I wonder what it is Zombie is actually hearing when he says the King Engine. Is it his nerves? Lol. Poor King. People hyping him up and never listening.
Is Saitama the only one that knows the truth? I can't remember if it was just him.

I don't think that Saitama knows the truth actually. Or if he does, he just doesn't care. Genos knows what's up with him though. And he seems to be the only one
And yes, it's his heart that makes this noise.
Nah Saitama definitely knows. That was the whole thing with King's initial arc. Saitama just tells him to actually become strong and walks off and now they play video games.

Yeah. It's just Saitama.
I like how Sweet Mask talks up King for actually taking his job as an S-class seriously right after trash-talking a group that includes Zombieman and Pig God.
By now, King is my sole reason to continue reading this, this man cracks me up. Gotta love to see how he handles the dangers below and when Saitama gets him more recognition from the fodders.
Honestly that whole scene felt awkward to me. Tatsumaki, Atomic Samurai, Flashy Flash, and Sweet Mask are all impressed that King held his own fighting "nonstop" all night, but those are all literally the cockiest members of the association. Shouldn't they all feel capable of doing that? I don't know, it's just another scene to hype up King but it just didn't feel natural. Maybe it just needs a better translation.
Keyword being "all night". I doubt any of them has that kind of stamina.
Even excluding stamina I don't think any of them would willingly choose to go to the enemy's lair and fight them all night alone for no personal benefit.

Not an issue. The father can be impressed that his son can lift a heavy bag and that doesn't mean the father is weaker or stronger than the son.
I saw it as they were more impressed with king's dedication also

No one has that kind of relationship with King though. It should be expected by now, given his reputation, that he should be capable of doing that. But everyone else, whether or not it's true, should believe themselves capable of doing the same. It just felt awkward seeing Tatsumaki especially acknowledging anyone in that way.
While Tatsumaki thinks of herself as generally stronger than everyone else I got the feeling she always respected King as being the strongest. Regardless of if most of them can technically fight all night against monsters its still an impressive feat, especially when King looks completely uninjured. Some of the monsters are pretty high level as well and it's reasonable for them to believe that king was fighting more than just fodder monsters.
King is a wonderful example of the infectiousness of insecurity. Deep down he knows he couldn't fight any of those monsters for 5 seconds, let alone all night. But since his face doesn't register that insecurity, all the emotion gets conveyed outward by the King Engine- that great empathic transmitter, King's very own Tell-Tale Heart. Thus, everyone around him that hasn't removed all limitation from their existence feels the insecurity that King feels.
Just a theory.
No matter how much you twist it,the purpose of King is for comic relief only( at least as of now).
Am I only one who doesn't like King? That could be Mr. Satan and Buggy fatigue setting in though.
King remind me that One manga where there was that sweet guy that evryone considered scary because of his face. Altugh he actually never tried to be scary and didn't understand why people feared him that much. King is more like Mister Satan since he knows what's up but won't say anything.

Angel Densetsu? I read a few dozen of the chapters, but never got through. Funny concept though
King is the only reason why I stick with this manga, apart from Murata's godlike art.
Though I guess it's less king, but the chemistry between him and Saitama.
I like king because hes a view into how saitama would be treated if his accomplishments were properly recognized, he doesn't go out of his way to put up the farce as much as just get repeatedly get lucky/unlucky and he has more depth to his character than just being a lucky fake.
Once King breaks his limiter he will become so convincing that even reality bends to his will.

Katai from Komi-san wa Komyushou Desu?

Definitely Angel Desetsu, although the main character in it ended up being decent enough at fighting without ever really fighting. What a great manga.

Yeees. It gets old at some point but it's pretty funny.

Yes. It's great concept and execution. It gets old after a while tho.
Next chapter will be at least 150 pages long according to Muratas twitter.
It is at this moment 147 pages but Murata feels like it will be more when finished.
Also this will be filled with action.
Will Murata show us S-class strength already ? I cannot wait for Flashy Flash and Darkshine. Oh and Sweet mask. For rest of VS I of course also wait but in this round, those 3 interest me the most.

Music to my ears. Can't wait.

This man is a machine.
Imagine if he had Oda's worldbuilding skills.

Imagine if he had Oda's worldbuilding skills.
He only has drawing skills and has genious grip on drawing action.
Though with all updated to Ones original work, OPM is closer to One Piece structure and foreshadowings than most of current mangas.
I want murata to draw hunter x hunter

I think, because of his massive drawing Skills, he should work with Miura, too.
I'm dying to see the heroes vs monster association vs Garou
I honestly can't wait!!!!

Berserk art is in league of its own and Murata could not do much besides some odd inking jobs, though Miura's art is more painting like and Murata more 'cartoon' like they are both outstanding artists but Miura's art style requires a lot more time.
Hunter x Hunter…well yeah if it helps Togashi to produce more than 10 chapters a year then fuck yeah.... well Togashi has some great panels time from time and and his prime HxH is enjoyable even purely from art point.
But being serious I think Murata is doing excactly what is he supposed to be doing
@Long:

We all have thought about this once in our miserable human life. Imagine not having to read full-texts of ramblings, but instead looking at magnificent narration throughout hundreds of pages ? Imagine entire chapters of HxH without any text
!
Not that I dislike the heavy dialogues and monologues, but as many, I believe we need more normal story-telling
I actually don't think Murata could go full weird as Togashi's style gets. The series would be somehow less interesting without the gore-ish air through it, IMO.
Togashi doesn't really have a style. His assistants are doing pretty much all the job. Meaning that the reason why there are so many hiatus doesn't seem to be because he's lazy to draw, but slow to write. For some reason, people acknowledge that he's only drawing his characters' faces but still believe that his work isn't 95% of writing.
Even if Murata was working with him, there would still be lots of hiatus because the current Togashi is barely working on the drawings anyway

Eh! I heard only his wife helps him.

Arts of Berserk or Vagabond can't be bettered by anyone. It is nothing to do with a artist's ability, it is simply the fact that they are so perfect and blend with the stories in such a way that there are no rooms for improvement.
Togashi doesn't really have a style.
He really does though. It's the line-art style with very simple yet defining traits on main characters, and occassional hyperdetail tiny lines you see on the hisoka picture above. He most certainly has an art style when it comes to character drawings, and it's really obvious what he's drawn directly when reading the manga.
His assistants are doing pretty much all the job.
Background, yea. Character art? Not so much. Saying they do all the job (without any real evidence to back it up) is pretty demeaning to him, even if he is a bit of a lazy git.

Well, since both your first and second claim were bullshit, this whole bit is really complete speculation, isn't it? No evidence, just complete speculation based on nothing but claims you pulled out of your a$$.

Yes, that's his style. It's not like it was impossible to copy
Just saying that as many, I think that he's only doing the faces. And if he only does the face, it means that he's basically only writing the manga at this point

I really don't wanna bother with someone like you that gets edgy as fuck for no reason whatsoever

Who is saying Togashi only draws faces? And what evidence is there of this? Show me a single panel where you can clearly tell he's drawn just the face and none of the action - a single one. And I'll respond by showing you 10+ recent ones where you can clearly tell he's drawn the entire character.
Lol "edgy", all I'm doing is calling you out because you're stating things that are obviously unfounded, and that kinda pisses me off.
You're the kind of person that can't make the difference between "facts" and "far-righty rambling" but somehow you think you can legit talk like this. You're the Ben Shapiro of this forum
Wether he's making only the faces or some characters too isn't the point. But that he basically isn't doing much at drawing. That his style for chara-design can be copied, meaning that Murata could eventually draw HxH, yes. And my point is that it would still be as slow as it is now, and we would still get a lot of hiatus

Gahahahaha thank you for this I can put it as my signature it's perfect. Ben Shapiro of this forum. LOL.
Back to One Punch Man, please.
I want togashi to draw one punch man
I want togashi to draw one punch man
Closest we'll ever get is the webcomic I guess, but if you want, you could erase some of the (very well choreographed) panels and insert text boxes to emulate the feeling
Are there already any News about the Release of the Upcoming Chapter/ Updates of how many Pages it ll have?

Yes.
Instead of asking take a look at last two pages or so and find my post.
As far as I understand Murata will try to update this month.
Really hope Murata can make it for the end of the month…
One Punch-Man Volume 17 cover.
That's majorly badass looking.
It is but no new chapter so sad
