What is the likelihood that any One Piece character that makes their debut in the anime gets to do it on their birthday? Kaido 5/1 and debuts on 5/1. Kaido is BEAST.

I tried searching the forums and could not find anything related to this, so I'm going to go ahead and start one.

I'd like to discuss who may be selected to play characters currently in the manga who have yet to make their debuts in the anime. Please try not to discuss anything about the manga other than the characters and who you think would be a good fit for them.

I'll start by discussing who I would like to see as the voice of Kaido in the upcoming episodes when he is sure to make his debut. My hope is that they will get Norio Wakamoto to voice him. Wakamoto does have OP credentials having done the role of Ganzack in the OP OVA. Other roles he is known for include Johnny from the Guilty Gear video game series, Father Alexander Andersen from Hellsing Ultimate, Vicious from Cowboy Bebop, Cell from Dragon Ball Z, M Bison from Street Fighter IV, among many others. I think he would be a great fit for Kaido since what we've seen of the character lately, he has a lot of mood swings, which Wakamoto is able to compensate for. Here's hoping maybe I get my wish.

So go ahead and discuss or predict which VA's you think will voice upcoming characters.

Well, I have to say this was just about as loaded of a chapter as the last few ones. And still goes to show why Oda is the 21st century god of manga.

Jack being a fishman? Well they're certainly not going away anytime soon. I certainly don't buy that the RA got defeated completely by the BB, and Sabo and Dragon were definitely not defeated nor captured. 3EG is definitely in the mix but I'm most hyped for whatever trap awaits Sanji. Hopefully the Luffy team survives until they reach Whole Cake Island. Kaido strongly becoming my favorite Yonko.

I don't think Carrot joining is set in stone. Why are people in such a hurry to declare a character "the next strawhat".

I think chapter 816 is easily a frontrunner for chapter of the year for the 2016 Arlong Park Awards. And probably for most shocking moment for most momentous moment or something like that.
