Thanks Sandman! It really helps because things like this can be confusing sometimes
Yonkou's work is much appreciated. I added some info regarding leak chapter.
issue 1 December 5
issue 2/3 December 12 (chapter leak: December 8)
issue 4/5 December 26 (chapter leak: December 22)
issue 6 January 7 (chapter leak: January 4/5 or December 28-30)
issue 7 January 16 (chapter leak: January 12) *JSTAbout issue 6, there will be possibility that the chapter leaks in December since shipping companies usually take New Year holidays in the first week of January.
If that is the case, it means we need to wait for nearly 20 days until issue 7, but it's what we have experienced for these 4 years.
I hope it leaks the 28th! Itll be a birthday present! Lol
Did Pekoms know that Jack was looking for Raizo and how come the descendants of the Kozuki family can't read and translate the text on the Poneglyphs?

I don't think Pekoms knew, he arrived at Zou after Jack left to rescue Doffy. Maybe the citizens said something.
The second part, I always took it as the Kozuki family are sculptors. They were basically handed a script in the ancient language and they carved the Poneglyphs with the script. There is no need to know the language as they were just copying. Also this makes it easier to keep the secrecy on the messages. So while the researchers i. ohara can read(maybe write) in the ancient language, the Kozuki family handled the stone processing.

Right, they only created them, not the text
I ask myself even more… If Pekoms knows about the Poneglyph at Zou why isn't he telling it to Big Mom. It clearly shows that he isn't loyal enough to her

He knows the minks won't allow anyone to read it and doesn't his country destroyed by Mama's wrath.

And that's why I say he isn't THAT loyal to her.
And that's why I say he isn't THAT loyal to her.
It just means he's fiercely loyal to both sides. It doesn't have to mean he can be persuaded to betray Big Mom or something. He basically has two families he's loyal to. It's like when two of your best friends fight and don't talk to each other, but you don't take a side and still hang out with each of them seperately. He could just as easily not want to sell out Big Mom as much as he does for the Minks. Desa's also right.
But you know what will happen if Big Mom finds out…

If he does, then as long as Big Mom did not have the other 3, it was not worth him telling her yet. Also, as we saw in Zou when he was trying to let the Sanji escape, we could tell that he cares for the minks enough to take on Mama's wrath.
I would assume that, if Mama found the other 3, he would probably go to Zou and try to negotiate with his people to surrender the stone or tried stealing it. The point is that he would have done anything in his power to savs the minks from harm.

hm? I have question , are Shakky and Rayleigh are married?!"
From what I remembered on the Japanese word that was used, they are equlivant of married-but-not-really-married. Sort of common law marriage or live-in-partners.
Its been so long since that was discussed I can't remember the exact wording used, just that it was translated as 'partner' but the discussion said there was a lot lost in translation, that it was similar to common law marriage
So, can the Kozuki Clan read the Poneglyphs and know what they say? Because Raizo said that writing and reading the text was carried down but knowing what it means wasn't Wouldn't they know what it means if they read it?

Whoops, forgot about that. That makes sense because "read" probably meant that they knew how the letter looked but not what they meant
Here is one:
Is the end of One piece an end where we see Luffy become Pirate King at a young age, but not show how he grows up after wards? Or do we see a conclusion before that, and a time skip to show how things have progressed in a similar fashion to Gurren Lagann?

Assuming Oda will show every crewmate's dream coming true and taking into account that Nami's map gonna take years, it's safe to assume we will have a longer time skip before the epilogue. Luffy might be dead by then, though…

It'd be interesting to compare the Straw Hat's dreams from most concrete to most nebulous; at one end we have Brook's 'See Laboon again' & Robin's 'Learn secret history'. At the other we have ones like Zoro's 'Become Greatest Swordsman' which seems concrete but there's qualifiers possible for it (Just to gain the title or to hold it for as long as possible?).
Luffy becoming Pirate King is, of course, 1:1 odds.
If Tsuru's ability is to wash away the evil in people, why didn't she use it on Doffy when he was chained with sea stone cuffs on the boat after Dressrosa?

For that matter why isn't she working at impel down reforming all those criminals, seems like a better idea than poisoning them to death

Again, power limitations. So far, we've only seen that Pudding can remove memories and add new ones, which need to have been removed from someone else beforehand. Basically, she can't create them from scratch, and it would take quite a bit of skilled memory altering to have the Vinsmokes keep their knowledge about their skills but also provide a backstory that would cause them to serve Big Mom.

Kind of a late response, but the Kozuki Family could indeed read the text on the Poneglyphs, until Momonosuke, because Oden died before he revealed the secret. They just never knew what was written on them in the first place, and I don't think anything is mentioned about knowing how to create them, though I assume that's also been lost.
!
So, the Kozuki Clan could read the Poneglyphs but never actually bothered to read them, right? And since Momo never got to learn how to read 'em from his father, Oden, maybe this is where Robin steps in and teaches the kid? Just curious.
Probably the inventors never really had a reason to tell their kids what was written (they look like they were just scribes writing down other people's messages), though I'd be surprised if there isn't a Poneglyph in Wano Country (other than Kaido's RP) that they used to read and study the language with.
I guess that no matter how much you wash certain people, if their hearts are wicked they will just go rigth back to their past ways. Like healing a wound with a kinife still in it, it will open again in no time.

What I gather from this is that the clan always knew how to read the Ancient Language itself, just the markings not what it means kind of like a foreigner reading and writing English letters but not knowing what it means, and how to write the language until Oden was killed and that the knowledge needed to understand what the Poneglyphs meant was never passed down to any future generations of the clan including Oden's

But how can you write an english text if you have no idea about the language itself and how to put the characters together, and just know the sound of each letter? I think it's obvious that the Kouzuki clan knew the ancient language, but just doesn't know specifically what is written in the poneglyphs. As in they could take a piece of paper and write a text about their summer holidays in the ancient language, but they have no idea about the ancient weapons or the void century history. Except Oden, who travelled with Roger, of course.

I'm talking about the current clan, because if they knew how to translate it then Robin would be useless
http://i6.mangareader.net/one-piece/818/one-piece-7169137.jpg
This here shows that they don't know what's written on them, same with every other generation of the clan besides the originator generation but all generations before Oden's knew how to write the glyphs and read them but not what they meant like a foreigner with the English alphabet that they don't understand or some of us with the Japanese alphabet. Oden, Dogstorm and Cat Viper know what is written on them but only because they went with Roger, no one in the clan, past or present, besides Oden, Dogstorm and Cat Viper did and Oden could have told the clan what was written on them along with telling them how to read and write the glyphs but he didn't get to because Kaido killed him before he could. Dogstorm and Cat Viper know what is written on them but like Rayleigh, they don't want to ruin the journey. Oda wouldn't make a character useless.
TL;DR: The Kozuki Clan right now don't know how to write or read the language on the Poneglyphs and they don't know what is written on the stones because the knowledge to translate the stones was never passed down to any future generations but Oden, Dogstorm, Cat Viper and Rayleigh know what is written on them because they traveled with Roger but they don't tell the crew because that would ruin their journey

How would knowing how to read the language make Robin useless? Oden is dead and Momo doesn't know it himself. Dog and Cat are not Kozuki, they're just retainers, they never knew how to read or write anything and from what I remember, they never completed the journey with Roger, unlike Oden.

When you say create, you mean the stone itself, or the handling of the stone process?
Where do poneglyphs come from? The moon?

Pick a language you don't know, look for lyrics in that language, copy what is written. You still don't know what the language means, and that is the whole point of the stones. To have the least amount of people possible knowing what was written.
I will keep the distinction between read and write for now. Ohara inherit the tools to be able to read the texts and pick a piece of paper and write a sentence in the ancient language. On the other hand, the Kozuki knew the tools to sculpture poneglyph stones. Oden was curious about them because he could not understand what they said. Rayleigh would have mentioned they had someone whom could read it, that was something niche to Ohara, but they had Roger and the voice. If they could write the language then they could read the different Ponegliphs.
A poneglyph in Wano could be about the techniques of the Kozuki family, in Zou they mentioned Oden had the voice of all of things like Momo. Momo could still learn the techniques if he is able to apply the voice towards a poneglyph.
This here shows that they don't know what's written on them, same with every other generation of the clan besides the originator generation but all generations before Oden's knew how to write the glyphs and read them but not what they meant like a foreigner with the English alphabet that they don't understand
Are you saying that the Kouzukis could read the script but not the language? This isn't very possible. Since the Roman/Latin alphabet (its not called the English alphabet lol), changes pronunciations depending on languages using it. Try reading written French knowing only English pronunciation and you see how quickly that fails you.
You can't really learn to read a script on its own, unless its a language you're also learning. I don't think merely learning sounds without any words or meanings would count as reading either.
Dogstorm and Cat Viper know what is written on them but like Rayleigh, they don't want to ruin the journey.
We don't know if they know. Rayleigh was Roger's first mate, we don't have reason yet to think the entire Roger crew learned everything together, rather than just Roger and maybe a few top guys other than Rayleigh. It could be possible, but also not.
Also you have things confused. Rayleigh never said anything about "not wanting to ruin the journey" lol. That's a really silly reason.
Not wanting to ruin the journey was Luffy's personal reason for shooting Rayleigh down, as Rayleigh was perfectly willing to reveal what he knew if the Strawhats really wanted it.
The reason he wasn't outright spilling the beans was because of a few things.
1. He stated doubt that he and Roger and whoever else fully comprehended the message in the same way a scholar like Robin or Clover would.
2. He expressed the idea that the Strawhat's would possibly come to a different conclusion by threading the messages together on their own.
3. He also expressed the idea that learning the message wouldn't change anything at the time being.
If Tsuru's ability is to wash away the evil in people, why didn't she use it on Doffy when he was chained with sea stone cuffs on the boat after Dressrosa?
It was mentioned that there are probably limitations to how her power works. But an obvious one is would it even be able to while Doffy was in contact with that much seastone.
Also, Tsuru can not wash away ALL of the evil at once, its only a bit at a time. For someone as evil as Doffy, that would take a lot to do.

True, Rayleigh never said that, he said its possible to have a different interpretation than what Roger had and asked Robin if she really wanted to know what it said.
It was Luffy who said something about ruining the journey, but it wasn't about the ponyglyphs, it was about the One Piece.
When Usopp got overexited and asked if the One Piece really existed, Luffy got angry and said that not knowing was part of the adventure, then said something to the effect of taking away that adventure of uncertainty , that was a journey/an adventure he didn't want to be on.
As I was pointed out recently, the God of Elbaf and what Harjudin wnated, be the King of all Giants may be different. How would these two differ and what would the purpose be for the King if all disputes are fairly resolved by the God of Elbaf.
Does Harjudin want to overthrow the God of Elbaf, are these titles interchangeable in their meaning King = God?

I do remember they talking about Gods of Elbaf instead of a single God, so I guess it is more of a religion thing like the Nordic Gods.

I went back to refresh me on some Little Garden, and it seemed more like the God of Elbaf is closer to fate/luck than an actual person. So I guess there is still a King, and they have an unwavering belief on a God.
If that is the case, my silly "battle of the Gods" idea between Enel and Ussop might become true, jajaja.

Are there many tribes, but they respond to one leader? Or is it just Harjudin way of saying I want to be the strongest!

You should ask yourself what the Pirate King even is first.

I'm still trying to figure out what exactly are the parameters of how Usopp envisions a "Brave Warrior of the Sea" at this point in the story.

It's possible that Elbaf is similar to the Viking Ages in that there were several petty kingdoms in Denmark, Norway, etc., and that the King of All Giants is the High-King of the island.
You should ask yourself what the Pirate King even is first.
So, the giant with most freedom? Or, the giant that travelled the entire world…ruler of all seas?

I think his point is that the definition of "King of all whatever" is so nebulous and subjective that it's pointless to think about it because even in-universe, it's not entirely agreed upon.
I personally think it's just Hajruddin's way of saying he wants to be the strongest giant.
