I had some retarded ass online matches at my friends house today.

I get in a game with some guy who literally spammed 1 move with each character.

Weskersw gun shot into Phantom move (I think that's the name.. correct me if I'm wrong).

Anyways my friends sister decided it would be a good idea to load some videos. That also taking into consideration his 3 bars connection to his basement.

So I lost. Then I just picked Hulk, pressed hard punch into launcher + basic air combo, and beat him without losing a character. Hulk is so scruby you can play him just the same with lag T.T

Then I faced him a few more times, and beat a event. He plug pulled on his 5th loss in a row. I was hoping he would send me a message complaining about how overpowered Hulk was, but he didn't.

I would have at least waited till he was out of the leg brace. Then if he did it again, I would stand up to him.

Unless he was hiding behind the fact that he had that brace. Perhaps he thought no one would hit a guy with an injured leg.

If that's the case, then he deserves a few punches

Generally you shouldn't talk sh*t in the first place. Even if you can win every fight your in, that's pretty much abuse of power. Fortunately, the strongest guys I know are also some of the nicest.

Unless your talking video game context. In which case I agree (for the most part… Just cause you know you can win doesn't mean you should be an asshole about it)

Even if you always win, it's still fun just to hang out with your friends. Generally I always win, so I use characters I don't know how to play well, and matches become even.

If you can't have fun doing almost anything with you friends, then you should question why they are your friends

Liked the chapter but was dissapointed in the Zoro-Hodi "fight". After seeing him almost off-screened by Zoro I was looking forward to at least seeing the fight continue or something but Oda seems to be going in a different direction with him (Probably a Neptune-Hodi fight). But if that was the case then why couldn't we at least see the brief Zoro fight….

I'm positive that fight will continue later on. Out of the water (perhaps?)

After Hodi chugs a ton of pills to even things up of course. He is no match for Zoro regularly.

Chapter was alright. I liked King Neptune fighting move. Twas awesome.
Hodi is also epic. After he was fed the pill, he went fucking insane.

What you call luck, is all the easy stuff of storytelling that you're either too stupid or too lazy to try and understand.

Clearly many things involved in his writings are brought up throw what he learned or experianced throughout his life. If i recall one of the future characters is based of his father (one of the yonkou if memory serves).

Situations like this are based off of other things then just his way of writing. You can only get so far from studying his manga. You need to know his personality and perhaps even things like his childhood, to understand what hes going to write.

If you study his past it's a garantee you can predict his manga better

Kidd and Caribou are easily comparable. In fact we have been comparing them the whole time. You have been comparing their differences while I have been with their similarities. So even without you knowing it, you have been comparing the two characters.

Crock teamed with Luffy due to the circumstances as you said. The same could happen to Caribou. In fact Caribou was trying to make that happen.

But you still cannot understand Oda. It is impossible. You do indeed do that in the very basics of English classes, but in the very basics of Psychology, you learn it is impossible to understand (completely) someones actions choices, and thoughts completely.

That is the reason I did not try to state something like "ODA WOULD DO THIS FOR SURE". It's because I cannot understand him fully. His manga is also unpredictable. I barely know the guy, aside from his manga. I don't believe that is enough to go off of, to truly be able to predict One Piece, without a lot of luck.

Now I'm going to state one more thing. This whole argument was based of a feeling that I had with Caribou teaming with the Strawhats (for those confused this has nothing to do with him becoming his Nakama) for a select amount of time.

Really this whole arrangement involved a lot of stupidity on both our parts. There are to many loose ends, technicalities, and such that make this argument impossible until Oda releases more manga.

Kidd is a cruel, murdering, jackass- a classic Pirate if you will. A criminal. He has some standards tho and an ideology he stands firmly behind. Caribou has no such thing. He might be comic relief at times (he has funny expressions and hilarious moments like the Franky+barrel one-which was funny because it was at his expense and we want to see him suffer) but that doesn't make him any less of a scumbag than what he is. He isn't a character that will have a change of heart anytime soon and I really can't see the Strawhats ever seeing him as a pal or something. It's fine if you like him and all, but please stop a minute and think before you decide that he will definitely join the SHs/be their friend/will end up being a good-hearted character because.. well.. he won't. 'Xept if Oda gets incredibly high and decides to troll us hard. By all means go ahead and write or read a fanfic about him doing that for fun and your own pleasure. Just don't claim it'll come true, not when Caribou is awful even in his inner thoughts. He might be funny but that is simply not enough to make him one of the crew. I feel I need to clear something up.

I don't believe they will become friends. Allies and friends are different.

Compare Croc and Luffy. They allied for a select time, despite their differences, and clearly not liking each other. As Jerk Disease said, they teamed up due to the circumstances.

This is what I believe will happen with the Strawhats and Caribou. Anyone who thinks I meant that he would be their new nakama, with a dream and what not, misunderstood me.

Simply all I meant was, they would team up to help each other, for even a short amount of time. The same way Luffy teamed with Kidd.
