If they arrive at FI and still nothing i probably give up. Depending on how the chapters turned out by then i could give it one or two more. but i wont drag after that.

Yet Perona didn't. She and Zoro just whined at each other. To anti-climatic to part ways like that.
Same with Luffy. He didn't recognize her ghosts. That while he had quite some interaction with them. He literally fell in love with her ghosts at first sight. He was amazed by them and wanted to catch and keep them. Later he got defeated by her ghosts and disliked them for turning him negative.
If this was a goodbye Oda should at least let Luffy recognize her ghosts. It seems more likely that they are meeting again soon, where Luffy find out and says something like: so YOU was in control of the ghosts.
That last Perona panel, is at that same grove as where the crew depart. Which shows that Perona (in her AP form) was moving towards the ship. When the new platoon arrives at that scene, the other platoon was already negative and Perona already gone.
More likely then not she's at the Sunny.

But i guess Perona talk is soft-banned from this thread (although this is the next nakama discussion and the only character that could join anytime soon is Perona). I keep quiet till at least next chapter, unless someone force me to come back and reply.

Not at all. Although i can only speak for myself.
With Nami and Robin there's already enough fan service. And if i just wanted more tits i would also be supporting any other female character as well. Heck Hancock got even bigger boobs.
I like many aspects of her. and i have various reasons for why i would like her to join. To list some:
Her funny and playful side. For example her fight with Ussop. She was fooling around a lot, and even cheering him on. It was quite hilarious. The fact that she like toys and treasure also shows off her playful side.
Her spoiled and bossy side would add variety to the crew. there is not yet such a character. And i can imagine when interacting with the crew it could be hilarious, if played out well. I'm sure Oda can pull it off.
She showed a lot of different moods/emotions. She can have fun, but she can also be depressed. She can have a big attitude, act and talk manly. But also panic, cower, run away, beg for mercy.
She can show all kinds of emotions and facial expressions, for example: happy, sad, laugh, cry, angry, scared, shocked, annoyed, amazed, show compassion, feel lonely. Also its funny how her ghosts goes along with it.
Her previous character design was great. IMO Gothic lolita is a horrible fashion in real life, But a cartoony version of it can look nice. Her ghosts are cool. Her new design is WOW! amazing!
Her ability can add a lot to the crew. Such as scouting, Long range communication, long ranged attacks. And i'm sure Oda could use it in many creative ways i couldn't even come up with.
No matter if you look at her personality, character design, abilities. She's very different from any Straw Hat, and would add a lot to the crew's variety.

I couldn't even read the first chapter fully…
I got some laughs out of it. Plot was so ridiculous. First few chapters were hilarious. But after a while every chapter had the same structure. The same thing over and over. It lost its novelty, and all whats left is boring fanservice. But i would recommend some chapters for lulz. Just drop it after chapter 8 or so. Or take a loooong break before you continue.

this just reminds me of a horrible mindrape one-shot i came across months ago. "Abstraction" this one. its just 16 pages. but trying to figure out what the hell is going on guarantees brain damage. it will actually hurt you. physically.

Where Perona is? Can't be sure. Nothing is confirmed yet. My guess would be somewhere at Sabody Archipelago.

It seems you are very concerned about the low activity of Perona supporters. Don't worry about it. Let me reassure you, its not about post count. And even when there's only me and RPGJay, the Perona fan lives on.
