No, They both are not Vice Captain,they don't seem interested in that position. It's Ussop ,and Luffy agreed to it. and after this arc Usoop is going to get his first Bounty which will be the second highest of the crew after Luffy.

As funny as I think the God Usopp thing is. I don't think it will affect his real bounty, since it was only a thorn in the side of Doflamingo and not exactly something the government would even potentially have to be worried about. Would be hilarious if Usopp joined the schichibukai though

I agree with you. After all, Fujitora was listening when Doffy admitted that not only did Usopp get under Doffy's skin but Doffy blamed Usopp for the Birdcage happening on that page you provide, the whole "He's the reason you have to take part of this twisted game!"
After all its not strength alone that decides the bounty level.
If some low-level captain like Nezumi can demand Luffy to have his first bounty, then when an admiral says that Doffy blames the civilian side of the crisis on Dressrosa (citizens caught in Birdcage) on Usopp, then that's a good case of Usopp getting a new bounty.

Depending on the marines report of the incidents implicating the drill. I really have an hard time believing they clashed many time. To me it seems like the meeting to decide who was the best striker once and for all. Could see young Garp doing the same after hearing about the king punch.

Yes Law has a stamina problem but lets look at it realistically. What else could Law have done in that fight? He went for a one shot move (mes), then got wrecked with a kick and bullet thread, he couldnt have done anything else.

Staying he wouldn't do better is speculation. All we know is that he wasn't at full strength

Probably missed this discussion but I can't wait to see how Oda will use Bellamy in the fight. I'm pretty sure Doflamingo will control Bellamy and give Luffy fits while Law handles Treble. Also nice to Law performing surgery and living up to his nickname.

And Kanjuro's ability got more interesting when the ammo hit that wall. Still don't get Violet not getting tied up like everyone else.

I thought about that panel, my conclusion was he called the meteor before eating the ramem. It's not like he needs to navigate the meteor.

Would be the first object to have a devil fruit other than zoan.

Zoans kinda make sense, since they have what I'd call an essence of an animal inside them, so a sword that has elephant devil fruit can be commanded, since it posseses some intelligence. But how would you give commands to gravity, vibrations or fire?

We haven't and if it is a DF in his blade it seems Vegapunk has made some progress seeing the only items with DF's embedded we've seen were both Zoan types. Has it ever been mentioned if this is only possible with Zoans or was this speculation?
Also, I still want to know what's up with Big Mom's ship. Why can it speak? Does it have a DF? Doesn't it sink because of the woods natural buoyancy or is it just the ships head (what's that thing called in English???) that has a DF?

Yep but in the case of WB and Law there's always an indication of them using their power with their weapon.
-For WB there was the quake bubble around his bisento
-For Law there is "Room".

There is, for now, no clear indication of Issho-san channeling is power through is sword.
But i see the idea :happy:

Nope, I cannot grasp the idea of Monkey D. Garp doing some extensive training just because he heard some rumors about this drilling head or any powerful foe out there at the time, the dude fighting Roger at that time

if weapons can 'eat' all types of DF… blackbeard already got two, he carries like 3 pistols and we saw him wielading a pair of claws in the flashback. in the final arc BB will be a darkness/quake man with zoan,logia,paramecia pistols and a pair of logia claws. :ninja:

We don't know if he was chasing Roger 30 years ago and it's imagine mountain busting has proper training rather than extensive.

Fuji reminds me of Garp back then smashing the wall and then one of the Sailors asks why? Because it makes me look cool.

Fuji just looks way cooler using his sword instead of his hands.
