@Airflow:
This looks like fun.
Opinion not fact.
Fun indeed.
Kuma asked her where she would like to go for a pleasure trip. A pleasure trip not where she would like to spend the rest of her life.
And that's where Kuma sent her. That's a fact whether you like it or not.
@Airflow:
Even if this is true there are these magical creatures called "children". Or did you think a wizard made them?
Oh sure. Their children, if they haven ay, will magically appear and worship Perona out of the blue.
Well , that's your opinion and you're entitled to it as I am to mine.
@Airflow:
Almost as big a change as Perona changing from a spoilt coward into a an actual crewmate candidate!
Perona is as big a coward as Robin was when she was running away and betraying people to save her own skin. Nami ran from danger before as well. Notice a theme there.
Perona joined Moria by distraction. She is not a loyal friend to Moria like Luffy and his friends are to one another. As people lile Super Connard have explained before in this thread.
As for the spoiled thing. Well she's going to spend 2 years away from her life of luxury helping Zoro. That will obviously take care of that at least little bit. That's common sense. Not that we want Perona's personality completely gutted either. Those quirks are part of her personality.
@Airflow:
Unfortunately this will happen as nobody likes her.
Where has Zoro shown his 'hatred' for Perona exactly ? They seem to be getting along pretty well all things considering. In the next 2 years they''re going to grow to loathe each other instead of becoming more friendly ?
That's what you want to happen. That's your opinion and you are entitled to it as I am to mine.
@Airflow:
Yeah, a gag. A fucking gag. 95% of your theory is based on a gag.
So now just because it's a comedic element it's untrue ?
Oda was just playing with us. Zoro has no problems with his sense of direction actually. Thanks for opening my eyes.
@Airflow:
This side of your theories even more outdated now that Mihawk's appeared as Zoro can just hitch a lift with his master. You know, the sensible thing to do instead of trusting a girl who repeatedly tried to kill you and only kept you around because she wanted a human slave.
Miawk playing taxi for Zoro… Right. It's completely in his character.
Zoro has put his pride aside for the time being and begged Mihawk to become his teacher but surely this stretches it a little. The notion is ridiculous.
But once again that's your opinon and you're entitled to your opinion as I am to mine.
Even now Perona is more to Zoro than the girl who tried to kill him.
Where was it shown that Perona kept Zoro alive because she wanted a human slave. Have we even seen Perona use her negative hollow once on Zoro ?
They've been together for a month and are gonna spend the next 2 years together but during this time period Perona will remain the girl that tried to kill him ? Forever and ever ?
That's your opinion. I do not share it.
@Airflow:
moria But not quite as attached as she is to Moria, who treated her normally for 10 fucking years. jesus christ what is wrong with you people?
By normally I mean treating her as an equal. Not providing her a life of lazy luxury for years. That's not normal.
Zoro would treat Perona as he would treat anyone else around his age group.
That's the kind of relationship that Perona has never known.
@Airflow:
She was perfectly happy on Thriller Bark, she clearly enjoyed her life there. She obviously got on with Moria and co and has given no indication that she wasn't treated normally.
Already explained the normal thing. Nobody ever said Perona was treated badly. Perona was happy but it was a fake life. Zombies provided by a mad and evil psychopath.
Perona symbolically severed her ties with Moria's crew when she decided to leave. Oda had her leave TB. She was ""saved"" by Oda from this fake happy life that would have led her nowhere and Oda gave this teenage girl a chance at redemption by sending her to a place that's the antithesis of her previous life.
That's basic story telling and it's happened to plenty of characters in this manga, mostly by way of coverstories. But Perona was brought back into the main story.
Although I'm sure you'll feign not getting the symbolism involved there of course and just insult me instead.
@Airflow:
She had zombie toys that she could play with, her life was a paradise. She only left him because she's an immature coward who can't think beyond the next 5 seconds. She has also shown she wants to go back to Moria, all the while treating Zoro with nothing but scorn.
And in return Zoro has ignored her except for when he needs her to do menial tasks for him. Perfect crew mates right? Right???
Already explained the coward thing and her leaving, symbolically severing her ties with Moria's crew and her previous life.
Perona has expressed her longing for the easy pleasures of TB in her first scene back into the story in chapter 524. She's a teenage girl, scared and alone in a strange place. So of course that's how any spoiled teenage girl would react. What else did you expect ?
Notice how she hasn't expressed her longing for TB since then. Actually she hasn't shown any signs she misses TB since the next panel or so when Zoro crashed on the island. Now that she thinks that Moria's dead her greaving process for TB can begin. In 2 years time she won't feel like returning to TB anymore.
Zoro has not been ignoring her. He has been relying on her and entrusting her with granted menial tasks but for Perona it's probably a first.
It's not like Zoro is the most loquacious guy in the world.
Perona being her bitchy self is not scorn.
I defy you to find any trace of scorn from Perona in their latest scene where she reads the newspaprer with Zoro.

http://celebritysizzle.com/images/uploads/jonathan+rhys+meyers_855_18382699_0_0_7008408_300.jpg You are a deluded buffon and I hope you go down with AGOG and connard.
I deplore the fact that the anti Perona people are still unable to argue without resorting to name calling and flaunting their undeserved sense of superiority.
I'll keep arguing in favor of Perona on other forums from now on. Perona has quite many supporters outside these walls. Although I'm sure you have deluded yoursleves into thinking you're soooo much smarter than other forums. Based on what? Nothing bur your self inflated egos really. After repeating to yourself over and over again that AP is the best (best and most members are 2 different things) and you're the real experts on OP, I guess you get to believe it after a while. Undeserved sense of superiority indeed.
It will be a nice change to go where opinions from intelligent posters are at least respected and where you can argue a point maturely without being insulted.
It's become next to impossible to argue about Perona on this forum. It's become a game for many here to bully Perona supporters into submission, not even bothering with the rules of this forum.
Trust me, though, when Perona leaves the island with Zoro I won't miss the opportunity to remind each and every one of you of your failings….
