The whole discussion over whether Jimbe's logic is flawed or not is somewhat irrelevant. If things are going the way they have been foreshadowed (Disclaimer: foreshadowed in my opinion) Luffy will be the one to beat Hodi then destroy Fishman Island. His destroying FI will bring all the fishmen up to the surface, forcing them to co-exist with humans thus effectively ending the more widespread hatred between fishmen and humans. (I doubt Oda would end the Arc with all the fishmen being persecuted by humans) Therefore, once FI is destroyed, it really wouldn't matter who was the one to defeat Hodi, especially since he's threatening a great deal of fishmen right now. Sure there could be a punk or two getting worked up over Hodi being defeated but really in the New World, without support of someone much stronger (i.e. Hodi getting those drugs) they really won't have much of an impact.
On another note.. In the color spread I was taking a closer look at Nami's belt.. is it just bling or does it look like ammo for her climatact or something like that?
