I am seriously failing to remember any shounen that doesn't have any sort of friendship power-up.
I might be wrong but… Hunter x Hunter ? The friendship between Gon and Killua is a big part of the manga but I don't remember any power-up because of that.
The one at the end of the Rob Lucci fight was a pretty big example.
How is that a friendship powerup? He didn't get a massive increase in strength, he simply got up after being hit by a Rokuogan and did a Jet Gatling to finish of Lucci. You're confusing his endurance with a friendship powerup.

When and where is that a power-up? Luffy gone all out that means he gave everything that he got at that moment, he didn't got permanently stronger(that was already is strength from the beginning) and later he got the consequence of not being able move.

Friendship powerups. This needs to die.
From all the manga I have already read or I'm reading, is a moderate amount, I rarely seen a friendship powerup(well if you count every Fairy Tail FP then is not that rare).
Keeping to the topic:
-I don't like the Mega-unrealistic intense and fast training ending in a Mega-unrealistic power up. It gets even worse when the teacher says that normally it would take a huge amount of time and so the trainee is a genius(Damn, almost all shonen main characters are born genius, WHY???!!)
-I don't like the Mega-unrealistic difficult tests/exams/trials when the end result is such a small thing (The HunterXHunter exam was a bit exaggerated, but at least it was a world exam for the biggest profession in that world. But things like Naruto Chuunin exam where the result is being promoted to a mediocre Chuunin.(How the hell Iruka and that guy from the first episode that got beaten by Naruto passed that Exam??)).
Someday I'd like to see one of those unrealistic powerups played completely straight. Like how steroids can screw people up.

I think a lot of times it's not the author's initial intention (for the ones that are initially average or talentless, like Naruto was), but they just can't think of a better way for the main character to become better than all the enemies he faces in a short-enough period of time that it doesn't require a timeskip.

Blonde is not a natural japanese hair color so the easiest way for them to tell you that a character is caucasian right away is to have his hair blonde.

Naruto had trouble using the Clone Jutsu because it needs hand signs to perform, and the Clone Jutsu simply creates an illusion not an actual body. The Shadow Clone Jutsu creates an actual body and only takes one simple hand sign to do (making a cross with two fingers in each hand) since Naruto has chakra falling out of his butt he could master the technique easily.
The Rasenshuriken was actually well handled and fits right away in the logic of it's world. Naruto made like a hundred clones or so and since the knowledge and experience of each clone goes back to the user the few days he to develop the technique, which was still imperfect when he started using it, were actually the equivalent of a year or more of training.
I don't remember much of his Toad trainning but he hadn't perfected it either. He couldn't fuse with the toads to gather nature chakra for him like Jiraya did so he had two clones slowly gathering chakra at the toad fountain which he then dismissed.
Naruto's friendship power-up was when he became buddies with the Fox and the Fox started giving him chakra right up the ass and that for some reason solved every problem he had with perfecting his latest techniques.

The final fight of FMA was more Ed just going crazy with his alchemy after he caught Father off guard. That and you have to keep in mind Father had already taken attacks from pretty much everyone so he wasn't exactly in peak condition. Heck, Ed still needed Greed's help to finish him off.

Example Ash in Pokemon is 10 years old because it's target audience is 10 years old, Nobita from Doraemon is in 4th grade because it's aimed at forth graders, etc.

One Piece it's campy I figure it gets a pass. Naruto…Yeah Ninja's yelling their secret techniques probably not smart. Bleach...Spells/Kido makes sense to me cause in some mythologies spells only have an effect if the target can see and hear it. But their regular attacks...Um, probably don't need to be vocal. Yelling Bankai used to be cool.

The main character recovering from some rage powered mode because his female friend/ love interest tells him to stop. On the subject of stupid anime girl shit, that episode in Sword Art Online when Asuna assumed Kirito wanted to have sex with her when he asked to spend the night at her house. So he has dinner there and she starts taking off her clothes, and he says that he doesn't and didn't want to have sex with her. She responds to his by calling him an idiot and punching him. That just rustled my jimmies.
Rage modes in general. Especially when they're effective and the issue becomes something like their mind being at risk. It just makes the villains look like crap. I wanna see a villain just shut down a rage mode without any fuss.

Anime characters always have perfect hearing. Protagonists always talk to villains from many football away and can hear each other perfectly.
One thing that really annoys are redeemed antagonists. Fairy Tail is a very good example. Most of the bad guys become good after some time, the most recent example is Minerva. I wouldn't be surprised if Zeref and Acnologia become good guys in the end because of friendship. In Soul Eater, Crona had a change of heart but became an antagonist again but in the end he/she had ANOTHER change of heart. I would've been better if Crona had stayed an antagonist because he/she has done some very questionable things after becoming a bad guy again. Someone who has killed the entire population of Moskau and the Death Scythe in charge of this area doesn't deserve to be redeemed in my opinion.
Another thing that bothers me are crazy lolis. I don't know why but I can't stand lolis with broken powers or a creepy personality.
Crona is the only one I would say it makes sense for all their heel turns. Crona was depicted as weak willed and wanting affection and or approval. Also was highly insane.

To be honest, regarding the tsundere, I pretty much despise all those cliché female personalities from anime (tsundere, moe, and all that shit).
Problem is, that the majority of anime/manga characters are some cliche stereotypes, lol. But yeah tsunderes are annoying.
What I hate is the "sympathetic super-villain syndrome" as I like to call it. Take a character that makes a great villain, then give him a sob-story of why he's so villainous and make the readers sympathize for the guy.
It's one reason why I like Crocodile and Hody from One Piece, they are just mean, cruel and villainous.

Maybe it's that I haven't read a lot of manga, or watched lots of anime, but I can't say there is any type of thing I'm sick of. If I watched/read a lot more, it might be a bit more different. I do know that some of the stuff has been very prominent in a lot of stuff recently, but I think that the problem is that the stuff isn't executed well. It's like any trope/cliché, they aren't bad, but if not used correctly it just doesn't work, and if not used well and lots of media does it, it gets really annoying.

The first bankai in Bleach I thought was really well done cause it had to be earned, and when Ichigo finally brought it out against Byakuya it was a really satisfying moment. The bankais turned to crap now though, just powerups everywhere.
Naruto's sage mode I thought was pretty nice, but his jesus kyubi mode just makes it redundant. Plus Naruto gets a new super saiyan design every few chapters and it just loses meaning.

Except it just makes me wonder why he doesn't just instantly do that all the time and bypass every fight he encounters and possibly many of his Nakama's
School uniforms. The more I got into anime and manga, the more I saw those generic school uniforms. I loathe them now! The reason why 70% of all anime stories have to happen at schools is beyond me. Killer, cooks, builders, shooters, fighters, player, geeks, all of them are at school. Schoolgirls are sent into battles, hazard-zones and war zones, not to mention these millions of romantic/shoujo animes who also happened at schools. Today I… I really appreciate every anime or manga without those (like One Piece or even Witchblade), except some classics or storywise really well done animes.
