Truth is: fans like to divide a saga when Luffy/SHs depart from one Island and head to another. I see LRLL, W7 and EL also as one arc/saga, cause they met Aokiji @ LRLL and his lines follwed the SHs until EL.
Not really, fans like to divide each island into an arc, not a saga
Again, if people think it makes sense to divide the ongoing story in 2 different sagas, at least do it with PH+DR and then a new one. Separating Zou from WCI is just stupid. As is making a new saga right now, anyway. But whatever.

@sanji''s_dad:
Might as well just start it with fishman island then since that is when Luffy picked a fight with big mom lol.
And Ace searching for Blackbeard started in Drum and ended for good with the battle in Marineford. That's not an excuse to keep everything under the same saga. Sagas work by an overarching story that works even when detached from the preceeding and following sagas. Fishman Island works by itself, despite setting up potential future stories with Big Mom, Caribou and the Reverie. But Skypiea also sets up future plots, like the location of Poseidon being Fishman Island and that doesn't make it part of the same saga as FI.
@Kdom, I read the discussion and, as expected, if there was enough of a clear break to warrant a new saga division, the discussion wouldn't even be this big and inconclusive. I say, let's just wait and see what Oda does with the story and then, looking back on things, decide to categorize them. I get a feeling that people are mostly doing this because of that shonen jump promotion with the "vs. four emperors" thing (I just hate people using the term yonko. It has a literal translation, ffs. Nobody says kaigun, they say marines, nobody says sekai seifu, they way world govt… and so on.) and because Dressrosa was just damn long and they want to add some closure already. Doing stuff preemptively is not right.
