Nice to see that God still has it in Him to dish out instant punishment to assholes for being assholes.

RE: Happy Birthday!!
Thanks, everyone! ^^ I admit this wasn't the best birthday I've ever had, but it's certainly been….interesting. Not a birthday I'll forget anytime soon, I'm sure.
@No:
I see what you did there :ninja:
Happy Birthday D- eh korobka :ninja:
Eh. Seems like everyone knows my name anyway. I wouldn't have really minded, had you said it.

RE: Fairy Tail Discussion III
Well, yeah I figured as much. The guy may be a workaholic, but I doubt even he can handle writing an entire magazine by himself.

RE: Fairy Tail Discussion III
This has to be more than just Mashima now, right? Cause if so, maybe these could be like the Rock Lee manga– focusing on the more interesting, neglected characters, allowing them to live up to their true potential and perhaps making a better series than the source material they're based off. I imagine that can't be too difficult to pull off.

RE: What Are You Listening To Right Now ? [V2]
Hadn't even heard of these guys till about two weeks ago, but I think this one song alone has already made me into a fan. Plus, I'm kinda glad just to finally like a group that isn't known and loved by all.

RE: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (9th & Final Season Airing Now)
Yeah, what everyone's saying about the characters and the comedy is pretty much what I think makes the show so great as well. The comedy is waaay funnier than I ever would have given it credit for originally. But what I think this show has going for it more than anything else is charm. It has charm to spare in just about every episode, and that makes for some really touching scenes throughout. Also, the parental bonuses aren't so much about sexual jokes disguised under euphemisms as much as they're just about life lessons that most of the target audience wouldn't be able to relate to. While this isn't exactly the same thing, there's an early episode where the characters are constantly referring to the "Ursa Major". Probably not something a 5 or 6 year old girl is gonna know about.
I find some of the fandom creepy too, esp the really ….devoted....ones.
Still I'd like to check the show out as the clips on youtube are funny but its on a cable channel I don't get.... and I'm too lazy to find full EP on youtube XDDude. It's sooooo easy. xP Just type in the episode name in the search, put ", long" after it, open the filters and choose "Upload date". The chances are definitely in your favour that someone's uploaded that particular episode within the last couple days.

RE: General Assassin's Creed thread
Y'know, the series started in the Middle East, couldn't they start inching the other way so we could get some, I dunno, Asian background? Even freaking Istanbul would be a nice change of pace.
There's also an entire continent called South America sitting right there.
…? Did you forget about Assassin's Creed: Revelations?
Not like I'm gonna blame you if you did. It's…not the most memorable entry in the series. And yes, the city itself is definitely a nice change of pace. It's probably the best thing Revelations had going for it.

RE: Metal Gear Solid V: Survive is some real far waters exploitation
I finished MGS4 after just 3 days, so I'll be sure to make the most of this one. I am still wondering if the statements about it being as shorts as it is are true, because I'm seeing it all over the place, it still feels like something of an exaggeration. And I must say…even for a downscaled game (I have it on PS3), it looks absolutely incredible. Maybe the best looking PS3 game I've ever seen. Aside from some slightly animation on Snake, I'm barely noticing any difference between the last and next gen versions.

RE: General Assassin's Creed thread
I actually had a feeling that Connor's talk with the Marquis de Lafayette was foreshadowing that this would come directly after ACIII. And it makes perfect sense, really. That being said, I've also kind of had enough of the 18th century settings. Plus, even as someone who's loving the hell out of Black Flag, I think it's time for this series to take a break. If this doesn't mix things up in a big way (which I highly doubt), I'll probably pass or just wait a long time before picking it up.
