I didn't watch Sailor Moon & frankly i nothing abt the series except that this is a anime with girls fighting evil.. lol.. :)
now i googled & watched clips on youtube about these characters…. and....
I vote for Sailor Mars as first choice & then Sailor Neptune & Sailor Mercury.. :) .. lol .. is the anime series watchable or is it just like a generic magical girl fighting evil ?

I still have to watch it, kinda stopped after the first episode, although I read the first volumes of the manga and liked it. Let's see if I can finish it before the new sailor moon adaptation starts this year.

Man I actually started watching sailor moon for the first time since I was a kid and it's so goofy. I can't believe it's going to take like over 70 episodes to get to my girl.
In the meantime, Usagi is a lot more of a baby than I remember. She's definitely not ranking very high on this scale I tell you what

At least I was her when me and my friends in elementary school decided to name each other by our character names, celebrate their birthday (habin birthday twice a year? Hell yeah!) And roleplay during chool breaks.
Before I went to that school, those girls were all normal, no real friends. I changed them. To the better I would say :ninja:So, honestly I love usagi, i love her character growth, her looks, her love for the world. Her clumsiness is the cutest thing ever.
She is and always was a role model to me.Sailor moon is on german tv again, 3eps mo-fr! Life couldn't be better.
My second favorite is sailor mars. Sailir venus and jupiter share the third.
I don't like amy and I hate chibiusa. Worst character ever.I loved mamoru in the first 5seasons but then seiya came along and swept me off my feet. Then I noticed how boring mamoru actually became from season to season.

Based on the American dub -Have to vote for Jupiter.
She seemed more balanced to me while the other 4 were more one-dimensional in their personality.
Mercury was smart, quiet and patient.
Moon was a cry-baby, glutton, and over reacted to most things
Mars was hot-tempered, no-nonsense type of gal that got angered by Usagi's (Moon) antics
But Jupiter was the awkward gal, tall but still was pretty and aggressive (liked to fight- as in school yard brawl type of fighting) but wasn't afraid 'being soft' by liking to cook. -
I voted Mars. And Holy Hell, you forgot the Sailor Quartetto. We hadn't seen too much of them, but at least they're better than Chibiusa. That's my opinion.

It's a bit different if you go with the abridged versions of the characters.
Shame they stopped like one episode short of the end of Doom Tree. Their quality was pretty decent eventually. Now mostly Moon just voices Bulma on DBZ abridged. (That series ate all the other abridged series.)

If you liked that they got up through about 50 episodes. (Actual count is hard because they just combined and glossed over the ones they didn't want to deal with.)
Their Mars and Jupiter are both pretty great. I wouldn't want to spoil how.

It aired on one of TV stations here when I was in highschool. Luckily, most of foreign shows in my country are subbed instead of dubbed.
I don't know, Jupiter or Mars I think. Don't remember enough details to decide at the spot. Those chicks that came later, like those lesbians, never made much of an impression to me.
I liked Nephlite too. Anime version anyway. I hear it was different in manga. Naru was also cute, I guess.
