Fire fist Ace, Zoro, and Red Haired Shanks, oh and Marshall Teach. Zoro and Ace are quirky enough to be unique, while Blackbeard and Shanks scream pirate but with Oda's style for story.

Now that the cover of volume 47 has been released, I have to add Perona to my favourite characters list. I did love her design when she first appeared, but, now that we've seen that she has pink hair, she is without a doubt one of my favourites. I just love pink as a hair colour for female characters (Kolulu, Dorothy, Yachiru, Simca, etc.), and it looks perfect on her.

Huh… I'd have to say that though Luffy's design is very bland, he's got a vibrant personality that overshadows his looks. Morgan had a pretty nifty design, even though he was super-lame... Cabaji and Jango are two of my favorite characters in the series, particularly Cabaji because of his fighting style. I find the East Blue characters more intriguing(sp?) thatn any of the other characters, honestly. I do like later characters like Mr. 5, Wapol, (my favorite villain) Ohm, Franky, Lulu, and Tileston. Thriller Bark has some nice characters like Moria, Ryuma, and Brooke.
I can't pick just one though...

Wiper (Waipa)~ Well his character just looks so . . .AWESOME. The wings especially look cooler on him than all the other shandians.
Arlong~ Well . . . he's a merman with a sharp nose.
Kumadori~ The Huge-uh pink-uh mane-uh. YO YOI!!
Franky~ OWW!!!! SUPA!!!! I mean c'mon, those huge forearms, that hair, and to top it all off THE SPEEDOS!! Not to mention hes a cyborg
Sanji~ He has the coolest, in the specific terms of cool, design. He just looks so darn smooth, even with the curly eyebrow.

Hatchi: Come on. A retarded octopus-human who has spikey hair and wears a striped suit? Gotta love it. His fighting style is pretty cool, too.
Enel: I just think he has an interesting design.
Kaku: A fighting square giraffe? Best idea ever!XD
Franky: Obvious
Robin: I don't know why, but I just love her design. Even though she changes clothes a lot, she just always stood out to me somehow. shrugs
Shanks: He's just a cool character overall, but his design is the most…piratey look out of most of the other characters (with a few exceptions). And that oversized saber is just awesome.
Smoker: Silver-green hair + Cigars + Huge Jutte = Badass.
Ryuuma: I'm a big fan of the samurai/busido type characters (don't know why), and his zombie-like features are pretty dang cool.

Bellamy. I mean, the guy even looks like an asshole, with his tongue sticking out and his jacket hanging over his shoulders.

For me, the character with my favourite design has to be Sir Crocodile. His slicked back hair, rings, and clothing give him a classy look, while his intimidating frame, facial scar, and gigantic hook make him very menacing. His clothes and the jacket draped over his shoulders give him the appearance of a powerful mafia don, showing that he's the man in charge who holds absolute authority.
Aah.. same goes for me.. Crocodile da best!
Secondly goes for Zoro.. Six packed guys with strong body and will.. any clothes, suited him..
Third for Enel.. yeh.. his attitude and.. design..
I like all character face above..

Kaku. He's a swordsman / secret agent / weregiraffe with a square nose. I mean, come ON.
I'm also a big fan of Franky, mostly because he is just too ridiculous - the Poeye arms, the Ace Ventura hair and jacket, the gorilla shoulders, the speedo, the Inspector Gadget powers… only in One Piece.
And I also like Shanks a lot. For some reason, him losing an arm made him much cooler - I mean, a one-armed swordsman? With that kind of personality and compassion for nakama? I really hope we see him in some proper action before the manga ends.

i really like moria's design, but i dont like his color scheme… i thought he would have dark green hair, pale white skin and some green in his clothes. (just cause luffy kept calling him leek). i really like viper and nojiko too. but maybe i just like their tatoos, i dont know. and blackbeard, he looks like a pirate stereotype, but so cool.

There are so many designs that I like, but I guess I'll mention a few.
Ace- He's one of the likable and cool bishies of One Piece, yet his design is interesting and very nice. Gotta love that orange hat with those 'smileys', his tattoos, freckles, necklace, facial features, body, everything!
Bellamy- His design is badass, especially that blue coat. I like his hairstyle too, and there is just something in that maniacal grin that I like but still find somewhat disturbing… I also like how his sleeveless shirt exposes those strong arms of his, LOL... Aaand I really like the fact that he's very tall and well... big, haha.
Luffy- As simple as it is, I like it. 'Nuff said.
Nami- I like almost every outfit of hers, and I also like her hairstyle. I think her design is distinctive enough for a leading shounen female.
Crocodile- The hairstyle, cigars, the pimp coat, the scar on his face, the hook... As having been said before, he looks classy... And at the same time, he looks pretty intimidating.
Enel- The long earlobes, his pants, his golden staff, rings, quite unique facial features....
I'd also like to mention the designs of Kuma, Brook, Zoro, Robin, Franky, Shanks, Ben Beckman, Lucky Roux, Kureha, Whitebeard, Dragon, Smoker, Tashigi, Hina, Mr. 2 Bon Clay, Mr. 1 Das Bones, Miss Valentine, Miss Doublefinger, Kohza, Chaka, Doflamingo, Perona (whom I'd like to cosplay, actually. Her design is just great), Blackbeard (he has a distinctive design though very piratey), Van Auge, Laffite, Jesus Burgess...and some more. Okay, I mentioned more than a few but it's okay!

There are so many awesome designs I wouldn't even know where to start. XD
I haven't really seen Chopper mentioned here though. He's not particularly one of my favourites, but still, I think he has a pretty nifty design. I'm always in awe of how people can create such simple but eyecatching characters like that. I think all his different forms are well designed as well.
I dunno, do people think he's too much of a generic cute mascot-y character?I also love Brooke, mostly 'cos he's just so different. I love Oda for having the imagination and guts to write in a character like that in. I don't think many other people would be able to. But really, I think it'd take a loong time for me to go through every design I love. 8D

I hate big villains like that new filler one, Figaro or something. I like villains that look totally evil and cool looking. Not too cool because then everyone gets upset because since he was beaten or dead, you'll never see him again. Sometimes I like villains that come back as allies after being beaten.

I would have to say Cricket, he looks so serious and and like he's about to whoop someone's ass, but has that ridiculous thing on his head.
Best is Brook though, afro, cane, cup of tea, suit and ever-smiling skeleton, can it get any better?

As awesome as I find Brooke, I think Usopp's design is worthy of mention:
His nose has two functions(as well as the obvious one) in that it's used as a sight of sorts for his sniping ability and that it also depicts him as the liar he is.
Frame wise, he's not exactly muscular, but that's okay, as again, sharpshooters should be fighting with long rage weaponry, and having overly muscular arms(and potentially clumsy fingers) would surely be a problem whilst aiming a weapon like Kabuto.
Facially, Usopp's fairly expressionate, and his giant lips help him pull off all variety of face faults.
One of the few things his design doesn't tell you is how good he is at absorbing damage.Then again, maybe I just like Usopp because he's not as "bishie" as some of the other strawhats. Franky, Chopper, Perona and Dr. Hogback also get honourable mentions. Hogback's design is just awesome.
