From what I got out of it Ussop wasn't being a coward, he was basically giving the Dwarves a chance to do it themselves, earn that victory for themselves so that they don't rely in their hero, in the end it would have been them and not a stranger that would have solved their problems.

I think fujitoras purpose in this arc has something to do with this. I seriously doubt hes here to fight anybody one on one since hes on a completley different level from everybody else on the island so hes probably here to sweep doflamingo off the floor when everything is said and done.

nope everybody thought robin was thinking of alabasta but i think maybe robins making a connection between violet working for doflamingo to save her father and kuma sacrificing himself to save a friend/ally that was captured by the world government

Why couldn't he? Obviously you know a lot about the character who has barely been seen. Think about it this way: would Doffy lose to any VA? No. So what makes this newly promoted Admiral so much stronger? Doffy would put up a great fight. Just like he will for Luffy. Probably the biggest fight for Luffy for about 100 chapters to come

Basic reading comprehension a guy whos going down in the first major arc of the new world stands no chance against the admirals who are end of story opponents plus the admirals along with the yonkou have been hyped to be the very pinnacle of power in the one piece world the strongest force in the world governments arsenal dofla would get stomped by fuji. I agree with the last part of your post though, it will be Luffys hardest fight out of all the opponents hes had so far.

it hasnt happened yet but i think the first pannel is foreshadowing for the reason kuma agreed to become a human weapon and possibly for the reason sabo wasnt at the marineford war
