i'm wondering how the kaido/big mom alliance ends up going south. them fighting over who gets to kill luffy seems too easy a guess. they are gonna have to be separated at some point and i hope its exciting. i'm hoping the marines send green bull and the new pacifistas.

ill be honest i really do not care about odens flashback at all. i know oda keeps hyping him up but i don't care. i really hope this flashback isn't too long.

so when is luffy going to awaken his fruit if he is going to level up his haki in this fight with katakuri? or perhaps gaining better control over haki is the key to awakening your fruit.

i hope luffy goes gear 4th and pulverizes sanji and his family.

one of my old predictions was luffy negotiating with big mom and promising to bring down kaido in return for something. i'm thinking that both luffy and jimbei will end up losing the majority of their life force and will only be given a year or so to take down kaido. with this big mom gets an opponent to harm one of her major rivals and if luffy fails it doesn't really affect her in any way since luffy was going to die anyway. this might also mean that bonney gets involved with luffy at some point and she helps luffy and jimbei by keeping them younger and stopping them from reaching that year mark. you know big mom isn't going to return those years even if luffy defeats kaido since luffy would be a major rival if he managed to do that.

big mom and bonney are definitely related. bonney throws similar tantrums when she doesn't get the food of choice plus other similar features. also maybe big mom has a mythical fruit? maybe the tree of life? she would fight using wood and also has control over life.

If this next arc is going to be focused around Sanji, it would be a big missed opportunity on Oda's part to not bring back Gin.

i can definitely see gin be some kind of mafia leader.

That would be interesting…getting a Supernova(Cavendish's, Luffy's, or Bartolomeo's generation), a character who needs further development, or an older character not seen in a while would deepen the story and may cause side conflict

of course it's gonna be bonney. she will be at the island and will befriend luffy and then join him. she got annoyed at zoro for being careless so i can imagine what her reaction would be to luffy invading whole cake island and messing with big mom. might just be enough to endear luffy to her.
