@Traveller:
I don't understand why Mashima has to resort to having antagonist guilds having totally no character or motivation beyond "DURR WE R EVIL". onemoment's comment about them basically being highschool bullies was a good one. You can actually make villains interesting and give them some kind of personality, it's not forbidden!
Silence explains why Minerva's actions were necessary literally one post before onemoment's.
@Silence:
I know it's Fairy Tail, but come on guys! Memories are a bit short in here!
Sabertooth's deliberate attempt to shame Fairy Tail comes as no surprise considering what Natsu did when he busted into their guild hall, went around knocking heads, and socked their Guild Master.
Fairy Tail would do the same to anyone who attacked a member of their guild (and has). Sabertooth was just smirkier about it.
Both guilds are fulla jerks.
But of course, it's Fairy Tail, let's find any excuse to call a chapter crap while ignoring the overall picture.
This was actually a great chapter in my opinion, Sabertooth deserves their revenge and Fairy Tail deserves to be punished. They can't police the guild world without reciprocation because Natsu thinks "their way is the right way" every guild should act.
