Well that was a fun exchange. I guess Hawkins explaining his abilities is better than an info box like we had during Reverie. Keeping it a secret from our protagonists isnt as fun when we the readers know what it's all about. So you can't put yourself in their shoes and struggle to make sense of what's going on. I'm with Oda's call here.

I think he is going to come. Phoenix is a typical "animal" in japanese mythology and Wano is all about that. What i think is Fujitora is going to call all the Shikibukai and they are going to clash with Kaidou and Big Mom after their "alliance" in Wano arc. It's going to be a suicidal mission because Fujitora wants to erase them completly after what Vegapunk created. Weevil is going to Wano also because of his status so i think that Marco will finally come to save Luffy or maybe help him after hearing that.
If they come, you have Mihawk, Hancock, Buggy and Weevil plus Law and Jimbei (who is going to come) which five of them are "allies" and the other one is an enemy. Kuma is not going to come because he is in Mariejoie maybe dealing with Revolutionnaries and that stuff. So i think something like that is going to happen.
I mean, sure that can happen if there's a motive for Marco to go later on like Weevil going there. All I'm saying is that he's not planning on going now.
Ok so now there seems to be some confusion between mangastream and the first one as to whether Marco is going or not. Mangastream's version makes it appear as if he's going with Nekomamushi, the other doesn't, which is it?
I think they mistakenly wrote "we're going to Wano" instead of "you're going to Wano". The rest is the same - Marco can't leave because of Weevil and want Neko to convey the message. He wouldn't do that if he went with him.

Yeah sure, I'd say he was almost up there after time skip, after beating Doffy and Katakuri he's surely above him. The question is how far till Admiral/Yonkou is he? Will there be another gear?
