Chapter 661: The Lake of Bandits

I think that Bebo is a real bear that can talk, not someone whose personality that Law put into a bear. Why do I think that? Simple just putting a personality into a animal's body would not make it anthromorphic, that is give it the ability to talk and walk upright.
We've seen two others that are anthromorphic and can talk= Pekoms and the unnamed cat in the Hawkins Pirates. I do not think that Law "created" them either, esp since Pekoms is a member of Big Mom's Pirates.

I think its more likely that may be the Minkmen that have been mentioned but not officially introduced.

What is weird is that Oda had to give a "human" fruit to Chopper so he could be a talking reindeer, and now we have all these humanoid animals.

If this personality switch has to do with the soul instead of the heart.( I see the wave of raging people coming at me with spears:ninja: but I have a point). Then maybe brook can do something about it? As far as we know he can change into that spirit like thing but we don't know his capabilities when in his etereal form…. I'll leave this here. and Ill prepare to run for my life....

I never really saw ace as a "emo" type he always seemed to be fairly normal as far as emotions go. They both are very strong and confident but there are a good few characters out there who are like that.

Sometimes I wonder what Crocodile did to become a Shichibukai. I am sure he was famous and similarly infamous as a rookie but he still only had a bounty of 80m. At the time that his bounty was announced in the series it was relatively huge but at this point there is loads of pirated with much higher bounties (even fodder like Caribou.)

I thought they made him one because of his fight with Whitebeard just like how Moriah got made one for fighting a yonkou as well and the marines think Buggy was holding back and is the same level as Shanks after all the point of making the 7 warlords is to get help vs the yonkou!

Magellan might just be hunting the impel down prisoners down most likely mainly going for the level 6 ones because they did not get wanted posters!

Maybe I just missed this but I don't recall where it stated that Moria became a shichibukai because of his defeat to Kaido. I'm not even sure that makes sense.

It appears to be common knowledge that he battled an Emperor but we don't know specifically why they made him a Warlord. He could have been one before he went to battle Kaidou.

So I assume that the Color of Armanents is what is used to nullify Law's ability? It's tough gig to do an operation on 'reinforced' skin.

That and I think to hit Smoker, Law will still need to have some haki ability. Otherwise it is just the Brook situation and Smoker can piece himself back together. It's one incredibly strong power, the room now shows how strong he has gotten over the last two years. The fight between Law and Smoker will most likely last for a few more chapters as Luffy catches up, for a temporary three way fight.

Finally, Law doesn't want anyone inside because the gas man is also a former Level 6 prisoner who escaped instead of being slaughtered. He wants no word to get out obviously because there are more than a few dodgy things going on. They are in cahoots since Law didn't attack any of the kids, he needs them.

I think this is a great example of how the DF doesn't make someone powerful but the user, I'm pretty sure if White Beard had got say Mr. 5's fruit it would be deadly enough to destroy islands

Perhaps garp and sengoku were asked to hunt for the lvl 6 prisoners aswell, even if they wanted to retire i doubt they could refuse, they probably had alot to do with putting them in impel down in the first place. Not to mention they're still 2 of the strongest marines, even if we didn't see much from sengoku in the war.

They've only been switched for one panel and you already hate it? I'm skeptical, too, but I'd wait to see what happens before I'd complain about things, just like with Ussop's boat last chapter.

Yes I just don't like the idea of it and the implications that can happen if Law gets beaten. But some may like it but I personally hate it. All I'm hoping is they get switched back so I can keep being happy with all the characters except for Nami cause she's annoying (has some funny scenes)

The foot shown is a left one, and since Luffy's left foot is in front of it, I think it's safe to assume the unknown left foot is Leggy's.

Wow, my bad. I didn't think foretaste was a word but a bastardisation of the German term "Vorgeschmack".

I guess I've never come across it as a term, always more along the lines of "taste of things to come" etc

I still think it's at least some of the level 6 prisoners. Then again, maybe they were frozen during the Aokiji fight and they were hiding there or something at the time, and Law wasn't involved, he just knows they're there now
