That is true. I only meant it could work if you reaaaally stretch out the time between TB and Sabaody. Technically you can, since it's never really specified how long they're sailing. It shows them depart from TB. Then it has a whole page of sailing through a bunch of crazy stuff. Then it says "A few days later" and they arrive at the Red Line. It all depends how you interpret "A few days later"
One option is to consider this line is in reference to the departure from Thriller Bark.
the second option is to consider "A few days later in reference to the page of them sailing through all the crazy stuff. In this case, Strong World would be inserted in between the departure from TB and the next page where they're sailing through the crazy stuff. So basically it would go
-Leave Thriller Bark
-Strong World
-Return to GL, sail through all this crazy stuff
-A few days after those scenes they arrive at the Red Line
Again, this is a very big stretch. Personally I wish the events of Strong World - and possibly this movie (the concept of a Neo Navy is really interesting) were canon, but since they're not in the manga we know we'll never see their impact. This movie since it seemingly cannot possibly be reconciled with the manga is lower on the canon scale than SW.
So I guess it's much like the EU in Star Wars which contradicts official Lucasfilm stories like The Clone Wars. G-Canon or in this case Oda-canon takes precedence over all else. These things may work in the EU or the anime-verse but they don't happen in the manga-verse.
