Wow, havent posted in this thread in over 3 years. Anyway, this song brought me back to the the hundreds of times that I watched Fantasia as a kid, and how much I used to utterly dread this section of the movie. Not to disregard this piece of music- I don't have aptitude to properly judge classical music like this, but that in particular section of the movie was very long winded. Just listening to this song with provided animation in this video, it is a bit hypnotic. There so many different sections of this song with some quick chaotic parts abruptly changing into calmer melodies, and then once again slowly building up. In all honesty, it feels like the song itself is telling a story. Quite beautiful.

Been here for a bit and post in spurts when I am in the mood. I used to post a lot in the music forum but got busy. I still remember when I first joined I was only 13 and I was joining manga and anime forums like crazy. I remember the sites I used to lurk on the most were this one, onemanga, narutofan, and stoptazmo. Now I am 21 and this is the only forum I ever visit on occasion for spoilers on Tuesday night. It's crazy how fast time flies.

I am surprised how much I enjoyed this song. For some reason, when I saw the name of the song I was expecting something metal, but this was very much different from that. I am extremely bad at measuring the type of mood a song is trying to portray, but I generally felt happy and upbeat throughout this song, and a lot of the video seems to be have innocent, happy imagery like the dad and kid playing together, but at the same time there are some pretty jarring parts, especially towards the end. I really didn't know what to make of some scenes like the girl with the nosebleed. Don't really know what type of emotional reaction I am supposed to get from that. Listened to the song again but actually payed attention t-o the lyrics, and I am surprised how very different the message of the song is from the tone. Don't get me wrong, I actually like the difference, it makes the song a lot more interesting. All in all, I actually really enjoyed the content of the song itself, but had a hard time following the video.

Mogamett is really one of the morally grey characters that I've seen in manga. I don't think there is a character that I have ever felt so ambivalent about it. Most of his views on the goi seem a bit much, but I completely agree with most of things he did in this chapter. Just because Scheherazade created Titus, doesn't give her the right to control his life and when he dies.

No. "On hiatus for next issue" means "next issue" not "for a month and a half starting next issue". This is Jump issue 51. It's on hiatus for issue 52. The next one is 1. Why the hell would the manga be on hiatus for that long…

Oh good, I was pretty sure they restarted the issues earlier than the actual New Year, but wasn't sure.

Just read the little message on the last page. It says that the manga is going to hiatus and will be back on issue 1 of the New Year. What does that exactly mean? Does jump start the issues for the New Year earlier or are we not getting chapters for awhile.
