Why is that on OneManga(don't know if applies to other sites) the Arlong Park Arc looks slightly different from the other arcs and the translation is ass? Sort of applies in Little Garden too.
Ex. Roronoah Zoro, Usop, Garu.

Because One Manga sucks and only puts up the first scan available which is usually translated like ass. There's also Sef but that's the only other one that comes to mind at the moment.

Come to think of it, they suck at chapter titles.
Ex. Sungdai Kitetsu Sword, Miss Belmeil, Roanoa Zoro falls in the deep ocean.

Those translations are Japanese->Chinese->English. That's also how we ended up with Dachshund Binami, Tanjiahdo Lofulamingo, and Bisoromi Bear.
Also, how does Robin's coverstory relate to the Revolutionaries again?

i think maybe dragon has the weather logia. it makes sense since he was able to summon both lightning and wind. would be the ultimate logia too. you can summon wind,lightning,water and ice.

Maybe that's true, but when Smoker asked himself why it seems even nature is on the side of Luffy, I can't stop thinking this shouldn't be fate, that there must be a reason for it. Well, it depends how you look at it anyways. -

there was rain which stopped the marines from blowing up the going merry. buggy was then hit by lightning. finally there was a huge gust of wind that stopped smoker from following luffy. if that doesn't point to some kind of weather DF then i don't know what else does.

He never said that. It was mostly speculated that the lecture Crocodile gave Luffy about being a rookie and his success on the Grand Line is based on something he experienced himself. And considering that a) Crocodile dreamed of becoming Pirate King and b) he was defeated by Whitebeard it's pretty likely to assume that said speculation is right on target. But Croc never spoke the words "I was once like you Monkey D. Luffy" or anything of that sort. Hope that helps.

It would be very interesting if Roger did have a fruit and many of the old timers would recognize that power in someone else. Knowing Oda He probably did have a fruit, but one that probably didn't aid him in combat. Well if his power to hear the voice of all things was a Fruit ability, I could see Roger communicated with the environment to some how aid himself in battle.
Any way, I'd love for someone to have Roger's previous fruit power if he had one. Doesn't have to be Roger I suppose but in 22 years some Fruit users had to have died, and I would love for Garp or Sengoku to recognize an ability someone used years and years ago but in a new person.

I believe if Luffy were in tip top condition he could beat a pacifista, the same applies with Zoro, i'm not so sure about Sanji however as he seemed to have trouble fighting it while not being too seriously injured in the first place.

It may or may not be a Devil Fruit but there are big differences so far in what Zoro can do and what Roger could do.
Zoro hearing the "breath" of things, allowed him to a recognize a presence or life force if you will in any given object.
With Roger, he was able to "communicate" with the Poneglyphs. He could basicly hear it talking I suppose. It does sound similiar, but I don't want to say its the exact same thing yet. Only because if Zoro could somehow realize his potential in such a technique Robin wouldn't be so darn unique.

The obvious reason that Zoro can hear the breath of things is that when he was being knocked around by Mr 1 the fruit that Roger had somehow fell into his mouth. This is also the only fruit that allows the user to still be able to swim.
