satisfying, how could Luffy go all out against someone who'd basically be a friend at this point?
Equally important is the fact that what you and others are suggesting contradicts part of Law's characterisation. Law is a smart, calculating individual whose every move from becoming a Warlord to allying with Luffy were designed to advance his own goals, hell he probably only saved Luffy at the war so that he'd have him as a willing ally for the future. A smart, calculating individual wouldn't simply declare the alliance at an end, instead they would accomplish the goal of the alliance then strike their partner when they're vulnerable.
I think Oda is going to use the alliance arcs to build up Luffy and the SH as a serious force to be reckoned with in the NW. Right now they're unknowingly building their fleet and I feel like Law is going to be defeated by Dofla and Luffy will ultimately take him down which will be a major showing and make Law see and respect Luffy as a serious threat for PK. And smart, calculating characters deal with threats intelligently.
My only seed of doubt was Law seemingly honorably saying he was allied with the SH to Fuji but that couldve been done to endear us to Law and make any betrayal sting more.

Look at it this way, by the end of this alliance Luffy will have proven himself as strong by either taking out Dofla or having a hand in doing so and by taking out Kaidou or having a hand in it but not only that he's already amassing an army that will specifically be loyal to him not Law.
So you guys would have us believe that Law, this guy who has been using plots to systematically takedown the competition in his way to become PK would simply mutually break partnership with someone who he'll eventually have to fight anyway, who wants the same title he wants, who is gaining allies loyal to him first and foremost, and who has CoC haki and is powerful and capable?
