@sggupta:
what an intelligent and witty post.lol who needs meaningful and constructive criticism when you have has GARBLEDLOLSJUMBLEDsupposedtobesarcasticunreadable mess.truly a true product of modernism
Thanks. I try my best to mimic the majority of Oda can do no wrong posters here.
@Michel_nunes:
err… what?, c'mon we all know luffy wouldn't explode... it was just Cracker's way of saying that by eating a lot luffy would get incapacitaded to fight, he even said it before charging at luffy that he couldn't even imagine Luffy even move at that state, so that's why he charged on luffy and not on nami, he thought Luffy was done, full of food and incapable of dodging his attack, but he couldn't predict a new G4 variation... it's that simple actually...
Yes, simply incompetent. Luffy, the guy who finally gets immobilized, was really the one responsible for finding Cracker's weakness. That's why he attacked him right? Even though Cracker outright states if it wasn't for nami this wouldn't be happening. Wow, he states the problem and does not do his best to try and correct it while luffy is now immobilized. Instead He CONTINUES to make soggy biscuits, HOPING luffy has nothing else up his sleeve. While letting his true enemy Nami reign. The fight was rushed, majority off-paneled and badly written. Which in turn made Cracker look like a part of the goof troop.
@RobZilla:
I think you're overstating Cracker's importance just a little here.
He's a character introduced in the last few chapters who we haven't seen at all during our glimpses of Big Mom.
Right hand is a bit strong.
Oda overstated Cracker's strength importance.
Boasting about Big mom being so brilliant by taking the initiative and sending Emperor executive Cracker to make sure Luffy gets walloped.
Oda boasting about the 800 million bounty TWICE, limitless amount of defenses, etc.
This was a check paid to the order of hype worth 800 million dollars and it bounced!
You can't end a match up between a rubber man and a guy who produces biscuit soldiers with something comic?
Think about that statement for a minute.
You can, other than an Emperor's right hand.
freestyle
Luffy had just devoured yet another biscuit soldier after apparently being full, after nearly a dozen hours of eating.
Going for the kill against a seemingly immobilised Luffy doesn't make Cracker look incompetent in any way.
Except Luffy was not the problem, Cracker admitted himself Nami was.
Lets not get to nami and the homies now that Luffy is subdued. Brilliant!
Since Cracker drew attention to the fact that the homies were protecting Nami makes it seem pretty obvious that he had already tried to take Nami out of the equation. Also, what makes you think that Luffy would stand by and continue to eat the biscuit soldiers while Nami was being attacked?
Because evident by the fact that Luffy baiting Cracker meant that he couldn't move.
Cracker accomplished the objective, but foolishly attacked the wrong target. That's just bad writing.
Why not try attacking nami while luffy is finally handled.
He didn't contradict himself, he merely changed tactic when it seemed to make perfect sense to do so.
Yes, because all high calibre fighters are geniuses.
Kizaru would like a word.
What incompetence did kizaru show in battle?
It's a contradiction and mindlessness…Cracker outright stated the problem, which was nami, and said he would immobilized luffy by just making him eat due to his ability to create limitless biscuits, yet ASSUMES luffy got nothing else and attacks him instead of Nami while luffy can't move. Keep feeding luffy like you said, while freely getting nami and the lame homies, who should not have even been a threat in the first place. Base luffy punked them, weak chopper handled them. It is simply unbelievable writing for a top executive of one of the most powerful pirates in the world to lose in such manner.
You were just complaining about how the fight ended in a fashion that wasn't serious enough for you.
I can't believe you abandoned the tactic you were using at the start of your post by the end of your post, aren't you just so darn incompetent?.
Nope.
