Indeed. I wonder how that will change his perspective on the current situation. Will he end up working harder on Nanamine's project to crush Aoki's new series in a misguided attempt at revenge, or react in some other fashion? Though I can't help but wonder if Aoki will be the catalyst for Nakai turning his back on his new boss, especially if she or the others catch wind of Nanamine's schemes.
Regardless shit is definitely going to go down when he sees them together. However more than seeing Nakai reacting to Aoki's new relationship, I'm more interested in seeing how Himamura reacts to Nakai. Knowing him he'll probably make the scene one to remember.
Normally one would be confident upon seeing him like this, but knowing Hiramura and how paranoid he gets… well, it'll be interesting to see, lol.
@perroloco:
Well, I was a pretty fat boy too for like my 10-16 year period, until 16 when my Grandpa died of diabethis (SP?) I realized the dangers of being too fat, so I decided to lose my fat, and in a period of 2 months I lost around 20Kg. Now (21 years old) recently I was unable to make any physical activity for like a month and well I kinda had to eat whatever my mom bring me (I used to make my diet food, not always but.. changing your eating habits is baaaad, especially if like me you have been doing it for like 4 years) I "recovered" (AKA rebounded) my lost weight.. So in my opinion gaining that much weight is very possible since:
1.- Nakai´s body seems to have a disposition to store fat easier (i.e. he gets fat easier)
2.- He was living off his mom, doing no physical activity whatsoever.
3.- He eats like there is no tomorrow, I mean in just that one chapter how many pizzas did he eat?? At least one pizza was critical for plot development :D
BTW guys, does anybody know how much Pizza costs in Japan?? Because this week´s chapter Nakai´s pizza was like 4,860 Yen (Like $59 US dollars!!!) that´s expensive alright!
I myself am diabetic, so I know. Being overweight doesn't necessarily mean you'll be diabetic, but it certainly adds to the risks. I've gone up and down. It's very easy to gain about 15 pounds or so in a matter of months if you don't watch yourself, but Nakai easily gained 70-100 pounds since we last saw him, at least that's what it looks like.
As everyone has said, it'll take a lot to see Nakai redeem himself. Maybe at the end he'll get himself on a diet, lol.
