I liked the scene with Bellamy. Kind of. I liked that he learned his lesson, but it does seem like a big turn around for his character_._ We know everyone on Skypeia is ok, so that little bit of posturing was nice.
I liked the titular moment, but still. I don't like they Oda is seemingly trying to make us like this asshole. That said, he and Luffy need to fight again, so I'll be pissed if the Rookie guy wins.
As for everything else in this chapter…
My thoughts on this whole thing are well documented. No need to go through them all again. Needless to say, this chapter did not help my reservations.

Mhm that was certainly one of the weaker chapters so far. I mean nothing terrible happened but then again not much happended at all. It feels like we still are exactly where we were last week. That's unusual for One Piece. The new Bellamy is the highlight of the chapter for me.

Sorry that you're not really enjoying the arc, man. Or at least this portion of it. I actually like that Oda is, as you put it, "seemingly trying to make us like this asshole". People fuck up in life, more specifically criminals. As long as they're willing to grow, then I'll learn to respect and like them.

I liked the chapter. Really short, but I liked it. Specially Bellamy's character development. He's still as vicious as ever, as I expected, but he no longer mocks others dreams, and he has a degree of respect for Luffy.
Also, liked Bartolomeo's intro. Sincerely, he doesn't look like that much of an asshole to me. I found him a likable character.
Now, the question: what next? I sincerely don't know. This chapter is telling me that this tournament will be longer and will receive much more exposition and attention than what we expected. And I'd love it, seriously. Why not? 2 chapter per block?
BUT, the last couple of One Piece arcs tell me quite the opposite; lately, Oda seems to enjoy the "set up" much more than the actual fighting, and he is not afraid of off-panneling most of the fighting.
I want the first scenario. He gave us kick-ass designs, and this looks like a lot of fun. Also, this is Oda's love letter to Dragon Ball and its tournaments. Toriyama spent chapters (in plural) with the preliminary matches. Oda could go that route as a tribute to his idol.
This will make Dressrosa a super long arc, but I already expected that from the beginning.
So, what will it be, Oda?
Bellamy, think he could defeat luffy? lol even Zoro or sanji enough to take him out easy. All he did were attacking Civilian like Kidd to get more bounty and reputation.

I wonder what belamy losing his crew means. If they took the knock up stream then that means that his crew was defeated by the skypeans. OR his crew decided to stop following Belamy and stay on sky island. Belamy took the gold and returned on his own. I don't think he would have taken the high west. OR he was left crewless all the way back in Jaya and decided to take the knock up stream by himself, had a ton of soul searching in Skypiea. either way he got that pillar of gold. Don't know if he helped the skypieans rebuild after enel destroyed everything or if he just caused more trouble and took the gold and ran.

I am liking the Pyromaniac Damask. I hope he puts up a good fight, although I know he won't win. The mera mera fruit seems perfect for him. The chapter was good, but it is a shame that a lot of these cool characters probably will go to waste – unless Oda shows us some awesome tournament action for every block left, which would take quite some time and probably won't happen. Really liking the direction this arc is headed in.

3. Yet despite above the two, the quality is extremely poor. Both in translation and scanlation production. It is by far the worst.
4. They cover up their pile of junk with shitty meme all over the place.I'm sorry but there's not ONE redeeming quality to their disingenuous "work".
